Had the most horrible experience at this store some young Caucasian girl did not help me on getting a new phone and was extremely rude to me she also said my iD was fake it was on October 27 around 5:30 pm she would get fired it was horrible

Thanks cricket we dont like using the app for paying our bill. 3 dollars to pay by phone? We must all be such great customers.. How bout a free gift or discount every once in a while for being such great customers? Or hell a free upgraded phone or replacement for my wife since hers is broke? Same stupid phone for 2 years. Yet pay five lines consistantly for 2 years and no bones for us such great customers? Otherwise great service.*update below is the owners response and completely missed my point. Yes we have multiline discount, my point is these stupid texts saying great customer yada yada.. How about once in a great while a text that says hey this month 10% discount off your bill for being loyal or hey come in and get a free upgraded phone on us no we get this owners response discounted upgrades which basically means you pay for an upgrade, that other companies give you for free after a couple years. No answer to my part about being charged now 3 dollar convience fee for paying your bill over the phone versus the app. Again we dont want to pay using the app apps use storage space. Again are you guys turning into APS or utility company that you now charge convienence fee for payments? Keep it up cricket and we will leave. Also like to add my wife informed me it has been way longer than two years.And as far as that great referral program... You can lead a horse to water but cant make it drink. Ever hear that before? For 3+ years we have recommended cricket to everyone we cross paths with. People dont like change most of the time, i truly wonder how much cricket has paid to the referal program in the last 3 years? How about instead of a referal program for bill credit only how about when we have added my sons, my wifes sister and boyfriend, and our friend to our plan (with some being added and dropped granted) give my wife 250 bucks to get a new phone. Right cause we get the generic response, discount upgrades, referal program, discounted rates (which btw is pretty close to the same rates as other carriers), loyal customer, great customers and my favorite many more smiles. Btw just checked the discounted upgrades as that loyal customer you pay more than a new customer porting a new number and then you also have to pay a 25 dollar upgrade fee lmao so much for discount.

As much as I like cricket, there are a few things they could improve on. I recently travelled to the UK and had purchased a SIM card so that my phone would still work while I was over there. As soon as I got there and put it in, I found out they lock their phones to Cricket SIMs only. I could not use my phone the whole time I was there. They also give the cheapest prices to new customers and raise the price like hell for their current customers.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped me set up the MyCricket app so I didnt have to drive down to the store every month to pay my bill.
Associates are usually nice and very helpful, but I didnt appreciate that we picked a phone and then when purchased the price was more than the tag, instead of fixing it they just said they were outdated and needed to update them? I paid the amount the guy said and didnt make a fuss but he should have given me the phone for what it was marked on the tag 🤷 not $20 more than it said.
My boyfriend has Verizon for work, and he doesnt get very good service in Chino valley. I on the other hand have Cricket my service is great passing through there!
