Beautiful products and a helpful and friendly staff!

I live this town and supporting local stores as always . However I asked for sale person ( I did not ask the name ) to give me some sample along with my purchase. She did not give me. SO disappointed. I should order online instead.Not happy at all .

This location is close to my home Donna is personally my favorite sales assistant she is so knowledgeable the other girls the younger ones I’m not too much of a fan of they look like cry faces.

The absolute worst service! The staff members are so rude even when you ask for help you can just tell they have no interest helping you and they just want to keep their job To pay there bills.

I really enjoy the products here and the staff but there’s one Asian lady that has such an attitude her name starts with a J you can tell she’s just doing her job and she doesn’t really want to help you like the other two older blonde ladies they do their job amazing!

Absolutely love Princeton Bluemercury. I had a wonderful facial with MaryAnn, who has been there for 15 years- talk about a beauty expert! This store has everything from makeup to skincare with the nicest, most knowledgeable staff. Can’t wait for my next visit to keep my skin glowing and fresh!

Love this location they have everything a must for me is the nest candles! and the skinCeuticals B-5 is my go too in the summer time. and the grapefruit candle is a obsession its hard to find the mini in this sent but they have it!

Very bad service, no one will come to say even a simple hi, they just gather together to chat. it is very awkward to shopping here, Im like a transparent person! Racist

I came in for the power cleanser but it’s been out of stock for months now so one of the ladies recommended the spot cleanser it’s very good and it’s very similar I have not broke out I have tried the B5 serum that blue mercury their brand makes it’s also very good highly recommended

Blue mercury is my go to store I like coming here instead of Sephora but I am more of a skin person make up will only look beautiful if you have a blank canvas LOL I also come here for their candles they last a very long time my favorite scent is the cotton linen nest!

Reviews are often questionable. I read 2 similar reviews about about a year apart accusing an associate of saying a customer had a bun in the oven. Who says that???Personally, I found the staff helpful and friendly and it was not due to what I was wearing.......they were great!The only cold greeting I received was the breeze coming in the open door;that seems to me not to be so welcoming on a Dec day.

I love blue mercury it is one of my favorite spots to hit! there cleansers they make are amazing the power cleansers is my go to its gentle but clears up any un wanted acne. i also use skinceuticals there blemish/aging serum is like a little miracle in a dropper!

Donna is amazing! There was another lady she looked Asian she was terrible she was so rude

The staff here is amazing they are very knowledgeable about the products they do not sell you something just to be selling they really take your time out to know what agrees with your skin and what does not so you don’t waste your money I highly appreciate that!
