This review is long overdue! My fiancé & I have never gone to buy a new car & were greeted by John almost immediately. He was so welcoming & sweet to us. Where to start, I don’t usually leave reviews especially when it’s good, 9/10 people are more likely to leave a review because in the moment they are mad about how things went. I am happy to say Bob Weaver definitely knocked this out of the park. When this vehicle arrived to the market it was always something my wife had her eyes on. Recently I noticed trade in values are higher then ever so last week I told her this was probably our best chance to get into that vehicle. Already having a 2019 & just a few months ago it was worth way less then what we still owe on it, I was extremely shocked to see how we could get another 3-5k more & that’s exactly what happened. I noticed Bob Weaver on cars.com posted the vehicle & they were literally the only dealer in the whole state to have it & the options we wanted. This was on Sunday 6/6 that I noticed so I sent a email over that I was interested. Then Monday 6/7 I did one better & even called immediately & set up an appointment for 11am. When we arrived we were greeted by Nate Snyder. Really cool, hands down kinda guy. He was very professional & we immediately started getting trade in numbers & running numbers for what we were interested in. Not even 30 mins later we put a deposit down on the vehicle. They didn’t have the vehicle at this time but it was in transit & just about around its last event code before it arrives at the dealer. This type of vehicle is extremely rare & don’t usually last more then a day on the lot. Each day starting with Tuesday 6/8 Nate would keep us updated on how things were going. By Thursday 6/10 I even got pictures of the conversation Nate would have with GM about the vehicle’s location & ETA. By Friday 6/11 we knew how much we wanted the vehicle so we were ready to trade ours in before value dropped again & sign some papers. We made an appointment for 4pm Friday 6/11 & Nate was even going to give us a loaner to use after everything was official, at that point we would just need to wait for the vehicle. Upon arrival we were shocked to see it had arrived early that day & got cleaned up. Nate came running out SURPRISE!!!! We were in total shock. Not only did we get the vehicle we wanted but the overall surprise made it even better. He was very good with our kids while we were talking & signing the papers. He went over the vehicle & told us all about it. He never made us feel rushed, forced us into something we didn’t want or annoyed with any of our hundred questions we had. I highly recommend Bob Weaver & Nate Snyder!!!!!! 5 stars!!!!! So glad I supported local business, you don’t always have to drive hours away or out of state for what you’re looking for.

Fantastic customer service! Needed something looked at on a van we purchased from them in the past, on a Saturday morning. The service department was closed, but they gave us a courtesy vehicle for the weekend until they were able to fix our van, for the price of the gas we used in it. Van was repaired inexpensively, to boot!

I traded a 2020 Chevy Equinox for a 2021 GMC Arcadia Denali on September 22, 2021. Bob Weavers Assistant Business Manager, Sharon Long would not give me fair trade in value for the Equinox. She also stated that I was not eligible for the $250 customer loyalty discount. I contacted GMC customer service the next day and they said that because I own a 2020 GMC Denali Sierra truck, Iam eligible to receive the $250 discount. I called Bob Weavers and talked to another Manager and Im now getting the $250. Im very disappointed with the way I was deceived by Sharon Long. The salesman David Fetter was very knowledgeable and did a great job with this sale.

Fantastic experience! John D, was an exceptional sales rep, he asked what we are looking for in a car. He asked if we wanted to know any of the other trims or options. I will rate the service 5 out of 5 stars. car was in an accident 10 days ago. Was hit right front fender. Initially was worried about time to fix or even if parts were available to fix it. Turns out the initial 2 week time frame was a little off. They had the vehicle done in about a week. Picked it up today and it looks amazing. Everyone there was great to deal with from Brandon to the lady at the front desk. I think name was Lisa not sure., But the experience was exceptional, I will recommend anyone to go there for any type of work especially body damage.

Purchased 2 new vehicles from Bob Weaver, one back in 2009 and the other more recently. I had actually attempted to purchase my first one at another dealership and had a terrible experience, so DJ (current sales manager) was able to get me the exact car and turn it into a great experience. Worked directly with Tony Kauffman on the last one. He made the purchase as simple as possible and answered every question I could think of. The team here took all of the stress out of the buying process and will absolutely go the extra mile to make sure of it.

We own a 2021 Chevy Tahoe. It will not start. We believe an automatic update happened which killed the entire electrical system. AAA came out and cannot get it started either. The Chevy Dealers in our area are not able to look at it until the week of August 23rd, and that is not a guarantee! A 60,000 vehicle and we cannot get anyone to help us, including Bob Weaver. So unfortunate. We are short technicians or No one wants to work is what we are being told. I get it, but this is an emergency considering myself and my husband work full-time. Getting to work each day is an emergency.

Nate was incredibly help from start to finish! I brought my Chevy Trax in for service and after receiving a loaner vehicle opted to look into purchasing a new one. I saw the new 2021 Buick Encore GX in the showroom and after working with Nate was able to drive it home the next day!

The dealership was awesome they went over and above the normal level of a typical dealership to get us the car we wanted at a price we could afford.

