I was referred to these guys after Geek Squad couldnt help me with my HP laptop. I will NEVER go anywhere else moving forward. These guys found that my laptop had corrosion and although the laptop couldnt be saved they were able to save ALL my pictures and documents which is what I really wanted! There were a few issues with a part that took some time getting and had some trouble getting it to work (not their fault at all). But they never forgot about me or gave up. They are also super transparent when it comes to pricing and charged exactly what they said. Also, they are the BEST value. Best Buy wanted DOUBLE what CPR charged. Well worth the 30 min drive there. THEY SAVED MY IPHONE 8 PLUS and RECOVERED ALL MY DATA!... Literally, I am so grateful for Jacob and the rest of the team. My phone accidentally fell into the toilet and went dead within hours. I did everything wrong with the first few hours, including not turning it off, plugging it in to charge it and not removing the sim card (smh). To make matters worse nothing was backed up. I found a place near by home and went there for a free diagnostic test the next day. They claimed they checked it and gave me back to phone told me the water damage was too severe. I was disappointed but I went back online and found CPR. Of course the nearest one to me was an hour a way from my home, but I booked an appointment ASAP. Time was of the essence and I didnt want to risk more damage since it was already 48hrs. Within a few hours (about 5hours) everything was backed up and my phone was fully functional! I was so happy I wanted to hug the entire team, but because of Covid, I just thanked them. The best $55+ I ever spent! Now Im backing up everything every week. Of course theres no guarantees that the phone will work fine and have no problems, but at least all my pic, voice memos and everything else was restored!

My sons iPad was stuck in rebooting. I called and made an appointment to drop off (very easy process). They did a diagnostic and preformed tests to find out what the problem was. In the end, it was a motherboard issue and could not be repaired. They returned the iPad and did not charge me for the diagnostic. I trust their expertise and really appreciate their honesty. I will return should I need more help with any of my other mobile devices.

Came in for a charging port repair on my iphone. They honored my 4:30PM appointment even though the appointment site messed up and I shouldnt have allowed to book a time after 4PM. I really appreciated that they worked late to fix my phone. It works great now and the repairs cost less than expected. Dont waste your time, energy, and money driving all the way out to the Apple store; they are the better option. Booking an appointment and getting a quote is also very simply through their site.

My brother got his cracked cell phone screen fixed and it looked good as new! They do good job at what they do, but going above and beyond, I kinda wish they had some fun things to do inside for people to use while theyre waiting (like a TV and couch and toys for young kids maybe) instead of telling people to do stuff like walk around the shopping center or at the park nearby.On a different note, I kinda miss the old name of this place (Digital Doc). The new name (CPR) is more straightforward and not as creative IMO, although I do understand what they mean by the name CPR. Having to do CPR in real life is not a pleasant thing! :) Doubt that theyll change it back, though, so thats OK.

These guys are awesome! Laptop screen was cracked and I needed it fixed for work ASAP. After calling all the other local repairs shops as well as several in NYC, they were the only ones able to acquire the replacement part in less then a week (they had it the very next day!) and immediately got my computer back to me once I handed it over for repair. Totally fair price (no crazy up-charge on the part), amazing and accommodating customer service, and total life savers. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I dropped my phone and cracked the front glass. I have insurance on my phone. So I called the insurance company and placed a claim. After paying for the claim I was told i can go to the store at any time and have the screen replaced. The store is a 45 minute drive. I made plans and drove all the way there a few days after placing the claim. I got there around 1pm. They told me that they were about to call me some time that day and tell me they had to order the screen replacement and it would take an additional 2 days. I am a mother of a 2, 3 and, 10 year old and work 50+ hrs a week. Making arrangements to drive 45 minutes and sit around for 2 hours is not the easiest thing to do. So I went back the following week. Waited around the 2 hours. Went back and picked up the phone. On the way home I tried to make a phone call and send 2 different texts. I figured it could be the area. So when I got home I tried again. I spent a hour and a half on the phone with my phone company trying to figure out the problem. After all that wasted time and having to factory rest the phone and loosing everything. I was told I have to go back to the store. So the next day I took the long drive back to the store. It took about 20 minutes. They bring my phone back out to me. So I asked what the problem was. They told me that they never hooked up the antenna and I was loosing service every couple seconds.

I was in Princeton recently on business, when I had an accident with my IPhone 6s. While loading my luggage in then car at the hotel I received a call and while trying tom get my phone out of my pocket, it slipped and landed on the concrete. When I picked it up I could see that some of the screen was black and it had multiple colors on the screen. The fingerprint sensor worked but the touch was not working. I was in a panic as I had clients to meet. So I asked the hotel clerk to look up a repair place nearby, she did a Google search and told me about Digital Doc. So I went to the store and asked if it was possible to fix the phone and even if it was, whether I would get it back the same day, as I had to fly back home in the evening.He told me not to worry and he would be able to get it done by noon. I must admit I was worried as I have never broken my phone ever before.I left the phone and came back to pick it up about 1:30, it looked perfect.The man asked me if I wanted a tempered glass with so that if it happens again it will not break my screen.I said go ahead.Bottom line these guys did a fantastic job, they are very friendly and very knowledgeable.Thank You!!

