My cell phone battery had bulged and even though my phone was working, no one knew what would happen next. I called tech support for my phone and they gave me this companys information for certified repair. They accommodated me with an appointment later the same day. They had one battery left. Ernesto was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable without being condescending and again seeing me the same day was great. He changed out my battery and I was on my way in a matter of hours. I recommend this business wholeheartedly, especially Ernesto with whom I dealt.

They are awesome there they helped us without even having to pay anything with multiple devices and told us exactly what we needed to do and how we needed to do it to fix the devices. Excellent customer service I would write down five stars

They forced me to pay 30 bux online to set up an appointment and never interacted with me except to email me to give me an appointment time and number. all official looking! but no one showed! i waited until 10pm. now i am on hold with the Prescott Valley office and have repeatedly been told automatedly, you can hang up at any time! Just gimmee back my money! Or does everyone get the $30 punishment fee? reviews indicate they have been doing this to a lot of folks lately! Now they hung up without even speaking to me!!!

From the moment you walk up to the door this business looks inviting. When Colton greeted us he was quick to explain the services they offer and the prices we could expect. We explained my wifes cell phone screen was black and we couldnt get it to respond to any commands. We didnt know if it was caused by the battery or a failure of some system. Colton took the phone and mention he was going to run some tests on it. He was able to get the home screen to display and with that the phone controls were working. He ran a battery check on the phone and we learned it was charging at 76% percent. He suggested he could replace the battery if we wanted to, however, until the charge rate drops below 70% its not really necessary. With that, we decided to wait until the battery died. UBREAKIFIX now has two customers for life. Keep up the good work.

Went in at the end of last month to have repairs made, parts had to be ordered no big deal. Was told when the parts came in we would be notified. No call came, we called and found out parts had been in. Go in today to get the repairs done only to be told they no longer offer repairs on that model because their test kit broke yesterday, now the only other authorized Samsung repair place is over 60 miles away

Ernesto was super helping my wife and I syncmy tablet and calendar. He also told us to use the Google calendar instead of the Samsung so they would synch.

Had a camera replaced on a s9. Was a bit pricey but was fixed in less then 2 hours. Tech was very friendly.

Colton was so helpful. He completed fixing my computer two days ahead of schedule. In fact, it was done within two hours. He said it was exceedingly simple to fix internally, and that it was no bother. Because of this amazing service, and customer care, I will be going back to this location the next time I need my computer fixed.

Wont fix a cracked screen unless you give them (complete strangers) access to all your personal data and walk away.Seriously... they tell you to give them your unlock code and come back in a few hours. To clarify they want access to all your emails, text messages, photos, credit card and bank apps, and anything else on your phone to fix a cracked screen. OH. HELL. NO!I suggest finding someone else.(Notice in the reply they dont deny it)

My phone wasnt charging, I took it in here to get a new charging port and battery. This should have cost me around $140. Instead the young guy working there told me the port where my charging cable plugs in was dirty and he simply cleaned it out, then ran a diagnostic on my battery and said id only get another hour out of a new battery. It cost me nothing! He definitely could have just done the repairs i asked for and taken my money. I appreciate his honesty and helpfulness!!!!

This place is top notch! Hands down the best repair shop I’ve ever been to. They fixed my iPhone 7 Plus and it came back better than new! They quoted me 45 minutes to an hour and it was done in 30 minutes. 10/10 would recommend! If you have a broken electronic this is the place to go. They also let me know they fix computers, tablets, and game consoles! Is there anything these guys can’t fix?! I have found my new repair shop and will never go anywhere else, they have a customer for life!

I do not recommend! Had a faulty LCD screen that needed fixed. They said it would take 2 days to fix which turned into 5 days. Got called on the 5th day telling me they cracked my outer screen and would be another 3 days to fix. I had to finally call and ask the status to which they replied of yeah it has been completed...a phone call would have been nice. Last but not least there was a dent in the back that they said was already there and screen has a huge bubble in it now that can’t be fixed. Even if the dent was there it would have been appropriate for them to point the bubble out and that it can’t be fixed before receiving payment. Go elsewhere if IPAD or IPhone needs fixed.

I took my i Phone in, after having taken it to Argosy West, because the charger port was not holding the lightning connector enough to charge. Argosy West had told me that I would need to have it fixed because the charger port was too loose. The gentleman at Ubreak examined the phone, then used some tools to remove packed in felt. Voila, the phone was fixed. The moral of the story is to absolutely avoid Argosy West and instead go to uBreakiFix!

Hands down best service! I went in with my husbands laptop that was not playing cd, dvd, or games. They checked to see what the problem was, offered simple solutions, and even showed me how to fix the issue which was quite easy but wouldnt have known unless I had taken it in.Outstanding service I will use again in the future! Dropped my phone in the middle of a thunder storm and didnt find it for a few hours. The screen was damaged so I took it to uBreakiFix. Staff was amazing and had my phone fixed the next day. They even stayed open after close so that I could get my phone back that night. Will definitely use them for any issues in the future!

