Really nice place. The lady who did my lashes kinda messed up but she was really friendly and kind as was the receptionist. I didnt make any fuss about my crooked lashes because I was in a rush.

This was my first time here for a full set of lashes. My service started at 12 and although I felt that I had been there for a long time I was shocked when I looked at the clock when I was done and it was 4:30. Four and a half hours! The “stylist” was very nice and did a good job in the end but someone should have stepped in to help her and the service should have been comped after all that. While they didn’t comp me they did take the time to ask me if I wanted to book another service.

My appointment was with Jackie and she is great. I highly recommend her. Love my lashes.

The Lash Lounge has a amazing customer service. First time lash customer who had humidity based shedding after 2 days. The Lash Lounge had me come back and fixed my lashes as part of their “guarantee.” Aslam is AMAZING!!! Very happy with my lashes. After the wonderful customer service I joined and became a member 💕

Yesterday, I Got a Lash Lift and Tint by Beca and I am so happy with the results. I woke up this morning and my lashes were amazing. The experience was very relaxing, gentle, and Beca did a great job making sure I was comfortable and explained everything. Already have my next appointment booked ☺️

I went here to get a full set of lashes. The lash tech I had was friendly, but I found the manager to be the snooty. When I tried to explain what style of lashes I wanted, I felt belittled by her. In the end, I didn’t necessarily get the look I wanted. The place itself felt unwelcoming to younger clientele and lacked diversity. As for professionalism, there were times when some of the folks would wear their masks under their nose, which made me uncomfortable. For the prices listed, I don’t think the outcome of the lashes necessarily match, and my lashes took about 4 hours. This could be unbearable. My experience wasn’t completely awful, since my lashes were still relatively cute and the lash tech I had was nice. I’m just not sure if this would be a place I’d recommend to others.

I went to The Lash Lounge for help removing some horrible eyelashes job done in NY. The team was AMAZING!!! very professional and super helpful and honest. Wouldnt have done it anywhere else. Super thankful for the help. This is the place to get your eyelashes done. Definitely 5 star experience. I am definitely visiting again.

First time lash extensions and the service was great. Location is posh and very sanitary. Becca did a great job listening and creating a great look for me.

Nothing special. Priced too high for the low experienced staff. My lashes didn’t last even a week and legit all fell off. I’ve had extensions on for about a year now and never once had them all fall out before. My technician also didn’t finish my one set of lashes on my one eye, so she told me to come back the following day to get it finished up... for an additional price per 20 lashes... one of my top 5 worst places I’ve gotten my lashes done at

I had my eyebrows threaded by Olivia--it was my first time, and they looked great and it was painless!

Overpriced. Poor quality. Young, novice staff. I spent $250 on a full set. When I left the Lash Lounge, the glue was clumpy and rough and a few of my bottom lashes were stuck together (because of too much glue) to my top lashes. I could clearly see the lash extensions when I looked in the mirror. And lastly the lashes didnt last very long. I eventually went to another local lash place (Kris Lash & Beauty) less than 2 weeks later and she had to give me another full set because the lashes from the Lash Lounge were in poor shape. Try Kris Lash...much better quality.Although the space is clean and the staff is friendly and polite....its way too expensive for the below subpar quality.

I had my first set of lashes done today at the princeton location. Emily Gur was my techniction. My experience was a solid 10. She did an amazing job. They look fantastic and she was was professional and very talented. I recommend her and the location. Try them...I promise you will not be disappointed!