These people are lifesavers.I spilled a fruit smoothie on my MacBook Pro and it was completely dead. I didn’t need the laptop, but I badly needed the files and I needed them very soon. I went to the Apple Store and they told me it would cost $1500 to fix my laptop but I would probably lose my files. They recommended that if I wanted my files, I should probably go to a place over 40 miles away. Absolutely ridiculous.I did some research and found this place. Thank god I did. They recovered my files for only $100 and did it in less than 30 minutes! That is incredible. Truly lifesavers and I’m so thankful this company exists.

The customer service I received here was terrible. I dropped off my phone on a Monday with a promise of getting it back the same day. They called me on Monday to tell me that they ordered the wrong battery and already took apart my phone and would not be able to give it back to me until Wednesday. Wednesday comes and goes without a phone call from them. I have to contact them to ask about my phone. I do not receive my phone until Friday! The amount of inconvenience, frustration and anger they single handedly caused me in a week was not worth any repair. On top of that they battery is barely working better than my old one. Please find a different repair shop that will care about your experience

Zagg referred me to this location to get it replaced on the spot (instead of waiting for them to send me a replacement, and doing it myself). It was fast and easy, and the tech was friendly and helpful, and well worth the $10 to have it done right away.

First let me start by saying that I rarely give a 5 star rating as it is my belief that there is always room for improvement however, my experience with Chris was AWESOME! I dropped off my iPhone 6 with a shattered screen. Chris not only fixed my phone in less than an hour but had the screen for my model in stock! He also installed a new screen protector. The cost to repair my clumsiness was reasonable compared to AT&T advising me to go to the mall to have it fixed. Chris was professional and efficient. I highly recommend Digital Doc to assist in any of your digital needs as they terrific!

I brought in iphone 7 for audio ic fix. Dont know for sure how it got bricked, but info on web says if micro solderer applys too much heat that will cause bricking. I tried dcu and restore and its now a 256 gb piece of burnt toast. Something smelled when they did not charge me even min fee. Now sure what % of repairs are sucessful but wish they took more care.

My iPhone 6s was working well, simply has a shattered screen. Went here to get a simple screen fixed, only to have them break the internal screen. The screen display began to spazz and crash, so we rushed back for them to take a look. They apologized and took it back to repair again. Once again the phone seemed to be okay at first, but by the time I got home, in addition to the periodic screen spazzes, my phone now freezes at least once a day to the point that I have to heard restart. Unfortunately I had to leave for school so I couldnt even go back AGAIN, and on top of all this, they charge just as much as Apple, and Apple would have fixed it flawlessly first try. I would understand if it was some cheap second hand repair shop, but they charge way too much for such poor work.

I visited this place last summer when it first opened when my Macbook Pro screen had a crack. I was clumsy enough to not shut it properly and left it on my bed (which I recommend never do) and cracked it while trying to close my laptop. Anyways, Josh was very kind and helpful and we had a great conversation. Since it was a Macbook, they needed to order a protective screen replacement and I had to give in a deposit for it which wasnt an issue cause I was currently working. Less than a week later, Chris called and told me that my laptop was ready and the screen looked as brand new. Im so happy to have found this place considering its near my home and job. The price for it was reasonable too. Id definitely recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a good tech repair store and may have issues with their electronic devices. They both are very helpful and know how to talk with their customers. Josh even gave me his business card and one year later, I still have it to this day.

GO TO THE APPLE STORE INSTEAD. I chose CPR because they offered the best price and the fastest service. This was important, because I needed my iPad for an overseas business trip the next week. I was shopping for a nearby vendor that could turn this around at a reasonable price. It didn’t matter to me who it was. I just needed the job done. As it turns out, the initial offer was misleading - and became a bait and switch game that cost me an iPad.They gave me a provisional phone estimate of how much it would cost to replace my iPad screen in 3 days. Then called hours later that day to say it would cost more to get a screen that fast. Then kept my iPad an extra day because the “technician did not come to work.” Then kept my iPad an extra few more days because the screen they ordered was defective and they had to order a new one.Of course at this point, the broken screen was off my iPad, and a perfectly usable (though cracked) iPad was now useless, and it was too late to take it anywhere else for a repair. Only solution for my overseas trip? Go buy another frickin’ iPad. So much for saving money.Could have all been prevented by just going to the APPLE STORE for the repair!

Took my old iPad 4 to another repair place a while back, after my son decided to try to fix the screen with a quarter inch driver (ahh, kids!). The job took longer than expected, I had to go back to get them to repair the repair a few days later, and shortly after the short warranty period the digitizer went all wonky - money wasted. Suffered with a faulty display for well over a year until my kids broke the screen (again).