Had a great experience. Best buy recommended I use this business to remedy issue with my Samsung Note 5 (not a typo, yes I said Note 5) Broken LCD. I chatted with Colton and he assured me that it could be fixed but then discussed the cost effectiveness of it with it being an older phone and the possibility that going ahead and getting a new phone might be a a better financial move (my words, not his, but he is not in the new sales business so wasnt trying to upsell me something and I really appreciated his honesty and customer service.) All in all we went for the fix, would take about 3-5 days to order the part and they would get it done. Once he logged the order in, he realized that the part was actually in stock and in the right color and all.. much to his surprise and curiosity as he said he had never ordered that part for a note 5, so it makes no sense that it was in stock. I assured him this is because I prayed before I left home to get the phone fixed. It was all fixed and done a couple hours later, easy peasy. Would return to this shop for fixes in the future, although I hope to never need to go back.

I had my boyfriend bring in my iPhone 8 Plus for a screen repair while I was at work because it was cracked. He was told the screen would be a real Apple screen. The screen it was replaced with is NOT an official Apple OLED screen, and my phone was left with very noticeable scratches on the metal sides where the old screen was carelessly pried off. I do not recommend this place for people who are looking for a genuine repair. The new screen is nothing like the original. We were charged for the same price Apple would charge for a REAL screen, 169$. Take your money elsewhere.

Tyler williams at the corporate office was great, amazing customer service and follow up throughout! Store i went to wasnt quite all there even after tyler helped me. I did get my liquid glass and now my phone has a scratch on it already somehow and this was applied 2 weeks ago! Oh well i guess. Looks like i have to pay 300 dollars for a new screen and get reimbursed for the warranty 😓

Very talented, local ATT store said due to their upgrades my iPhone no longer would do its original intended function and I had to buy a new one. UBreakiFix took all of 5 minutes to solve the issue .

They replaced my battery in my LG G6 within 30 minutes (originally quoted 2-3hrs from the first time dropping off) after the first battery was deemed defective from one of the tects. They also dropped the price which was nice but still much considering how much actual time was taken to do the repair work altogether. Not complaining but stating a factuality.

I just went to ubreakifix for the first time My iPhone wasn’t charging properly. They fixed the problem in 2 minutes. Turns out there was dirt in the charging port. They could have told me I needed a repair but instead were honest and fixed it no charge. You can bet the next time I need a real repair I’ll be back. Fast friendly customer service.

Best Buy had my phone for 4 hours the day before I brought my phone in to ubreakifix and was going to charge me upwards of $250 to fix a problem that they couldnt seem to specify. So one of them told me to take my business here due to some difficulties they were having with apple. I walked in and he told me that it would only take an hour and $100 to fix my problem. Not only that but he also explained the problem to me and told me exactly how he was going to fix it. Superb customer service. 10/10 will be back the next time I inevitably break my phone.

Great people very friendly and mellow I thought my phone port on my samsung galaxy was busted along with my aux as it turns out it was clogged along with my aux jack making it malfunction they cleaned it out for free within an hour. Also my xbox one was malfunctioning due to the airport throwing my luggage around while it was in my suitcase. Turns out they knocked my fan out of place and once again they fixed it for free within an hour!

When my phone wouldnt turn on, I Went in, dropped it off and two hours later and they told me my motherboard was the issue, and they could replace it for 350.... So I figured I could buy a new phone for that..I Went to buy a new phone and the guy at Best Buy simply reset my phone that apparently needed a new motherboard?! Hmmm... seems that they falsely diagnosed as a motherboard issue Because it works perfectly now. Guess theres no money to be made from resetting the phone?! How did I leave my phone with them for two hours and they couldnt try resetting it? Did they try? A waste of my time. Questionable place. They didnt seem to really care.

This place is fantastic! Trustworty and very honest associates. I had taken my PS4 in there to be fixed because I thought my HDMI port was broken. The store repair guy named Collin took it to the back to check it out and came back saying the PS4 was fine and working great and that it must have been a bad HDMI cable. He could have easily took advantage of me thinking the PS4 was broke and they fixed it when they really didnt. I would seriously recommend this store to everyone. They are very kind and for the most part honest with you and dont take advantage of you like some companies can.

While the repair was done in a timely manner, I am still dissatisfied. Their pricing is outrageous and when I went to use a $10 off coupon for any repair service they wouldnt let me use it.Its too bad. This is an example of a company forgetting its roots.

Only use this place if you want horrible customer service. Took my Kindle in to see about a battery change. Thats all. Said they would need to order it and to bring in when battery arrived. They said it would take about 45 minutes to an hour. Then they said it would take 4 to 5 hours. Later that day they called to tell me they broke the screen and needed to replace. Even then they did not get it ready when they said. And didnt even call to tell me it was ready. ZERO customer service. And didnt mind charging more than quoted either (almost $90 for a battery) Apologies go a long way but alas none were offered. The tech (term used loosely) was just flippant about everything. Be warned people.
