Smart Girls is a one stop shopping experience. Clothes, shoes, accessories and jewelry. Gently used name brands some with the tags still on them. Great sales. Great staff to help you find what youre looking for. Wonderfully organized. No rifling through overstuffed undesirable clothing. This is a clean, gorgeous boutique. Cute dressing stalls. If you sign up for an account with them you earn points for $ off your next purchase. Also, a consignment store where you can bring in your quality designer used clothing and accessories for them to sell it for you. Win win.

I would go shopping here all the time with my family. We would spend a minimum of $500 dollars a month, we were five girls.But we moved right when the business was sold to a new owner. We went recently went to check it out and ready to spend some money, but it was sad to not be greeted the way we used to be. We miss some people that used to work there, we became close to them, they were so welcoming and polite. The new owner doesn’t greet you. Another thing I noticed was that the shop only caters to mature women. The clothes is very matronly. I’m just disappointed to see the clothing is outdated. When as before my siblings and I would find something for everybody, we were ages 15 and up. This store needs to change its name to “smart women” instead of “smart girls”.

Smart Girls does bad business. Poor ethics and inept management. Very wishy washy. Said I had less stuff than I had, couldnt find it, put 2 dresses of mine TOGETHER on a rack that I had already searched while my back was turned as I was looking for my things on the other side of the store. They donated most of my stuff before my alotted time was up.Employees cleaned it up by telling the owner that they were afraid of me, when really they botched my whole contract, lost my stuff, and were completely dishonest. They dont even deserve the one star I had to choose to post this. The manager picked out all things for Juniors but the store caters to mature women. Probably should get a job at Taco Bell. UPDATE: Every single comment that came from someone who is unhappy with Smart Girls is VERY similar to mine . Despicable.

I just had my first shopping experience at Smart Girls and loved it! Some friends and I went and the owner was super attentive! I got six cute items for work and spent $66! I will definitely be back.

I went for the 3 dollar sale expecting to just pick up a shirt or two but ended up walking out with more, and am very happy about it. They had fantastic selection and great prices but the best part about this store is the staff, they are phenomenally helpful. Im not very savvy with fashion and often have trouble picking clothes, but these ladies were so attentive and kind. 10/10 will be going again!

If youve consigned here before, be careful you’re getting paid for items from the previous ownership. I had a $12 credit from their “old system“ and the new owner was refusing to pay it. When I was here before, and tried to use that credit, she said it was in the “old system” - so I said don’t worry about it I’ll just get it when I pick up my check. Now that same person, who checked me out, says she’s the new owner and doesn’t have to pay for that $12. Then I got to hear how it was going to have to come out of her pocket because she’s dealt with enough “crabby people today.” Terrible customer service. I showed her on the website how much it said I had in my account to be paid out for, there was no arguing. When she show me the screen it look like the previous owner had tried to zero out my credit. Will not be consigning here anymore. This was no way to treat a long-time customer.

My wife loves this place. All quality stuff. She bought two purses today. I wish she didnt like it so much.

Consigned stuff there. I asked if items not sold when can I pick them up? I was not given a contract nor told information. That question I had asked was after 3rd visit not the first when I consigned. Lady told me the owner charges $5 per piece to pick up if not sold. I was just wondering, this is very bad business to make up rules as they go when ever they want. I have consigned with other smart girls and sold and no problems. This location always seems there is a problem, be careful consigning. Their pick on clothing has gone down hill also. Better consignment stores out there. I went in to see if things have sold... 2 months later... lady said, no, and they donated 3 prs of shoes because bottoms were not new. The shoes were in excellent condition and they are the ones that took the shoes in the first place. Strange all the way around. Bad business practices. from not putting things on the floor for a month... even though my things were in,”season”. Watch out for bad business and attitudes

Enjoyed shopping at Smartgirls. There is always someone to help you and you always find something for you. I reccomend you to stop and try it.

The woman waiting on me spoke broken English which made it very difficult to understand her. Then she was trying to explain how their sale works. Perhaps she didnt know that this is October now but she was pointing at the sign that explained the sale system. The one piece that I was interested in was on sale, according to the sign but she kept telling me no it was not? Very confusing. Then when i set the piece down she was very quick to get me out of ger hair? She asked if I was done. I said im done with that but Id like to see the tray with necklaces. There was another woman standing right next to her who evidently wanted to see something out also. The woman seemed to get very flustered and barked at me to take the tray to the counter so they could watch me look at the necklaces. I understand that unfortunately in this day and time there are tons of dishonest theifs in this world but I am not and ill be damned if anyone is going to treat me that way especially with my 10 year old looking on like its ok to treat potential PAYING customers that way! I work hard for what I have and the money I spend when I shop! Shame on you old lady! I will NEVER be back!9
