Prescott Valley Kia the hidden gem in the hills. We had been searching for a new Sorento since April of 2021. During that time we came across some very questionable dealerships . We spent an exorbitant amount of time and efforts dealing with nearly all Kia dealerships around Tucson and Phoenix areas. We were very mindful how much the vehicle market has been effected by the chip shortage as well the hardships car dealerships have had to deal with because of the pandemic. On day I came across Prescott Valley Kia online and discovered they had the vehicle we wanted. Right from the start we were greeted like family. Randall Richmond our sales consultant set up a time and courtesy hold through his manager to make the deal happen since we were traveling from 3 hours away. The price and options were spot on with NO dealer markup adjustments unlike all the other dealerships we had previously delt with. Mr. Randall was a real gentleman and we couldnt have asked for a more knowledgeable and professional sales consultant (he also happens to be awesome magician which you have to see it to believe it). The finance manager Mr. Jeff Bowen was also a real genuine professional, we were extremely impressed with the entire operation of this dealership specifically the integrity demonstrated by all the staff we interacted with. We have no problem or wouldnt hesitate recommending Prescott Valley Kia to anyone!

I highly recommend Prescott Valley Kia. I had a clogged catalytic converter on a used Kia I had only purchased 8 months age, it was causing my car to lose power. This was found when I brought my car in for a recall at a different Kia dealership that was closer to my home. The other dealerships quote seemed outrageously high, and since I needed to be in Prescott for a few other errands, I called Prescott Kia, and spoke to Lucas.Lucas was so helpful, his quote was over 1000 less, and more in the ballpark of what seemed reasonable and affordable. I was nervous, because this was still alot of money, but Lucas was so friendly and obviously skilled and he put my mind at ease about what needed to be done.While my car was being worked on I was given a ride back to my hotel by Gregory who was wonderful and even gave me an excellent suggestion on where to have lunch. Lucas called me shortly after I was dropped off and confirmed the work my car needed and the cost was correct to what we already discussed. He told me it would take 4 hours, but it took a little less. He called to let me know the shuttle would pick me up, and that the driver was Laura.Like Lucas and Gregory, Laura was also excellent, super friendly, and a joy to meet.I got my car back, paid what I was quoted, and they had even finished some recall work that the other dealership missed. My car drives so much better now, no more fear when I need to get up to speed to get on the freeway. I couldnt be more pleased with Kia of Prescott Valley.Although they are 125 miles from my home and there are closer places to fix my car, I will be using them from now on, because I trust Lucas and I trust the team at Kia Prescott Valley.Very satisfied customer, thank you Lucas, Gregory and Laura.Oh and I should also mention the giant comfortable waiting area, and the cashier was nice too. Such a great dealership.

The best experience Ive ever had buying a new vehicle. I went in and test drove the vehicle I wanted and the rest was handled over the phone until it came to signing the papers. No being stuck at the dealership for hours and hours! There was no pressure when I left without purchasing after my test drive, the following day I called the sales person back and told him to go ahead and get the paperwork ready, the following day I signed and drove away in my new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a vehicle they carry.

We are from out of town and I was dropping kid off for college and the climate control stopped working. Service Advisor Lucas Holmes was great to work with. He took the car right in and was able to get it diagnosed and fixed quickly. It is great to know that if my son has any problems he can turn to Prescott Valley Kia.

Bought a used vehicle from them and had a exhaust manifold leak that was a Crack in the manifold. They dont want to take care of their mistakes and wanted to address my concerns and end up having me pay for the repair. They failed to do their due diligence and do a inspection on vehicle stating they have a technician that specializes in the manufacturer of my vehicle but yet somehow missed it on inspection. Having transmission issues etc they still want to address my concerns and have me leave it for a few days. They are terrible with vehicle inspections and or taking care of customers. Granted its a used vehicle so minor issues are expected but not like mine. I highly do not recommend anyone purchase new or used vehicles. The managers do not care about anything but their cut for a sale. Go to any other dealership for new or used vehicles. STAY AWAY FROM KIA! Terrible customer service and workmanship .

I took my Sportage to Kia for a Recall repair. Everyone was extremely courteous and friendly. Customer service was excellent. Repair was done quickly and I was surprised that they even checked over the vehicle. Kudos to the lovely lady who turned on the AC while I waited for paperwork, as the vehicle had been sitting in the hot sun!

My trunk wouldnt open . The service dept was booked up, but they fit me in anyway. They got trunk open and found the problem, they knew I was upset. The went the extra mile and fixed it within 20 minutes. I was shocked and amazed. Prescott Valley kia cares! I left feeling relieved.

