Just got a new car and wanted to get my tires and brakes checked which was done in a timely manner. Comes back to tell me my tires are good and so are my brakes didnt try to sell me something I dont need. Went back for a oil change and alignment all done in fast time and the customer service is on point you need something fixed speak to ornie at tire choice

Tire Choice is my go to for any sort of car care, and it has been from when it was Monro some time ago. Warren and his guys here always provide me with excellent, friendly, and informative service. The manager here, Warren, actually went out of his way to print me out a copy of my cars title, and helped me out in how to acquire it online. Dudes great. I went here TWICE with 2 different cars. The manager was nice, and very informative about their we dont do work unless you say so policy. The second time for breaks they were understaffed and I was there for about an hour and a half. I cant blame them, they were understaffed. But even though they were understaffed and under pressure, I would definitely go back just because the manager was nice, and awesome, and treated my car with care to where I didnt have an issue.Oh and they told me what will need work so I can get it done at my own pace. DEFINITELY WILL GO BACK!

I called for an oil change due to the fact that i had been waiting up the road at Jack Williams for over 20 minutes and my car had not even gone back yet, although they told me if i brought it in now they could do it immediately. So knowing i had to get back to work shortly and my patience wearing thin i decided to call Tire Choice, explained my situation to Victor and he assured me he could have me in and out in a breeze. And he definitely delivered. I highly recommend these awesome gentleman.

I made an appointment for a state inspection for my truck online January 21st for two days later on the 23rd at 11am. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that they were completely booked up and wouldnt be able to do it until later in the day. I asked how they could be booked up when I had made my appointment online two days ago and was told that they dont take online appointments for state inspections. And Im not sure what the name of the employee was but he had a bit of an attitude towards me as well. Im not going to come back here if thats the kind of service your employees are going to give me.

Very respectful they take the time to get it right. I bought a 2004 Jeep Liberty on Wednesday. Took to these guys got brand new tires and alignment done. Drove home and on my way to work on Thursday I noticed it still drifting to the right. Brought back today they put it back on the alignment machine when they pulled it off the driver side tie rod fell off. They were able to fix it and checked the other side to make sure that one was properly installed. They did not charge me for it. Who ever worked on it before I bought it had no idea what they were doing never tourked anything down or used proper sealant. 3 hours and 30 minutes they spent making sure everything was correct and the vehicle was safe to drive without me spending a penny. Thank you guys again I appreciate it.

The guys here know their stuff and are also very friendly and informative. I think their prices are about the same as any other chain service center. They always do a good job and they’re quick considering how busy they can get.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I had an incident with my tire. It was fixed but I wasn’t thrilled about how the situation was handled. It was just one bad experience amongst many good ones though. Was probably just a bad day 🤷🏻‍♀️

Do not take your vehicle here ! I took my car for an oil change and they didnt put my oil filter on tight enough my car was leaking oil for weeks before I figured out what it was.

Had a coupon ($19.95) for oil change, tire rotation, check fluids etc.@ Tire Choice, in Pottsville, PA. on Sat 5/30/20. Gave the manager a note stating the same thing posted above. Never looked at invoice till I got home. Nothing was on invoice regarding TIRE ROTATION. Called Manager and asked if TIRE ROTATION was done. He said NO. Stated they did a visual inspection on the tires and they looked to be wearing evenly in their eyes. The coupon stated TIRE ROTATION Not a VISUAL.??? The VISUAL tire inspection negated what was printed PLAIN & CLEAR on the COUPON...... OIL CHANGE. TIRE ROTATION, CHECK FLUIDS, etc. Better get NEW COUPONS printed before sending them to prospective customers who think a TIRE ROTATION will be PHYSICALLY done or a VISUAL along with Oil Change, Check Fluids. etc.

By far the best service Ive received in awhile. I called to make an appointment for an inspection and was given one for the very next day. There was asolutely no wait time, the gentlemen were very nice and I was in and out with no hassle. The pricing was very reasonable as well which was surprising. I would highly recommend Tire Choice Auto Service Center, I know Ill be a repeat customer.

Took my van there to get new tires, brakes and oil change. The guys where very nice and explained everything to us on what they where doing and what would be covered. I will definitely be coming back here in the future and would suggest this place to anyone that is looking to get work done on their car.

I had an appointment and my car was serviced at the assigned time. I also find it to be a convenient location.

I have to give huge thanks and kudos to the team at this shop. While out many many miles from home with my family our engine failed & we quickly pulled into their shop. Thanks to the kindness and smart thinking of their team...especially Grubby who not only found the issues but clearly pointed it out to me...they very quickly were able to assess everything wrong with it. Since the issues were beyond what they service and we were many, many miles from home both Grubby & the shop manager called the local tow shops until they quickly found us one that would not only drive us so far home but fit everyone inside. Id highly recommend them to anyone...kudos and much gratitude!

The monro shop is the best I never went to an honest shop. The workers there are a blessing. Don’t know me from a can of paint and the deals they worked out with me was amazing. Oil change in October led to cap not being closed correctly by tech. Oil leaked all over engine. Luckily we caught it before we completely ran out of oil. Communication with store was poor. Still waiting on the refund they promised. Expensive mistake using them.

Jim is very nice, oil changes are reasonably priced. Always get a second opinion with local mechanics on more intricate work. ..not in offense to the staff, but this is a money-making corporation.

I ran over a bolt and got a hole in my tire. I needed help immediately. Stopped at Monro and 30 minutes later we were on our way home. Grubby even torqued the tires to factory specs and pulled the car right to the front door. I was definitely impressed. I had never been there before but I have decided I will never go anywhere else from now on. Thank you for great, fast service!

