Customer Service counter could of been a little more professional and helpful. I get it! You hate it there, then leave.

Most of the aisles in this Walmart were so messy, half empty and unorganized. I saw several employees standing around chatting and no one offered to help us find what we needed. I won’t Shop at this store again.

Its unfortunate that shoppers can be rude, pushy and filthy. Youre staff was exceptional and should get raises for what they put up with. GOD BLESS US ALL!

Late night store closing manager is very rude and I was in process of coming to front of store and I was reaching cashier and it was 1101pm mind you I just had horrible car accident weekend prior and I cant function like most anymore. Here nor there this woman shuns me and my husband. No i can prove receipts AFTER receipts of money I spend here. Was very disrespectful towards my husband and I. I have tried to get a hold of walmart Corp to no avail.

Nice clean, well stocked. A little different layout then I am used to they are all pretty much the same. Which makes it easy to navigate where ever you are.. I always enjoy a trip to Walmart its 1 stop shopping.

Its convenient I guess. Its where you go to get groceries for the week. It also might have some of the more miscellaneous items so pretty good place

Friendly staff. Greeter needs to be acknowledged once in a while. She kept saying hello to people and no one responded. I did.

Liked the store, but DID NOT LIKE THE CHECK OUT LINE. I had quite a few things, and I dont think I should have to be a cashier as a customer. The line for a cashier was horribly long. HIRE MORE CASHIERS

The store ìsnt as crowded at night so I go in late.The shelves are always in need of stocking, the displays are in disarray virtually all of the time and the available stock is half that of every other Walmart.Dont bother with parking. Just head to the store in Prescott across from the Gateway mall.

Pharmacy is helpful and friendly. The roasted chickens are so good!

I thought that California stores were inadequately stocked. This location as very poor on keeping up on stocking products.

Had the best service from Elijah Caid in photo today! So refreshing. He stopped what he was doing to look for a birthday gift for my neice. He realized it had not printed due to paper being out. He loaded the paper, printed it out and packaged it right then. I really am thankful for his kindeness and work ethic. 🤗🤗🤗

If I can give Walmart eye care zero stars, thats what I would give them. I got my eye glasses about 6 months ago and the lining of the frames has worn off, Im allergic to the metal now. Medicare said I can use the rest of the money on my Medicare plan. Walmart says NO WE DONT BILL THAT WAY. WALMART CAN GO TO HELL!

When we got there we were told we had less than 5 minutes to get what we wanted and get out. We grabbed our cereal and milk and had to do self checkout. There wasnt a very good selection of soda available many things were not available

Id like to give it 0 stars. Empty shelves, rude people, 9:00 am and no open checkstands. I had a full basket that I was not going to use self checkout. Left it all there and went to Safeway. This is the second time this has happened and I can assure you it will be the last time.

As usual and like all Walmarts, this store is extremely poorly stocked in the grocery section and too few checkstands open.

The Pharmacist, Nicholas Mathis stayed way over closing to help me....unbelievably wonderful person! Walmart is lucky as heck to have him, the pharmacy staff was warm and welcoming...the kids working the isles went out if their way to help me find things and finally, the checker was amazing!!! I never say anything about Walmart but this store seems to have all the top people in the company! Thanks to all of them.

Hard time finding salads this place is always stocked with the individual salads and the price is fairer than Safeway

Always the same. Its just a Walmart. Same grouchy workers at the doors of this location. Same people who hate their jobs at certain places throughout the store. Repair shop employees are extremely helpful and always nice to be around. 😁🤔

Only two registers with employees to check you out, not everyone can use the self checkout options. Very very difficult for senior citizens. Shelves not stocked well. We will probably not shop there again PERIOD. I don’t think management cares except for their profit due to fewer employees. Never again!

Seems like the supply chains are getting a little slow because theres a lot of their own products that arent available like soda which I dont drink but you know covid-19. But all in all you can get what you want

Store is barely kept stocked properly, management is unfriendly and unhelpful. Waited on hold on the phone for quite literally THIRTY minutes only to be met with a snotty manager who seemed to want to be doing LITERALLY anything other than helping me. The store is dirty and disheveled, save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else. This store is AWFUL- DONT BOTHER.

Very nice employees. I do not use self-service cuz it takes away jobs from those that really need it. The manager kept on trying people to use the self service but 98% of the Shoppers said no. Way to go people

I give them just 2 stars because of the limited handicap carts available. This is so stressful for those that need them. I have been going to Frys instead of WM only doing a small amt of shopping at WM due to no handi carts available. Please do something about this. The Prescott Valley is full of Seniors and the need is great.