The service department at this dealership is horrible! My nephew took his Kia in for an oil change and the mechanic broke the passenger side mirror. It cost him $125 to have them replace it. When he took the car in the mirror was perfect, when he got the car home the mirror was destroyed! They denied any responsibility for it, naturally. Prior to that he took the car in to have the computer module updated and when he got the car home he noted that the jack had been removed from the trunk...stolen in fact. They denied any responsibility for this as well. When Kia told him to take the car in for a factory recall modification to the fuel lines (a major safety issue) they did nothing but they were paid by Kia to perform the work they never performed. He recently took the car in for an inspection of the front brakes. Liberty Kia told him that he needed the rotors turned and the pads replaced. They took the front wheels off the car for this inspection. He watched them do so. When they put the front wheels back on the car they managed to bend a couple of the lug bolts in the process. Worst off all I suppose is the fact that my nephew told them NOT to put the locking lug nuts back on using a pneumatic impact wrench as it would strip the locking nut keys making it impossible to ever remove the lug nuts again. So what did they do? Exactly what he told them not to do and of course now the locking lug nuts will not come off because the idiots used that impact wrench (which any fool knows you simply do not do) and stripped out the locking lug nut keys! Now he cant get the brake work done because the brake shop cannot remove the locking lug nuts! He drives this car for business, being a LYFT driver around town and now he cannot go out and earn his living because Liberty Kias service shop had rendered the car un-drivable. Of course nobody else has ever worked on the car but Liberty and of course they utterly deny having done any of this damage. We are currently filing suit against them to recover damages to the vehicle and lost income from their utter incompetence and total dishonesty.

We had to, unexpectedly, buy a new vehicle on our vacation to Arizona from Colorado. Our experience here was amazing.Heres our story: Our fully loaded 2015 Chrysler Town & Country van had blow a transmission on our second day of vacation. It only had 75,000 miles but was on its way out and caused nothing but headaches. It wasnt worth fixing.While car shopping down in the valley on the 27th at a Peoria Kia we were not listened to and the guy acted like we couldnt afford anything. He had the vehicle we wanted but kept saying it was too expensive and pushed us to the Sorento. I guess because we came to the dealer right after we visited Hurricane Harbor we didnt look the part to buy a Telluride SX.While this guy was showing my husband more basic vehicles we didnt want I called Prescott Valley Kia since that is my hometown. Brett H. answered. I asked if he had a 2021 Telluride SX in stock. He didnt but had the EX and offered a test ride that night before closing. I declined since we couldnt make it back up the hill in time. Brett then offered me a time to come in the following day and I accepted.We got to the dealership the next morning at 8am and Brett had the EX pulled up and ready to go over. His knowledge of the vehicle was phenomenal and we fell in love with it. We proceeded to the buying process which went smoothly. Brett never once pressured us into a different vehicle and was respectful. His demeanor was professional but friendly. While we werent planning on buying a new vehicle Brett made it less stressful. He offered us a complete rundown to the vehicle after we bought it but we didnt have time. Still, he extended his offer over the phone if I ever needed it.I cannot recommend Brett H. and the team at Prescott Valley Kia enough.

I would NOT recommend. I purchased a 2020 Kia Forte and The headlights and wiper blades did not work. I took the car back to them they had it for almost 2 weeks and told me it was fixed. I work out of town so I had my sisterPick it up for me and the problem still exists. I contact them and they tell me it works fine. I contacted my salesman Randall Richman and he was polite at first but he told me it isn’t his problem I would avoid him. Talked to the manager and he was nice but would not have a rental car waiting for my sister upon her return to the dealership. This is a brand new car that has safety issues and they do not care about me or that. STAY AWAY would be my advice.

Owner made a point to take me $500 over what I said I would like to spend. And made the deal conditional on being signed that day.Due to a misunderstanding we ended up not getting the car. (We were told it was an all wheel drive but it turned out it was front wheel drive.)The next day we found another vehicle that was an additional $54 over my breakpoint. Owner never offered to come down and then only filled the tank half full.For spending $22,000 on a vehicle I would think they wouldn’t nickel and dime me to death. Poor choice. Poor service.

After jumping through hoops for a week and spending countless time on the phone and in the dealership I was directed to their credit services agent. He proceeded to offer me 19% interest! I had previously purchased two vehicles from them at 6% interest. After I informed him that paying that much interest was outrageous he insisted that I “ get educated”. I have never in my life received such awful customer service. Never again will I send friends or family to them.

Randal the wantabee Sales person did the very very least humanly possible throughout the on line sight unseen or test driven. Purchased by my 82 yr old mother online.I tried to give big mike gm & da local Yahoos achance to exhabit some or actually any customer service skills. Failed continually. Not very familiar with Kia except for some rental cars which impressed me, so I was very pleased when Bob assigned Gerald the product specialist to me. Very nice people. Worked with me to arrive at a fair deal and I chose the new Seltos model. Since then I had a minor recall issue and was treated very well at the service department. They even asked me if they could wash my car and I joked about vacuuming the interior. Tim, the service representative, was so pleasant and did tell me they didnt do that but without my knowledge he told the washing crew to do the vacuuming. They did! the service and treatment was 5 star.

