Not responsive, paid for items that I did not receive, the silk quality is comparable to sand paper.

This will be my first time ordering from your company. What is your return policy? if an item is damaged will you replace it? how long does it take to ship? can i purchase in store or online only? are the colors true to the website?

Wont respond to multiple phone calls or emails, and wont verify that an item has been returned. All I want is my refund and some customer service.

Poor quality. It’s not that soft smooth silk that feels great against your skin it feels cheap and scratchy. Also had no customer service response to my dissatisfaction. Regrets.
