I do not recommend MetroPCS in Prescott valley due to misconduct of employee named Daniel. Daniel added a random phone case charge to my bill that I did not order nor receive. I believe this is a scam and Daniel maybe charging people with these phone case charges so he may then sell the phone cases online for personal gain. Several attempts at the store and over the phone with customer service to resolve this have failed. Daniel stated it is a coupon not a phone case charge to save this customer money although, it was a charge of over $16 not a credit. I called customer service to report and after several attempts to resolve this I changed phone companies as it was 5 days since I had purchased the phone I went to return it and was declined. At that time Daniel refused to give me any manager contact numbers. Daniel stated he does not know how to get ahold of his manager. I will never deal with this company again and I am out 255 dollars now. This is a frachise store and the only store within 100 miles. There is no way to report these actions of this store as corporate cant seem to tell me who to make my complaint. Next stop is the Better Business Bureau. What a way to take advantage of the local Prescott senior population.

Their system was down and the sales clerk really couldnt give any useful information as to if their product would work in Chino valley.

This company is bad i have a phone that shut down and will not turn back on and it happen two times in one week so i went to the store to replace it but the computer is down and i can get a new one if anyone go to them be careful

Little Mexican girl, very snotty, told me I could go spend my money next door. I was nice and asked about a screen protector for the phone I bought at that store, Said we dont have any, asked if they have anything close and without checking said No.

Went to this location and was informed I needed a mask to come in. Went and got a mask and then was informed after I purchased a mask that they cant sell phones today due to a system problem

Customer service seamed good, but now Im waiting for a warranty replacement phone for over a month. My phone has been messing up on me for a while by dropping calls and muting while in a phone call. I have gone in several times about it and was granted a replacement phone that has never been delivered.Its super flustering to be told someone will help you then leaves you hanging for a long time. I have not received any information or follow up. I have called four times, never being rude, but still not being helped out.

I bought a phone from then when the manager was off sick. The woman filling in for him sold me a bad phone. I tried to return it and got no where. I quit t-mobile right after that, Im considering contacting their corperate offices with her name and the address of the store. Just went to this location and was not informed until i was asking about the phones. One after another, they were not available. It is a phone store and they only have 2 phones in stock! One gentleman had already been there for 15 minutes and had not been informed of the situation until i had brought it up. Needless to say he was not happy. Just got done at the Prescott location. Very helpful and full selection.

Ok, phone working now, upgrade to 50 dollar

I visited metro in prescott valley because i needed help with my phone. The representative there was a young man by the name of mike. He was very unprofessional and made me feel like my business to him was not very important. He totally ignored me when he picked up a conference phone call he was waiting on and left me standing there with unfinished answers that i needed. Ive been with metro now for over 3 yrs but after that experience, im changing my carrier soon. My advice to metro at that location would be to either train mike for proper customer service or get rid of him.

The guy who works at this location is very knowledgeable on all of their products and truly helps you find what phone is going to help you the most. He doesnt try to sell you the most expensive phone in order to get a better paycheck.

One specific clerk is a total scam artist. My phone broke and he told me I wasnt elligable for an upgrade yet and didnt have insurance. Said I had to pay full price for a phone and that I should purchase a phone off Craigslist. I purchased a new phone at full price in the store after being told I could return it once the other phone came in from eBay. Tried to return it yesterday and now hes saying the phone was an upgrade and cant be returned even though I was told i wasnt elligable for an upgrade nor have I been with metro long enough to even receive an upgrade. Then the little guy calls the cops on me for being pissed off that hes ripping me off for 150 bucks. I think he ran it through the system as an upgrade and then pocketed the extra cash. he also refused to let me talk to a manager so be vary wary when dealing with the little curly haired perm looking guy because he will tell you everything to make a sale just to keep your money. I have corporate offices involved with my matter because hes not keeping to the metro promise on the receipt. And everyone Ive spoken to in higher up positions is in awe about how hes handled the matter so far. Ill be back in there today with my dispute as to why hes trying to screw me out of 150 bucks. Be very wary is all I can say and avoid dealing with him!!!!