Edited 8/28/2020 - After having our vehicle for a week we get a phone call that they can’t find anyone to meet the deal they told us. Meaning they couldn’t find a lender to uphold their deal that we signed paperwork for. We told them we would bring the car back if that could not uphold the deal they made and we signed. Eventually they called and said they found someone to do it. This makes me very uneasy about our decision to finance with them and we wish we had rights and could break our purchases with them.We purchased a used vehicle just yesterday and had an amazing experience. Manny and RJ were wonderful to work with. We looked online and found a vehicle we wanted to look at. When we submitted a price request we received an email from Manny with the requested information. When we responded and told him we were on our way but it would be about an hour before we arrived due to where we lived, he said he would pull the car up to the front and have it waiting for us. Sure enough when we pulled up the car was out front. Manny came out opened the car for us to look at and then asked if we wanted to test drive. Due to COVID-19 guidelines you are allowed to test drive it, however, the sales people are not allowed to ride with you. This struck us as odd at first, however, it made us realize how important safety is to them as well as the safety of their customers. I can honestly say this is not the case at all dealerships. Highly highly recommend giving Kia Prescott Valley a chance. We bought a used vehicle from them.

Clean and quiet dealership. No pressure from staff. I went knowing what I was looking for and had a reasonable budget based on kbb information, and comparison to other vendors. Again, no pressure and pleasant staff. Beautiful view of Prescott Valley to enjoy while waiting to complete the paperwork process. Diane was a kind hostess through the process, and knowledgeable about her Kia products. I didnt give a 5th Star because of some under the hood issue with parts of the firewall missing/damaged, and not brought to our attention during the sale process. Being transparent about this item would have made an instant 5 Star rating.

My husband and I recently made an appointment to have our car serviced at Kia. We were told that the employees would all be wearing masks when meeting with the public. We are senior citizens and take this pandemic very seriously, so this reassured us. To our shock and surprise, when we arrived they were not wearing masks as promised. We even saw an employee lean into the open window of a vehicle to talk to a very elderly man while neither was wearing masks. Needless to say, we cancelled our appointment on the spot. Evidently, close to 160,000 people dead arent enough for Kia to take this pandemic seriously. Who knows if they sanitize their work space or what theyre spreading. I wont be going back until they clean up their act. It isnt worth risking my life.

If I could pick anything lower than one star, I would. I am not the type to go out of my way to file a complaint, let alone write a review. However, with my experience with this dealership, here I am. I want to start by saying when the last owners were here, I was an extremely happy customer. I got a great car for a great deal. I told EVERYONE that mentioned buying a car to go to Kia. I will never say that again. After my car was totaled in early August, I financed my first car at Kia. I signed the deal August 21st. As I drive this certified pre owned car off the lot, my check engine light comes on. All three cats need to be replaced. Of course, Kia replaced them. But what they also did was send me home with a car that had NO oil in it. I had to put 5 quarts in.. Guess what? Check engine light. Keep on mind, this was after I had taken it it back because the oil sensor said I had no oil. They reassure me they forgot to reset it and Im on my way again. Two weeks later, check engine light, accompanied by a knocking noise. They have had my car for a week, have only managed to get the top of the motor off, and are telling me itll take a week for the warranty company to approve a new motor, after they finish the tear down, whenever that is, followed by up to 6 more weeks to even get a motor, then there is the time itll take them to install it. I have two children and am a single mother. I have financed over $18k worth of debt for this car, and cannot even have it. But I am still expected to pay the monthly payments, and have no vehicle. No rental, unless I pay for it and get paid back by the warranty company AFTER I get my car back. And lets not forget, that only covers 5 days with a rental. I have not seen worse business ethics and practice than I have at Kia. I will be getting an attorney, and will never return to or recommend Kia again.

Drove around phoenix for 300 miles in one day couldnt find a vehicle or friendly people to help. Next day went to Kia and they had a Kia Seltos that we bought and love it. Not 1 complaint with the staff at Kia helped us above and beyond. If you need a vehicle go see Randal Richman he will help get you started.

I was in the parking lot at around 6:15 pm looking around. No one came out to assist. I am the guy that can write a check to pay in full on the spot or even finance with excellent credit. Did no one come out because I was driving my 17 year old car with paint peeling and it may have looked like I had no money? The person with money or excellent credit could be the one pulling up in the old car evaluating your customer service. I will find a car elsewhere.

I purchased my kia back in 2015 when it was Earnhardts, and I enjoyed the experience and I wanted to give Prescott Valley Kia a chance despite the name change.My wife was very adamant on the options she wanted, and Gerald in sales was great at answering any questions we had. He went above and beyond to meet our expectations and some.Laura, the sales manager expedited the entire process by working diligently on inventory that fit my wifes specific needs. All this combined for a slightly faster process with everything completed and us driving off the lot in just under 3 hours (we are used to like a 4 to 5 hour process). So kudos to Gerald, Laura, & Michael for expediting that process for us.If you plan on buying, I would highly recommend meeting with Gerald.

Unfortunately my last visit wasnt as positive as my first. I came in wanting 2020 Kia Soul and hoped to get a great deal since I had previously purchased from them. In the end I had to travel to Phoenix for a deal that for some reason couldnt happen here. In the end I got an LX out the door for $18,850. I believe the best deal I got offered here was $21k +Very confused and ultimately unhappy. To be fair, the people here are always friendly and genuinely care. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for service but not likely to purchase one in the future. If you dont think your getting the best deal, try Earnhardt Peoria Kia! They had me covered!
