I Rebuilt the rear suspension on my wifes jaguar and after being aligned by Northern AZ Alignment it drives like new!

I came in wanting an alignment on my integra, and I had brought specific specs that I wanted the car set to. when my car was on the rack I was told it was gonna be priced on the high side, more than I could afford at the time. But instead of calling it quits they got as close as they could to my desired specifications while still charging me for a standard alignment where as most shops I feel would just not waste their time. Many thanks to the folks at Northern Arizona Alignment! Very kind, professional and reasonable people.

I have to give a big shout out to Northern AZ Auto & Offroad in Prescott Valley. I took my older diesel into the dealership to get looked at and to get a recalled part replaced. They quoted me $$$$ to replace the fan clutch and let me know that it would take about a week. I then took it to my usual mechanic, Dale, and asked him if he could look for any safety issues that needed addressing. He quoted me about the same price... to replace the fan clutch, fix the leak in the water pump, redo a left front wheel bearing assembly, and replace the front brakes and rotors, and that it would be done by the end of the day. He has always been honest, kind, prompt, understanding of my lifestyle, and has never price gouged me. Hes even helped me with my horse trailer, and thats not even what his business is for. He also doesnt mind when I call him whenever I go to get my oil or tires taken care of at a chain company to ask if I actually need X that theyre trying to sell me. I really do feel like he has my best interest at heart. Anyhow, just wanted to put the good word out. Glad these folks are around! Honestly dont know what I would do.

Very respectful and professional. Very clean shop. Listened and was patient with explanations. They are not trying to break your pockets and sell you stuff you dont need. Above and beyond what I had my truck in there for. Ill never go to another shop again. Ive referred several friends already.

When was the last time you went to a shop that was honest, fair and competent? I cant remember either. But Dale and his crew are the ones that will change your opinion of the shady mechanic. My wife had a noise coming from her Jeep and pulled in to Dale s shop. Got her in, tightened a belt and wasnt going to charge her for his time. She insisted. So something went wrong again and I took the Jeep back to Dale because he was so honest before. Told me the problem, gave me options and let me decide what I wanted to do. You want honest.... GO SEE DALE!

Dale, Brandon and their crew are great at what they do. It doesnt matter what make or model car they have been able to do general service and maintenance on all our vehicles. As well as diagnosing and fixing things when they need to be fixed. Weve had axles, brakes/struts, alignments, steering and knuckle repair, suspension repairs, entire suspension kits and lift kits, brake controller for our FJ and trailer, all done here along with general maintenance for oil changes, headlights, safety checks. Dale is always very responsive, straight to the point and gives honest recommendations. I strongly recommend them for whatever vehicle issue or maintenance need you have.

WARNING avoid Northern Arizona Alignment at all costs. The worst experience ever. My wife went in there with our kids and they still ripped off a mother with her children. They said they replaced the part but never did. After they claimed to have fixed our car, the part continuously leaked flammable fluid on the engine creating a very dangerous situation for our family. Their negligence could have caused a under the hood fire. They charged her over $600 parts and labor. I dont know what they did to the car but it seemed like they tried to refurbish the old part instead of replacing it like they said they did. The part fell apart within a week creating a very dangerous, flammable situation. STAY AWAY!

Very Dishonest. I am a single mother of two and I desperately needed my only vehicle serviced. I went to them after getting recommended by a friend. Not only did they not fix the problem, they still charged me. I cant even believe these people are still in business!
