Convenient alternative to the official Verizon store in Mercer Mall. Less crowded and, actually, really great service. Jack evaluated our existing plan, gave us the same Verizon phone discounts, transferred our files & apps, and took good care of us, even though we werent the easiest customers to please. Next time, I go here first.

Jordan was super helpful and patient in setting up my new phone. It even came two weeks early! She took the time to make sure I understood the whole process and went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied.

Upgrading to a new model phone, seamless & quick.Pricing on accessories expensive to very expensive vs buying them elsewhere. They definitely upcharge hard for the convenience. Wait & buy elsewhere for as much as 50% less.Main reason for low rating is the practice of cramming. Received an Add On charge for protection plan that was never discussed at time of sale. Underhanded and quite frankly illegal. Not the first time this happened to me with a Verizon third party retail agent. Be vigilant with your bill after upgrading.Verizon is very helpful resolving these issues & acknowledged they receive similar complaints often. An issue the FCC should really look into imo.Be vigilant & check your bills.

Jordan was a true godsend. My family and I had a terrible experience at AT&T that literally left us in tears with their brutal customer service and lack of knowledge. Our time with Jordan was the complete opposite. She was easy to talk to, very patient, understanding, and organized. My phone is my everything, as it has all my passwords, messages, contacts, pics, you name it. When my iPhone 7 Plus up and died last week, it was like someone chopped off my arms and legs.I ran over to the Verizon store in the Princeton shopping center off of Harrison Street, as I need my phone 24/7.Within 30 minutes, Steven retrieved all my data, then uploaded it to the iPhone 12 Pro. While Jordan was ringing me up, she noticed I was eligible for a new iPad as well. They gave me a phenomenal deal too!Steven and Jordan are outstanding! Yesterday, I had a most positive experience with the newest staff member and the leader Jeff S. (cant read his writing). The two other staff needed his guidance a few times and his management style was really great.I got all the help I needed and his tone has a lack of judgement if you dont know what you are doing. I have NO idea how well Verizon will work out but I do know my experience rated higher than all my AT&T store experiences. So, thank you. Had a great experience today with two very helpful customer service professionals. Jordan and Jack were very informative and helped along with every step with figuring out the issue with my phone. I had a list of things that I needed to get figured out, from transferring data from two phones to two other phones, no backups were done and there was a weird software on one of my phones that I couldn’t bypass. They really made it easy for me and took care of the situation in a timely manner. Thank you Jack and Jordan!!

If you are going to this store you need to get the Sales Consultant Theodore. While I was waiting to be served he was helping an elderly couple. He was extremely patient and helpful with them. He answered all of their questions fully and made sure they understood everything. When it was my turn, he was fast and efficient. I was returning a few cable boxes and he waited for me to make sure I received the email that was my receipt. He is courteous and professional and a pleasure to deal with which isnt always the case at any Verizon store.

I went into the store yesterday to purchase a phone, and Jeff was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. He answered all of our questions and provided us with quick service. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a phone.

Not sure if it’s due to the fact that this is not a corporate Verizon or not (seems like it is since I went to a corporate store first and they were willing to try and help me and unfortunately we’re unable) but I couldn’t return an accessory I bought a week prior because I threw away the packaging. And was told rudely that you are never able to return something without packaging. I had the receipt and was returning another exact same item. I’ve returned numerous items to many different stores without packaging as long as I had a receipt, either for a refund or store credit. Bad experience and should’ve just stayed corporate, won’t make that mistake again.

No wait to exchange my verizon router...of course there was the usual up-sell for more services.

Shopped around plans at the Verizon and AT&T store this weekend. Verizon turned out to have a cheaper rate, and also had a promo for a trade-in (saving me ~$300).Most importantly, I interacted with multiple service people at both locations. As a rule, the service at Verizon was far superior. At AT&T, both salespeople were clearly weighing if I was a worthy time investment, and made me feel like a nuisance (even though their store was empty, and a gaggle of them were talking amongst themselves). At Verizon, the total opposite: the store was slammed, and yet the sales/service people did everything in their power to be helpful. I worked with Jens, who is a veteran. He stayed after hours to help, and was an expert in all aspects of phones and service.He was also very honest about everything, and not pushy at all. This made me buy more stuff, because I trusted all of his positive reviews. In the end, I left with two phones (s7 edge and iPhone 7, for me and my girlfriend) and accessories. The deal was far better than AT&T, and the service was excellent.Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, happy with Verizon service!

Wayne was so helpful, patient, & kind in assisting me with service. I was in the middle of basically a mental break down with a family member, & not once did he judge or break out of professionalism. He even gave me a quick piece of advice! He definitely did not miss one beat!! There was another sales rep in there as well, with curly blonde hair. I can’t remember his name, but he was also very professional, attentive, & kind to customers. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the door. Great team, thank you guys!!

Beat Phone buying experience I ever had! Easy and out within one hour! Jack was very helpful! For moths I needed a new phone and put it off because in the past it was a 2-4 hour wait. I highly recommend this place and ask for Jack. Thumbs up all around!!

