Just got two new phones at this location. What a great experience from even before I walked in. I got better information from the associate then with dealing with att&t directly. Helpful and informative from beginning to end thank you Kevin. I will be getting my next phone from here again.

I went to order a new cell phone and had the best experience with Caleb. He was very patient with me as I have not gotten a new phone in a while. Would recommend anyone in the area GO TO THIS STORE and ask for Caleb. He fixed my plan to something that is more realistic and was helpful with all of my questions regarding the new phone as well as accessories. Thanks Caleb!

This was the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a mobile provider. I went to this store looking for a prepaid SIM card. The sales associate I worked with - Gopi Kacchia - told me that they didn’t offer the prepaid plan I saw online BUT that she had an even better deal for me; it was the last day of a special plan that would only cost $10/month for unlimited text/talk and 3GB of data. She said it was technically a business plan but could give it to me at her discretion. It was a great deal so I signed up. However, AT&T has NOT been charging me $10/month; in fact, I have been paying over $100+ a month! They have been charging me $50/month for the base plan and arbitrarily for other things (e.g. $30 activation fee that Gopi never mentioned; $20 for international calls that I never made; automatically charging me $20 for 2GB more data without asking me, when I wasn’t planning on purchasing any because Gopi specifically told me that once I used up the 3GB of high-speed data, I would still be able to use unlimited normal-speed data for free). Gopi did mention that they might charge me the full $50/month at first and I would be refunded after three billing cycles, BUT I have used this service for 5 months now and not received any refunds. I called AT&T to complain but they have told me they have never heard of this $10/month plan and that I would need to go to the store in-person (but I am now out of the country). Avoid this place at all costs, it’s an absolute scam and you would be much better off with Verizon or even T-Mobile.

Horrible, shady store. Ordered new phone for in store pickup. They claim order was cancelled maybe for fraud. We can set up a new sale now. I had already paid tax which would be refunded in 2-3 days. All in store pickups get refunded in 3 days when not picked up. They tried to steal sale from At&T, set up new sale and make me wait for refund. Shady, shady, shady. I still have no notification from AT&T of cancelled transaction. Wont go back or do business with and you shouldnt either.

I called today to get information about activating an account with them for an older family member, I asked what the unlimited plan costs would be and I replied that it was a little expensive, then no other questions were asked about it except aarp, not that we could save money on a 4gb plan that is 35 dollars cheaper, I went online and did my reashearch and saw it and called back and yes it is still available, offers have to be thrown out there before hanging up the phone without saying goodbye and have a good day, is this a direct or indirect location, anyway you lost my business, sorry I will be going elsewhere.

I came in to get 2 new s20 ultras and leave Verizon wireless finally. I was greeted by the best customer service representative Ive ever had the pleasure of speaking with! Caleb listened to what I wanted and needed and took care of us quickly. He explained everything I could have possibly asked about and did it with a smile (even while wearing a mask) haha. I definitely have a completely different perspective on mobile carriers and I know Ill be staying with AT&T as long as I can, thanks to Caleb!

I bought a new phone and got an email that said ready for pick up. I assumed it would take 20 min max and I ended up staying for 2 hours trying to activate it. Also, the employee started helping people who walked in 5 minutes before closing making me wait 30 minutes after the store closed. Worst experience ever.

I absolutely disagree with any bad reviews about this store.I had a great experience buying a phone and they even hooked me up with home security system that is amazing. Honestly the will have my business forever especially now that they protected my family. (the system even saved my dogs life)

I think a lot of the bad comments about this store come from a long time ago when other people were working there. This team is first rate!!!

I am surprised by all the complaints on here. For several years now, I have come to this store regularly when I was switching phones for one reason or another and needed a new Sim card. I was NOT buying a new phone, just giving them work to do for no gain - yet all the different salespeople were friendly and happy to help.Even though I had those good experiences, we had always bought our phones at the Mercer Mall store because I thought they had more selection. But a couple of times we had salespeople who didnt communicate well, didnt know the products/plans, or were pushy. (It can happen anywhere I guess.) So we decided to try this place instead since they had always been so nice (and are so close). A few months ago, we got a new phone there - all went smoothly and there have been no probs. In fact, I am about to buy a second phone at this place. I have called a bunch of times with questions and spoken to 3 different people about the purchase - all were patient, nice, and knowledgeable.

Got a new phone on sunday, but the manager Adrian made me reset my old phone before the files went over, promising that they would transfer over tome when i was connected to wifi. obviously, that didnt happen. ive lost all of my important pictures - prom, graduation, lost family, etc. tried to get it back but it was pointless. even called at&t customer service. ive lost pretty much everything of actual value to me and they dont care. i will never come back after this shitshow.

This location really puts the vice in service.Sales person expressed no interest in helping me and seemed happy to shirk this responsibility when they couldnt provide me with a non-dummy version of a phone. He was happy to go back to his computer and ignore me. Only after being prompted about whether there were other stores nearby did he suggest one existed near the Mercer Mall, not that he expressed any interest in directing me there, though he knew I was not in possession of a smart phone from our previous interaction.Upon leaving, I couldnt help but feel that most strangers Ive encountered have been more helpful than this particular sales person. Epic fail.

This is the worst store Ive ever been in. They lied and told me that the battery in my Note5 could not be replaced. Also they told me that my ZTE phone was very old and would not work and to give it to them to wipe--which I did--but when I went to the ATT Company store & Best Buy, I was told that the phone was not old.Never go to this store for advice or anything, 2 different sets of agent on 2 separate occasions lied to me. Bunch of arrogant staff... they can’t understand the issue. Happily eat ur time or ask you to come back when manager is in the store. U can expect them to say can’t help it 99 in 100 as they don’t know how to get things done.

Business model: deception. I ordered the new iPhone in late September and was told to expect it in October. In early November it still hadnt arrived, and they repeatedly lied to me that it had been ordered and was expected any day. Finally in late November they admitted that they had not ordered the phone yet--SEVEN WEEKS after they took my money--but they offered to order it in a few days. As if! I insisted on a refund, and took my business to the Apple store, where I picked up the phone immediately.Manager Pete explained to me that AT&T bought up all the new iPhones so that authorized resellers like this place dont have access. If true, I sympathize with his dilemma, but I can not forgive outright deception to cover it up.

Have never written a review about any store, good or bad, before, but this awfulness of this store should be called out.Staff worse than ignorant - straight up lied about products, including pricing and capabilities of Android phones, as well as their insurance policy. Sales rep told that insurance meant that, if phone broken, could walk in, pay $40 deductible, and walk out with a new phone. This is a plain-faced lie. AT&T farms insurance out to a sketchy company called Asurion which has a $100 deductible, and claims no liability for the actual claim.When I told the store their rep lied, the store manager was defensive, pedantic, and offered nothing beyond saying sorry that their rep lied to sell terrible insurance plans, and that there was nothing they could do. Said would talk to someone and get back, which they, of course, did not.Would not recommend this store to anyone.

This store is a crap. I dont remember the sales person name. I went there and planned to take a new phone. The sales person took my ssn and rum my credit report and said u r not eligible. He was so rude in taking. I went to Mercer mall, the sales persons are nice polite and said u r eligible. I dont want to give 1 star, i cant understand why they put this store without giving any respect to people.

Went there to get a solution with a long term issue that couldnt be resolved over the phone. After speaking with a sales rep for a few minutes he pulled over his manager and they had me fixed all up within5 minutes.