Needed snow tires put on the wifes car. They wanted $25.00 each! thats $100.00 an hour labor charge for a tire change. No Fn way! Went to Mavis in Hamburg. 4 tires unmounted, mounted and balanced for $42..00 with tax. Plus, they put her regular tires in bags so the car would not get dirty. Go To Mavis if you work for your money!

Amazing... Made the appointment the night before. Needed an oil change badly! Showed up for the time. The man apologized the other two people scheduled to work with him never showed but this man is like super man with vehicles! I come here every single time there is something wrong with my car. The staff here is so nice and is always willing to help. I have never had an issue with them. I found this place while I was at school because I live so far from home. I don’t even go to where I use to at home anymore. I will drive an hour just to come here! I highly recommend this place 100%!

I had my tires sent to Monroe Auto Service and tried to get the tires mounted and balanced twice. The manager first said I could not make an appointment until the tires arrived... ok... I got a notification from UPS that my tires were delivered I called and the manager said I didnt need an appointment and could stop in any time to get the work done.... OK... I stopped again on my way home from work the ext day and was told that no one was their to do the work. I took the tires and went to Mavis Tire and got the work done. I believe this establishment has no business being on the Tire Rack installers list. I will never go here again. I am questioning purchasing from Tire Rack ever again. In Conclusion do NOT do business with Monroe Auto Service in Pottsville PA they just give you the runaround.

Got an oil change and the staff was suppose to rotate/fill my tires as well. Well my vehicle is newer and has a monitor that tells you how much air is in your tires. My one tire was still low and in the same location as when I had brought it in. The staff should know better.

I took my Jeep to Monroe, all places around Pottsville were booked for alignments. They said they could get it in and done before 7PM. Great! No worries I was going to Harrisburg with a friend for dinner. I got a call saying there is going to be a delay that they could begin in the morning and call when done. I found a ride to work next day, that’s fine thank you. I call them around noon, and they inform me their “machines are both down” and they couldn’t do the alignment. The technician also answered the phone and said he could call me when they are fixed. Okay.. I just said okay and picked it up and went to JJ tires instead.. I never got a call and they lied to me. Very dishonest and inefficient. The machines were in working condition and I never got that “they’re working” call. My friends wife had her car dropped off after me, and her alignment was done the next day. If I could rate the customer service I’d give 0/5..

I will be in close contact with corporate because of this Pottsville location. They costs me hundreds of dollars in repairs a day after I took my car in for a simple oil change. The mechanic told me he replaced a stud(which I never asked of him) and in the process disturbed the bearing causing me and my family even more damage to my SUV. I ended up paying $545.00 to get the hub assembly replaced. The manager tried to tell me I asked for a tire rotation (which I never did). This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with this company and I would advise anyone to go to another location to get better service. I would recommend the Monro on Frankford ave in Philadelphia.

Prices are extremely high and other places do the work for much cheaper. Got the same work done for almost half the price at Kens tire. Monro did my oil change and two weeks after their service my car started smoking because they overflowed my oil tank and destroyed the oil sensors and caused oil to leak all over under the hood of the car. Had to have those replaced and there is still way too much oil in my car. Staff also because irritable and rude when I declined them fixing the other parts needing to be replaced on my ca due to outrageous prices.

I took my 2001 Yukon and today the guy was very nice and helped me out a lot took my car in to take a peek to see what was wrong with it tell me what I needed and only what I needed so I want to say I do appreciate that it’s hard Now in days to find someone that’s honest soon as I got off the phone I told my wife she needed to take her car up there to get brakes the guy said bring it up tomorrow and he’ll get it done for her right away I will go back I thousand times if I need laughed out loud but I hope not

I have always trusted this location to do good work. Today was not the case. I made this appointment online on 10/11/18 for 10/20/18 at 11AM. I received email confirmation. So on the morning of the 20th, I took my car to the location. I had other things to do, so I dropped off my car. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by manager Walter. I introduced myself, and told him that I had an appointment for PA state inspection, and a full synthetic oil change. He answered in an angry and accusational tone that he could not do it. Because I made an online appointment just two hours ago. I told him I did not, and I have the online confirmation. He went on to tell me that he was short a mechanic, and there were three ahead of me, and it was going to take a long time. I was irritated, but understood. Its unpredictable. So, he reluctantly took my keys and said hed get it done. Three hours later he called me and said I needed front brakes, and quoted a price around $450. I said that if it was needed for inspection, do it. After hanging up, I remembered that the last time took my car for service there it needed brakes. The manager on duty that day showed me the pads and rotors. That day we decided to replace the pads, but not the rotors. So I called back, and spoke to Walter. I told him that I purchased the lifetime breaks last time. He asked me when that was. I did not know off the top of my head. He did look it up eventually, and said the brakes had been replaced in February. This made no sense to me. He said that the brakes were falling apart. How could that be without damage to the rotors? I told him that if that was needed for inspection, go ahead and replace them. So, its now after 2PM after an 11AM appointment. I get a call it was done. I returned to pick it up, and after having explained who I was, and having to tell him which car was mine, I got my car back. Upon first glance, some oily substance was used to remove my inspection sticker, and was left on the window with smears and fingerprints. My keychain was broken, and pieces were missing. Also, I noticed there was no sticker for mileage at the oil change. I drove home, and decided to check the oil. It is dirty. It does not look like it was even changed. But I was charged for it! Now I have to find another place to get it serviced before my trip next week. I am so mad at this.
