We got what we needed and was fun looking at all the western clothing. We didnt realize we were there later than closing time and they didnt even get upset about it.

Clean, tidy. Prices are expensive. In my opinion, they should brush up on the customer service skills.

They seem to have everything you would want in casual western wear. I found what I wanted after walking around the store. Very nice store!

They have litrally 13 different boots to choose from in my size that werent anything I was looking for ...seems like only girls with size 6 feet get cute boots I guess .. when I asked the lady that work there if she could order a cute pair of boots that I loved in my size she said they only went up to a 10..... thanks for making girls with bigger feet feel awesome!!

If your looking for some very high priced cowboy boots they have them all. From alligator, emu, fish, snake leather etc didn’t really find what I was looking for so went over to tractors supply and got some Arians!

My review is about today March 1.2021. My name is Cathy matney l shop frequently at boot barn ..back in Aug -sept l purchased many items one was a new pair of Justin boots ..not holding the boot barn or its employees responsible l wear those boots on a daily basis as we all do ..b..but these particular pair was falling apart inside and out ...(not like l was using a chainsaw or something on them)...lol....well couldnt find my receipt so in between my running l stopped in at boot barn and in less then 5min.flat cyndee(one of boot barns managers ..h..had me in a new pair of boot ..e..even a small refund back to me and out the door ...wow when does that ever happen usually theres an argument or something .Way to go cyndee(#38709)never expected that you very well give boot barn a five star + review for me....thank you...now thats an honest trust worthy place to shop in my books for sure..

Like the boots here. However, one lady who rang me up asked if I was a frontline worker for a discount I am assuming said that the dental field is not a frontline position an kinda chuckled. I am sorry but ya it is, as a matter of fact we are offered the immunization along side nurses an other front line workers. Plus she was just rude period. Because of her I will not shop this location. If you dont like customer service perhaps you should find a new line of work.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by a very knowledgeable man. He knew exactly what kind of boot I needed. He asked what work I do, my work environments, how much I’m on my feet, and what equipment I use. This man knew everything about every boot and I was very impressed. I walked out with an excellent experience and an excellent set of work boots. That young man deserves to lead others as he leads himself. I will only return to this store and recommend any work attire to my co-workers solely because of Zachary.

She told me about all the services that they offer, special clothing lines & about their military discounts. She was very pleasant Lady to work with, Ill definitely be back.

Called this morning hoping to buy a cinch coat from my son for Christmas unfortunately there were none in and of his size however I spoke to young man there by the name of Zack he said that if I would come in picked out one that I liked from a catalog he would have one sent in from another store he also shared with me that this since vests are also very popular with the young working crowd he took a little bit of time and I answered a lot of questions, this type of help is always appreciated and will have me coming back for future purchases from now on thank you for your time and your professionalism.

Went for a pair of work boots, was able to find a pair that where comfortable and fit right.The staff was very friendly and helpful, they pointed me in the right direction for what I needed.I only wish they had a better selection of work boots.

My favorite store for quality rugged Western Wear. Jeans, boots, jackets, socks. They have it all. I cant drive by it without stopping to say hello to the friendly staff and see what neat item do they have that will catch my eye. Veterans get a 10% discount. Yippee-kai-yay! 5 Stars.

Terrible customer service. All the woman working here have attitudes and treat you like you’re an inconvenience. Our last visit we asked for help in the hat department but the two employees working were incredible unwilling, wouldn’t even help find a size to fit. Today we told another employee about our experience last time and she stated “That’s hard to believe!” followed with an eye roll and once again, would NOT help us with a hat. Been a customer to Prescott Valley Boot Barn for years, but I have never experienced such bad customer service and attitudes in any kind of business setting.

Over the years, I have spent at minimum, $100 per visit any time I walk through the door. Jackets, pants, boots, vests, belt buckles etc....I purchased a $100 CINCH vest almost a year ago that I have worn maybe 10 times. Recently the zipper separated towards the bottom.I contacted the store to see if there was anything that they could do.... ABSOLUTELY Nothing...To my dismay, I will be spending money On-Line with someone that has a more satisfactory malfunction policy.I will not be returning.