Excellent Customer ServiceI went to the store to upgrade my phone last Friday. I was welcomed at the door by sales consultant Jack. He was knowledgeable with a kind understanding, and a willingness to spend the time to help me navigate the sea of complicated choices. He was extremely patient and explained everything for me. I am not tech-savvy. Jack took his time and transferred all my personal apps and data from my old phone to my new phone. Overall, I am very happy with the customer service. Went in to buy the iPhone X today. I had preordered two phones and was told multiple times I could go to a Verizon store and cancel my order, pay the taxes and upgrade fee and walk out with the new phone. This Verizon store however told me they are not following those rules and are requiring people to activate their phone in the store, which is contradicting what was specifically told to me on the phone with a corporate Verizon rep. Apparently since they are not a corporate outlet they do not have to abide by the same rules.

I have mixed feelings about this place, Im sure the owner means well, but he will put his pockets first. Be careful when trying to make a purchase in his store, his son Jack and his other employees (less often than his son) will add something to your phone plan in order to receive more commission that you dont need. I know for a fact you will most likely than not need it. Make sure to ask questions and review your plan before leaving the store. Also those bundles of accessories will not help you save any money on unnecessary accessories, its just a means to get more commission. Sometimes, depending on how the day is going, the owner can be very rude. Also, this store is not a corporate store, but a retail store called TCC. Anthony and Jack can be very helpful when it comes to basic trouble shooting problems and giving good customer service.

Staff is very knowledgeable about the product and very friendly. The sales rep i was working with was jack and he was very helpful giving me a good deal on a iphone and a ipad. He even saved me a good amount of money on my bill through this whole process. This will always be my go to store.

Brittany was extremely helpful while we spent almost 2 hours in the store on the phone with Verizon customer service to transfer two lines over to an existing plan. She was very patient while helping my boyfriends mom pick out a new phone. Brittany was willing to answer all of our questions and had to forego one of her breaks to help us and while we waited to Verizon customer service. We had to call verizon because the site doesn’t have the credentials to complete a line transfer. She could have told us to go to a corporate store and we wouldn’t have been her problem but her help and patience saved us another trip. She also helped my boyfriends mom put a really nice screen protector on her new phone. Her recommendations and attentiveness made the entire experience much better. Thanks Brittany!

BUYER BEWAREAvoid this place if at all possible. I had an issue with a phone I upgraded to just to find out later it was a refurbished phone. The representative told me the phone was brand new. I was blatantly lied to! After speaking it over with customer service I found out, THIS PLACE ISNT EVEN A REAL VERIZON STORE. They are retailers!I do not understand how this place can stay open. I have complained to the better business bureau and they will be hearing from my lawyer.The owner does not even have the decency to return any phone calls or emails.DO NOT BUY YOUR PHONE FROM HERE. Save time and a headache and go to West Windsor or Mercer Mall!

Bought an iphone from kyle and jack they were extremely helpful and helped me set up my new ipad as well!

The manager was rude (including cursing) and appeared to be over his head. He didnt seem to know what he was doing and kept avoiding helping the other clerk who seemed new. The manager kept complaining and it seemed like he was trying to avoid dealing with clients by opening boxes, putting things in drawers and walking in the back. Virtually everyone who walked in was met with a negative response like you need to go somewhere else to fix that or we cant help you (lots of different reasons given). After 1 1/2 hours, my simple issue was not fixed. I went to another Verizon store and they fixed my problem in 5 minutes. For free. The manager at the Harrison Street store told me I needed to pay for the fix.

Pretty bad experience (early 2018 - mid 2018)1st visit (~March 2018)- two reps were selling us on iphone8 bogo deal + 200 gc / transferred line + iphone7 trade-in value- when i mentioned i wanted a limited data plan, they said bogo had to be unlimited data plan only- told me bogo credits wouldnt show up until about the 2nd cycle or after2nd visit (~April 2018)- i had to go in for a technical issue on my phone, but i also confirmed all the points above regarding 200 gc / line, bogo with one of the same reps as before(~April 2018)- later, i get my gc in the mail, but theyre 150 / line3rd contact (calling them after 4th bill, ~June 2018)- they claim bogo never existed- they claim the two reps that gave the deal no longer work there and the store wont honor what those reps said

I visited the store in Nov. to check out phones. While there, a salesman told me that they had a promotion for wireless hotspots, where the hardware was free and the monthly cost more than offset by a change to my plan. Two bills later, I was unable to find the credit, and Verizon billing showed me where it was but also told me that it had nothing to do with the hotspot! So I tried to return it but it was past their deadline, so they wanted $175 to break the contract. Neither the store nor Verizon would take responsibility. So I am stuck with the device. Conclusion: watch out if you go here, these are pure salesman who dont mind stretching the truth to get a commission.

The worst, being in IT for many years. Bought the phone never worked quite right finally totally failed--have insurance every time I call a new date of arrival. Everyone you talk to including Manager does not have knowledge, (too new to the situation), because of Company policy of how to find any information. Had Verizon call, they said a phone would be at my house in 2 days 2 weeks still waiting, and being giving phone #s too fax lines. It goes on and on but I have no land line so have to return calls from computer.
