These people are very good. Had 4 tires removed and replaced with mount balancing and disposal. Got me in and out in the promised time and very reasonable rates. While I was waiting, they took a few calls and seemed to know many of their repeat customers by name. Very personal experience. This was my first time here, my wife and dad have been there many times. I will be back!

Dropped car off for inspection they called next day said my mirror hanging (wasn’t broken when I dropped it off)and I needed my already “new”rotors replaced. I was failed. Picked up car took elsewhere and watched when they noticed two wheel lugs missing one on each rear side DANGEROUS! J n J “FAILED”to put them back on and “can’t find them” Keep you and your family safe steer clear of these clowns!

I was stuck on 81 South about a half hour away from their shop. I thought I had a Valve Cover gasket problem. I didnt. Bob came out and got me took me to Ray (Mechanic in the back of his shop) A truly honest mechanic. i was headed to Florida, they could have told me anything. They didnt. JJ charged me near nothing compared to other Tow services and Ray Charged $10 to tighten a bolt for my coolant system. Thats it, sent me on my way and I made it to Florida where i am writing you from now. Thanks Bob and Ray. Honesty is hard to come by these days.

These guys put two new tires on for me back in December and also did a front alignment for a much better price youd find anywhere else. Today just got my tires rotated. If you have any tire needs or an alignment, these are your go to guys!

STAY AWAY! IF you loaded with money as banker and dont care - thats fine. If not - read this small essay prior to make decision – if you want to get serviced by JJ Tire or better not.On 6/6/2017 I was robbed in spite of the fact that I asked mechanic personally to check around if my car will pass or not. I told him that I unemployed and I already late with inspection cause it took so long to collect money needed for it. He knows my car from previous visits.He confirmed verbally my request, in five minutes he called me to get inside of shop and my car was lifted and rear tire off. He said I need new back rotors and brakes and back in customer area asked for $40 for it. When I asked him why they do this to me he just pointed his finger to wall sign saying $39.00 pass or fail and continued to mumble mantra state law. I was ok to cover labor associated with dealing with my car to this on lift stage. But...I will never get back to this place that I thought was friendly and loyal to people in neighborhood... It is not about money. It is about being ignored, fooled off and robbed when you already have hard time to survive with family in tough economy and lack of jobs 100 miles around (no to mention all of US).They earned my last $40 dollars but lost my respect as a customer and neighbor. What stinks in this story – that I personally asked this guy PRIOR to all things and was humble enough to explain my situation to him. I didnt even leave key in ignition, because I needed to speak with him face to face prior to unwanted things to happen. He confirmed my sincere request and fd me.Go shop other places. I understand that they need to make money. But I honestly believe that making money on people in my situation is very stinky business - no matter how you look at it. Today it was me, just me, humble me, guys. But tomorrow any of you can get this bitter taste in your mouth too.Dont risk to feel it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, FELLOW DRIVERS - some place where people will not trade human values for bunch of green pieces of paper.Fellow local driver

My roadside assistance called them to tow me and they lied about not receiving paperwork on my vehicle, just because theyre backed up. No need to lie! Terrible customer service!!

Pulled my sisters car onto his bed with a winch and hooked it with a chain.He bent the subframe on the car and he should invest in training for himself and his employees.its 2018, cars need to be handled with care not like a piece of equipment.