If you dont walk in in jeans and boots and a fake cowboy hat when its 100° out you dont know anything. You are inexperienced and have never worn boots before. Now I dont believe this but the employees here surly do. I walled in knew my size and what I was looking for was then bombarded with inexperience employees who were trying to help but were just plain rude. The lady asked me 4 times if I have ever warn boots before and I politely said yes and I know what Im looking for but continued to try to help me. I do love most boot barns I have gone into but I am rating this store with one store for their absolutely terrible customer service. Just because Im wearing workout clothes does not mean I dont wear boots on a daily basis. Apparently you cant go to the gym and live on a dairy farm.

My son and I were shopping for an American Hat Company felt hat. Boot Barn is an authorized American Hat Company retailer but dont have many American Hat Company hats in stock. A rep informed me that they could special order the hat and have it delivered to the store. I called American Hat Company to confirm that BB is still an authorized retailer. Cody confirmed that they are and gave me the exact coded information that BB would need to order the exact hat I wanted. My son went back to the store and was informed that they needed to call AHC and that they were now closed. I called BB and talked to the same rep that I had talked to in my previous store visit and mentioned to him what my son was told and he put me on hold and talked to the store manager on duty. He informed me that my son was given inaccurate information and that he could order the hat. I gave him the exact information that AHC had given me for the hat I wanted ordered. He told me to have my son come in so he could pay for it. My son went back AGAIN and was told AGAIN that they couldnt order it because they didnt have a number for American Hat Company. I have never encountered this much disconnect with a retail store. I have sent two emails to American Hat Company and I will follow up with a letter to the Boot Barn Corporate Office. Boot Barn, you are not the only rodeo in town.

A very interesting and rude experience I had at the Boot Barn.I went in on Sunday the 9th of June and started looking around at boots. After looking for 15 minutes or so, a smiling associate approached me and asked if I needed any help. I asked if they carried Lucchese or Nocona boots. She smiled, laughed and said “We sell boots that function, we don’t sell fashion here. Everything here is function, real boots for real men. She went on about Lucchese and Nocona not being a real boot, etc...I was so surprised by her response I didn’t even say a word. I was also surprised that she was trash talking some decent boots and trying to upsell the Chinese made boots that they stocked. Maybe something has changed in the last 10 years or so, but to my knowledge a Handmade, in the USA, specifically Texas made cowboy boot, is quality. I am not so certain about a rubber soled boot that’s made in China and doesn’t smell like leather.I can honestly say, it’s the only time I have ever been in a Boot Barn, and it is also my last. I know I shouldn’t judge a company from one interaction with a dim witted sales associate, however the manager was close enough by to hear the entire conversation and didn’t step in or say anything.That tells me all I need to know about the company.

I have been in the Boot Barn in Prescott Valley twice and both times were pleasant visits with friendly staff. My latest visit I went in to buy a pair of cowboy boots, as the pair Ive had since the 80s just didnt fit too good anymore, lol. Unfortunately, I dont remember the name of the employee who helped me, but he was knowlegable of all the brands and helped me to navigate through the hundreds of boots. I found a nice pair of Ariat boots that fit my feet like a glove and are extremely comfortable and are not slippery on any surface. I love them and figure Ill get a lot of wear out of them, but I doubt Ill wait another 30 some odd years before getting a new pair this time.

This is not a cheap place, thats for sure, but I am able to get quality western wear and the Ariat Boots that I need. The staff is fantastic! The store itself is a little small and crowded, but again, the staff kind of makes up for some of the faults, I have with the store.

I got a great deal by accident. There was a leftover fathers day sale sign up for some carhart t-shirts & they were good honoring the price. Staff is polite, takes a while to check out though. I waited almost 20 mins for two people to check out in front of me.
