While my order could not ultimately be fulfilled by this location (largely due to time constraints we were under), I would not hesitate to recommend this branch of Custom Ink. Katie was absolutely helpful, walking me through all the possible options for the design and the merchandise. She also went above and beyond, showing me the pros and cons of group order pages v. batch ordering and drafting up several quotes as we considered all the options for our order. Even though we had to go with a different vendor for the final product, I would go back to work with this team that was so understanding and accommodating of our needs.

I love that I can order my boxing clubs Custom Ink gear in person at the Princeton NJ shop. Mitchell and her colleagues make it so easy and fun to explore new designs, and I have peace of mind that the order has been done correctly.

I had an AMAZING experience working with custom ink to make crewnecks for my college organizations recruitment event!!! I was on a time crunch and a lovely woman named Lorraine helped me and answered all my many questions. I got my shirts super fast and the quality blew me away! I got crewnecks and they were super soft and thick and honestly perfect. The sticker it came with was a nice touch as well! This custom ink was excellent. I needed a rush order completed and while the princeton store doesnt do on site printing, they personally went above and beyond contacting other locations and whatever else they needed to, to make sure my order was completed and delivered on time. Ordered 2 shirts each for 100+ coworkers spread out around the country. They provided a simple spreadsheet which I converted to a google form to collect everyones address. CustomInk organized our kitting with ease and got everything delivered earlier than expected. Shirts look great and are super comfortable.

I highly recommend Custom Ink. I ordered from there not one but 3-4 times and every single time I was happy with the product and more than that, the service and professionalism!! One time we ordered team T shirts and there was a quality issue with some of the shirts and we were worried if we will get the replacement on time for our competition, but Custom Ink assured us to make it an express order at no cost and delivered the replacement in a very short time. They genuinely care for their customers and make sure they are satisfied!

This was my first time ordering from Custom Ink I attempted to create a design on the website myself. Before I could go back and edit the design Custom Ink provided another version of the design, which was great. My t-shirt order was designed, edited, and booked with a brief in-store visit and 2-3 follow-up emails over the course of about 90 minutes. The shirts were produced and shipped and I had them 4 days later in different colors and sizes. The process was easier and faster than I could have imagined, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The Custom Ink store in Princeton is terrific! They have successfully pulled all of the most important parts of the CustomInk online presence into a storefront right off of the campus of Princeton University.I worked with Ashley to finalize a custom design for our annual charity event - 24 Heroes in 24 Hours. Because we could sit down and review all of the options, it was possible to make the subtle changes to the screenprint size, the number of shirts, mix and match shirts of different colors and styles - without adding co$t to the overall order. This is something that you cannot do on their website for sure! The overall process was simple, fast, efficient, and the entire experience was professional and courteous. I strongly recommend the Custom Ink shop in Princeton - and I will use this store again for my future customized apparel needs.

I cant say enough good things about my experience at Custom Ink and Ashley in Princeton. I am a small business owner, and was working online, trying to decide what to order, fretting over not having the knowledge of the variety of t-shirt materials, and knew I needed a decent sized order in a hurry. When I found out there was an actual shop I could visit, even though it was a two hour round trip drive, i went immediately.Ashley, and the custom ink business model, shop itself, and even the software they use, put the customer completely in control of the order, and the staff knew every inch of the products and printing process. Imagine gong to order something. Friendly, innovative, and even fun. I will return to custom ink!

We used Custom Ink for a military fundraiser. We had the campaign live for 3 weeks. 3 weeks in which I’ve been on the phone numerous times with them customizing our shirt and logo with a quote. We sold over 100 shirts with extra donations! After our campaign closed, they let us know they are unable to print due to our logo having “similarities “ to another logo. Firstly, why wasn’t this discussed prior to us going through 3 weeks of selling shirts all around the U.S?! How terrible to want us to change the entire shirt AFTER everyone ordered. We cannot give people other shirts they did NOT order. They wouldn’t even let us adjust our logo, Brooke said it has to be completely different. What a ridiculous way to work with customers.This is something that should have been caught before we went Live with our campaign. I do not recommend. Use mom and pop printing shops. Support small businesses, they will give better prices too.
