They really think it’s the 90s here. Old fashioned slimy sales tactics, uncomfortable atmosphere, hostile when you deviate from their script. I feel bad for the sales people stuck here, hope they are able to get jobs with integrity in the future.

Definitely live up to the car salesman stigma. Our salesman was nice and knowledgeable. However it was very high pressured sales, they couldnt keep their story straight, kept going back and forth and it just turned into an unpleasurable experience for us with having everyone staring at you ( literally, like seven people were in the office just staring at us) and feel like youre not being listened to. If it wasnt so high pressured and they didnt keep talking in circles and contradicting themselves it may have ended in a sale. We may or may not go back but what we do know is were going to keep looking for now.

During my shopping experience, when the sales person I was dealing with learned I was retired law enforcement, he began making derogatory and degrading remarks about local law enforcement. He was very unprofessional and should keep his personal feelings and experiences out of the business. Needless to say I didn’t buy a vehicle from this dealership for multiple reasons.

Was told the vehicle I was inquiring about was a $0 down vehicle for me so I took the time to go and check it out and to test drive. I loved it. Now all of a sudden I need $3000 down. They are a big waste of time. 3rd disappointment from them. Dont go. Other dealerships are much better to their customers.

Do not go here it’s just to much of a hassle as they are terrible with communicating with each other and their customers. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy here as they fail to inform of anything other than selling you a car. It’s been almost 2 months of me trading my car in and they still haven’t payed off the loan but had no problems getting the title into their name and selling it

They went above and beyond to help me get in to a car. And not just any care! I had recently been in a bad car wreck and my my car note on that vehicle had not yet been paid off. And well there are some things holding up my car being pays off on my end. So my credit was not the best at this point and Nick treated me as if I was family there. He knew I had just been in a car wreck in the process of moving to a new state. He knew my daughter was staying behind so I was going to have to be traveling long distance to see her. Never trust anyone who marks up bad vehicles and tells you what little it will cost to fix it. Oh, and for those of you experiencing transmission problems, your engine oil has NOTHING to do with it. These people are just swindlers.

NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!! we are in complete shock. We bought a car from them a few years ago and now are trying to trade it in. When we purchased the car they showed us a car report that they said was the complete history and it said the car only had 1 owner. But when we went to trade the car in and the true history of the car came out and it showed the car had 5 owners, was in 2 accidents and had structure damage. I feel like we were lied to and they took advantage of us. I will never go to them again and will tell anyone looking for a car not to go.

Car was priced at 17,000 online and I went in test drove and then was told the price was 2599 but he would do a price od 19,999 today only but when I asked for 1700 no problem I go and tell my wife and then they call me and I asked why they lied he said well it depends on your credit on what price you get it for well no but yes for intrest they dont care about anyone just wanna run credit

I had a great experience as a first time buyer here. They were willing to work with me even though I have no credit. Dell/DJ was great! He showed us cars in our price range and didn’t try to oversell. I got a great monthly payment and I’m very satisfied.The only downside that really bothered me was 2 or 3 or the other salesmen were smoking inside the building. The smell of smoke was really thick in the air and made me nauseous. Almost left the minute I walked in because of it.

This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Not one person was pushy, Brad, the salesman was extremely accommodating and didn’t try to put me in a higher priced car for my 16 year old daughter. They made sure her safety and budget were at the top of the list and even had a vehicle transferred within 24 hours from Flagstaff to accommodate her wishes. It was a quick process and we did not have a single hiccup. These guys are wonderful!! On Friday while driving home my car made this horrible noise and starting shaking. I barely made it home! As soon as I got back to the house I spoke with Matt who set an appointment for the next morning to look at a few options. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Absolutely wonderful experience at this dealership. I have never had nor imagined a more pleasant, positive experience buying a car! All staff members went out of their way to meet my needs, were friendly, courteous, and are all around good people.I came in and looked at some options with absolutely zero pressure- just informed, considerate assistance in meeting my needs. We ran my credit score and it showed up as pretty decent, but then it was about 100 points less on the more detailed reports run by the loan companies, which put me in a very poor score. I thought that was it and that I wouldn’t get the deal.I really really wanted this car and my credit proved a challenge, but Carl worked tirelessly all day while I was at work and negotiated with loan companies until he had a deal that made me incredibly happy. I came in to sign and pick up the car on the way to the airport and finished the deal in literally 15-minutes while Hawaiian Ray entertained my son and loaded our luggage into our new car!This crew is above and beyond fantastic! I have some ups about the people there; Ray was chill, and a good guy all in all and did his best too give me the best service and talk too the sales manager and the finance and so on. Went to get a car with my father. Gilbert was very friendly and helped us in anything he could. We had to wait for manager Nick to do my credit application. It took him 2 hours just to give us a response. After 2 long hours Nick told us to come back another day and to make another Appointment. Just to give the girl salesman a deal when we got there 2 hours before them. Honestly disappointed on how he treated his 2 male employees, and us as customers. After this experience I wouldnt recommend oxendale.

I just purchased a 2012 GMC canyon and I have to say this was the best experience we have ever had at a car dealership. Ray Hawaiian Ray went above and beyond to be sure we were happy with the vehicle we wanted and explained every little detail regarding our purchase. There was never any pressure by him.I cant thank him enough for making purchasing a vehicle a pleasant experience. In my past experiences, purchasing a vehicle was always a dreaded time but not this time, it was actually painless.....and greatly appreciated!

Tiffany was rude and not very knowledgeable. This place is a typical high pressure sales, bait and switch type of place avoid at all costs. Have a price listed on cargurus for a car, that same car wasn’t even on their website and she claimed the price was a misprint and would only be honored until midnight yet they’ve had the car for a while and price drop history shows it was priced 2k higher. They dropped the price to try to sell it, but lie to try and get you to close on a deal today. Then try to force you to finance through them so they can mark up your rate lol. Joke. Dont fall for all these fake good reviews

If your looking to wait after buying one of there vechiles i suppose this is the place for you but i recently just bought a vehicle from them and they did make it clear it would be 2 days till i could come pick up the vehicle, that was 4 days ago ive called everyday since then and all i can get for an answer is we are waiting on the banks, essentially they sold me a vehicle that technically isnt even in their possession