Awful! Walmart has the WORST customer service on the floor of any place Ive shopped & Im 63. My last experience i drove to the next town (we dont have a local store) for an item they keep locked in the cosmetic dept. I stopped 4 associates as they passed for help & was either told it wasnt their dept. or that they would call someone. Finally went to gal in self check out who said shed get someone. Waited 15 minutes when she finally said her supervisor would help & we agreed she would meet me there. Waited another 15 but no one ever showed. After 55 minutes trying to get what I went for, I exited the store & drove home empty handed. The only excuse is lazy personnel who have no customer respect & shifty work ethics. Finding a new place to shop. Had they worked for me when I was a supervisor, they would be unemployed!!

RX is great. They do the best they can with being as short handed as they are. Rest of the store is ok. A lot of stuff on the shelves with no price. That should never happen and is subject to fines in most states. Not sure about here. No price, it should be free.

Convenient location. *Only shopped grocery items and Womens clothes. Good selection. Mostly self check out lanes. Note: If your produce doesnt have a bar code you can do item look up. 3-star review because day time stockers were oblivious to customers. Noted: Elderly had to maneuver around them. No acknowledgement(s) from any employees. Greeter stood 15 from front entrance and completely ignored everyone. Couldnt find capers. Cream Cheese was with butter instead of cheeses. Womens dept was smaller than most Wal-Marts. Plus side grocery was mostly faced and fronted.

Have had it happen three times now where my debit card isn’t accepted and the staff has no idea what to do. Tried both mine and hubby’s cards linked to separate accounts. They said it’s a chase issue. Both times I spent 45 min in the store and walked out with nothing. This issue needs to be resolved

Never has what Im looking for, like the prise tag is there but no merchandise. But there always stoking it dont mader what time. Morning after noon or knight. Alwase stoking but nothing on the shelves. And the stalkers are no help theres been a couple times I would see the items that I needed right there on the rat that they have not put on the Shelf yet dont tell me that they either dont have it or they cant get to it so I tell him thats okay Ill wait or thats okay I still have shopping to do I will come back either way I never gave what I can therefore because it is unavailable one way or another

Trying to find what you are looking for, can be a bit of a challenge, twice now I have gone in there looking for a specific items, and trying to find and employee to help you can take quite a bit of searching, and then when you do find someone there busy helping another customer, and then tell you that they will be right with you, as soon as they finish helping that customer, then the next thing you know you see the customer that they were helping walking away, and the employee has vanished, or in one other case, I went in to buy a TV, however I had questions about the one that I was considering, the guy that I found to help me, said he did not know the answer to my question, and he said the guy that could answer the question was at lunch, and would be back in about 15 minutes, and if I did not mind waiting, he would have the answer to my question.So I said sure, I have some more shopping to do so I will be back in about a half hour, and he said he would let him know as soon as he gets back that there is a customer waiting for him, I came back in about 25 minutes, and he tells me that he was still not back yet, so I said ok I will continue to shop, and I will check back in a little while, well 53 minutes later and he was still not back, so I said to the guy, is there no one else that can answer my question, and he said no Im afraid not, and apologized.But it was not his fault, however walmart needs to have more than one person, that knows the products that they carry, well enough, to answer a few questions about it. So I just said I guess you guys just dont want to sell me a TV, so I left, and the next day went to Best Buy and bought one. Bottom line, if you know what you are looking for, and where to find the item, then its quick in and out, and you are done ✅ otherwise not so much!

Its Walmart. They have most things you need but many times the product above the price is not the right product.

They seem to never be stocked up, I go weekly and there’s always so many empty shelves. When I drive further down to the one behind in and out burger they’re usually fully stocked. Besides this it’s a good store.

Im not very happy with my experience shopping at PV Walmart. Their were only three (3) cashiers checking people out. I was in line for 40 minutes. Thats ridiculous.

This place doesnt seem to be as well stocked or have as helpful employees as the Hwy 69 Walmart. Even though theyre signage says otherwise- The shoppers are not required to wear masks as they enter and the employees are not all wearing masks. Also, many employees were chatting and laughing in the isles near snacks, near dairy, in office supplies, and in sporting goods- blocking shopping carts from passing. Theres no shopping enjoyment, I couldnt quickly shop because the employees and their stuff was in my way, and then 3 of the self check out registers were broken.Just disappointing

Was horrible. No electric carts available . when I did get one, it was grossly dirty. Very hard to get around in the store. Between the rude paid shoppers for the store as well as clogged isles with pallets,(2 pm in afternoon) extremely hard to get around the store. The place as a whole is short staffed and employees need attitude adjustments. Shouldnt need to stand in line 45 minutes to check out. Get more checkers!

Wold anybody care about a review of Walmart? Its not like we have a serious alternative. We like the cheap prices but not the usual terrible service. You could complain but they dont really care. Lip service is about the only consistent service. Im just left wishing Kmart had figured out how to be a viable alternative to what we have been stuck with. But we really did this to ourselves and like elections have to deal with the crummy hand we dealt out!