Traveling south with our fifth wheel and chevy duramax, when the truck threw a code. P2033, exhaust system service required. We stopped a small dealership who declined to work on it due to inadequate staff, but suggested we try Bob Weaver. Stopped there next, and after speaking with Michelle and Stacy, they took care of us very quickly. Not only did they work on the truck immediately, but got the OK kay from local law enforcement to park the fifth wheel on the busy street. They went above and beyond, and we are grateful we stopped at Bob Weavers.

Sent there by Nationwide Insurance. I was rear-ended by another driver and they were the Insurance company the other driver had. I pointed out all damage that was caused buy the crash, part of which was the busted license plate holder on my Jeep Wrangler. Im not able to say why they didnt replace it, but they didnt. The other repairs look great. Not replacing the plastic license plate bracket leaves the rest of it open to questions.

I took my 2006 Corvette to Bob Weavers for inspection 2 weeks ago. I have been taking it there for inspection for 6 years. Unfortunately, this will be my last time. There was an issue with the 4-ways and they kept the car overnight. When I went to get my car the next day, I was pointed in the direction the car was parked in the lot. My car was returned to me, with greasy body marks on the hood, door and front window and dirty greasy marks on the floor, door and trim. I sent the service department an email with pictures and never received a response. This car was washed and waxed the day before it was dropped off. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Bob Weavers. My local garage even protects the floors and seats when working on my cars.I have returned each call you made.

Nate from service is the best thing that ever happened to this place. Fellas he’s gonna make you feel like the biggest swinging hammer in the building. Ladies he’s very easy to look at. Everyone he’s gonna save you more money than you can imagine. ASK FOR NATE. Idk what they pay him but it needs to be more. I’ll have to find out where he goes if he ever leaves cause I will be right behind him.

Best new car buying experience!! We showed up late in the day, but our salesman David Fetter and team sold us a new car, and stayed after hours to complete the sale. Staff was extremely friendly and down to earth. This was the second stop of the day, but I wish it was the first!!

The tire pressure light would not turn off, so they took care of the sensor the next day free of charge. They,ll advise you on whatever scheduled maintenance is due, but they wont push you. If they say your maintenance will take an hour, thats how long it will take. I was in an accident so went to Bob Weaver body shop to get the damage repaired. My insurance company wanted to have them to use cheaper parts but they helped me out by using the better original parts and it didn’t cost me any more. They were great to work with.

He thoroughly went through all details and specs of the technology and safety features plus other added bonuses for all the vehicles I viewed. Upon picking up my 2021 chevy silverado trail boss after its first service, I noticed a small crack in the windshield that I hadn’t noticed when i dropped it off. the service staff was very understanding and respectful and immediately agreed to replace the windshield free of charge. very few car dealerships would have agreed to do so, especially not so easily and without arguing. We used the Collision Center after my wife was hit by a deer with our car. The entire process of getting our car fixed was painless, thanks to the very friendly staff. They worked with our insurance company and the car rental company to get us all set up. The repair looks great and the staff were the best. 5/5 would recommend again!

So I finally bought my first new vehicle this year at Bob Weaver Chevrolet. My family has bought all of their vehicles from Bob Weaver for decades now so I stayed true to a family tradition and bought from Bob Weaver also.. I had a great experience with the crew there. Especially salesman Christopher Charest. Super nice guy and knew everything I wanted to know about my new vehicle and went out of his way to find the right vehicle for my girlfriend also! We felt like we knew the whole staff at Bob Weaver for years! 8 months later,, Christopher and I still keep in touch via Facebook and text. Friendly, thorough, competent customer care. Staff took the time to review everything with me and take any questions. Car was completed in the time frame they gave me and pick up was nice and early, plenty of time to get my rental car back in time to avoid extra charges. Car was nice and clean at pick up, added bonus! Always pleased with Bob Weaver.

This was our 2nd or 3rd time here. We really enjoy it. Staff is always friendly and seem like they are enjoying working there. Service area is clean and up to date with software and check in and check out processes. Covid compliant which is nice. We will for sure be coming back with our vehicles.

Always surprised how everyone here is willing to help you. Brought my sons car in last month (been parked for 6 months) had a laundry list of things needed for it to get inspected Jason and his boss Ryan walked me through all the things it needed and pointed out all the stuff they personally wouldnt do and assured me my kid was gonna be driving a safe car. My first time dealing with the collision center and I was very pleased. Everyone was very friendly and did whatever possible to make sure my jeep was well taken of. Lori made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way and even handled everything with my rental car. Garron went above and beyond explaining everything and was very accommodating. My jeep looks as good as new!

Just picked up our Toyota Highlander for the wife and she loves it! Thanks to Nate Snyder for sticking with us. It took us awhile to get to where we needed to be but it finally happened.

The parts department was helpful in getting me keys for my car as I lost them. I needed ID and proof I owned the car, but the rest was easy. I got 2 sets so I don’t have the same problem again.

Nate was extremely helpful, patient and kind. It’s not often that you can walk onto a car lot and drive off with the exact vehicle you were looking for. He made sure any work that I requested to be done to the vehicle, was done. A lot of the stress that comes with buying a vehicle and trading in a vehicle, was alleviated due to the efficient work style the team has.
