Had an account issue, Krystal was visibly annoyed that she had to pause watching a movie on her phone. Was not able to help (not her fault however) and she spoke softly with a rude tone. An atypical experience with TMobile.

Great customer service. Special shoutout to Emilio, he is incredibly helpful, enthusiastic and always open to questions. Highly recommend T-mobile, and specifically this store for anybody who is looking for a seamless switch of carriers.

The team was very polite when helping me get my new iPhone. They helped me get the best prices possible on everything. When I wanted to get my accessories from another store (Amazon) they helped me look into the alternatives themselves. In the end, I purchased my case and screen protector with them and I was not disappointed! Excellent service, excellent team, excellent location!

I recently stopped in today to switch over from Verizon. As much as it was a process to get my account converted, both team members worked hard to ensure that I was getting what I came for at the best price. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

I had a very horrible experience here. An associate named Nicholas treated me with complete disrespect. I am an Active Duty Service member and have serviced with honor for 25 years. Nicholas started to question my wear of my uniform (by the way he is not in the military) by saying I was wearing my uniform wrong. I ask why he would say that. He stated that he has friends in the military and that is why he stated this. He went on to ask for my military ID. I gave it to him and he inspected like he was a cop or something. He went on to say that people come into this store to try and get the military discount without being military. I at this point got really upset and was taken back because he was questioning my service to the nation I love so much. I told him how dare he question me, I am a Afghanistan War Veteran and who are you to question my profession. He said he was sorry, but it was not genuine and was in very arrogant way. I am very disappointed that a T-Mobile store would allow such behavior. This experience was not enjoyable and I would hope that Nicholas would be counselled as to not behave in this manner going forward. I will not get rid of T-Mobile service for now, but I will not be visiting this particular store ever again. I will choose another T-Mobile store to go to where they welcome Military members and have respect for people.

Quite amusing to see a whole team greet you when you walk into the store, but the service was excellent. Even if they werent familiar with the phone they still took the time to do extra digging when it came to solving my tech issue. If you havent switched I would visit this store!

Nicholas and Zakiya helped today with a new phone and got it all set up for me and I would recommend them to everyone! They were both efficient and phenomenal. I would highly recommend this store to everyone that wants great customer service! Nicholas and Zakiya were extremely competent in teaching me on all the nuances of my new phone. Theyre wonderful!

This isnt my local T-mobile store, but I stopped in because my phone touch pad/touch screen was not functional, and the phone screen was black/blank and rendered unusable. Abdul and Aswad, the two store employees, bent over backward and went above and beyond to make calls and locate a local honest merchant who would fix my phone screen for a reasonable price, so that I wasnt forced to purchase a new phone. I was sincerely appreciative of their excellent customer service--making sure they resolved my problem and that I was satisfied and happy before I left the store.
