Hot gazed delicious!

Quick in and out. The hot now light is a bit deceptive. They are hot glazed not hot fried. Not as good to me as the ones off witchduck Rd VB. But the distance saved is substantial and acceptable.

The donuts are decent. I went there before work and there was a promotion for mars donuts. I wanted to try one. unfortunately there was some kind of delivery problem and the person in front of me had an order problem due to this. He said he was waiting for about 45 minutes to get his order complete. Instead of having a 2nd employee help me take my order, the manager or shift lead continued to hold a pointless conversation with him apologizing for the mix up. by the time I placed my order, i was already running behind. The cashier was apparently in training and the manager left him to fumble with the machine until i said i was leaving. Only then did she come to assist him and check me out. I ended up being late to work because a 5 minute stop at the donut shop turned into a 35 minute sequence of failures. It looked like a regional manager was on her laptop watching the whole scene unfold. maybe corporate needs to plan these special events better.

Ordered my usual (for this time of day) frozen mocha carmel coffee and pup cup/pupper chino. It tasted great but still had some large chunks of ice so straw kept getting stuck with ice chunks. The staff was very friendly.

After seeing my fellow classmates receive the Class Of 2020 donuts, my best friend and I decided it was a good idea to hop on the trend. After a long gruesome day at work we thought a good way to relieve our stress would be to go on a friendly drive to Krispy Kreme 40 MINUTES AWAY for free graduation donuts. After waiting in the 15+ minute drive thru, we generously asked the employee for the 2020 donuts and come to find out they were all out. How hard is it to write a few 2’s on some donuts and put them in a box? Beyond me. Nice to see my classmates with free 2020 donuts and we get a box of lousy glazed. Great job Krispy Kreme keep it up! 👏🏽

Professional and friendly staff, speedy service, clean shop and delicious product

Visited this location to pick up a dozen on the way to an event. The employees were very friendly and the donuts were fresh and amazing. There was kind of a line but it went reasonably quickly. I didnt even realize this location was here, I will definitely swing by the next time I need to pick up donuts for something.

Update 3/13/20: The customer service is still great but my issue is if you dont have majority of the donuts in question, dont have your hot donuts now sign on. Its a big disappointment and this is the 2nd time its happened.Krispy Kreme never fails to be the best place to get donuts from. Even their new donut, the original filled original glazed donut, is great!! The location is very convenient for where I live and the customer service is excellent!!!

I mean, who doesnt like Krispy Kreme?! The doughnuts are always fresh and delicious. I dont care for the chillers as much because they have a cardboardy aftertaste.

Every time Ive went, there was good customer service. Never was anyone rude to me. The donuts were pretty good and fresh tasting, however my only dissatisfaction was that there werent many selections and the variety they had was rather boring. Not the staffs fault though. The coffee was hot and really good. Not a bad place at all from what I gather.

Took 25 minutes for 10 glazed donuts and one coffee... 2 people working and one of them wasn’t even helping the girl taking orders. If you have a drive thru window I expect service to be fast. This is absolutely ridiculous. My commute home is now delayed because of something that was supposed to take no longer than 5 minutes. Not to mention, I was here yesterday and it took just as long for donuts and a coffee. Staff your stores better and hire more efficient people.

I liked this place because they greet you soon as you come in the door. The donuts are always good and fresh. Ill recommend any Krispy Kreme store because Ive never had a complaint.

Avoided the line at the drive-in and went inside. The restaurant was neat and clean. The young lady inside was professional and friendly. She was patient as we figured out what we wanted and filled our order quickly. She explained the rewards program and helped us sign up so we could get credit for our order.

Its my favorite place to shop for donuts. The glazed donuts are hot to sometimes warm, even when they ask you if you want hot, the filled are delicious. The filled raspberry and lemon are my favorites. The special and coupons are an incentive. Even with the occasional order mix up, I come back.

The service was outstanding. Never thought I’d be so impressed with just a simple donut run. Rita was beyond amazing. Very friendly and welcoming! And as always, the hot donuts were delicious!

The Krispy Kreme on Victory Blvd in Portsmouth is AWESOME! The team working there is always so pleasant & seem happy to be there to help. And of course the fresh hot donuts are extra special!

Stopped there Friday night on the way home to get doughnuts for Saturday morning breakfast. There were plenty of flavors to choose from except for some of my favorites including apple fritters. I had the Boston creme style and the chocolate frosted custard filled that I like. Sadly it seems that the bakers have gotten stingy with the filled doughnuts; theres about half as much filling than I had gotten in the past.

I think it was meant for me not to eat here. They had the light on some I thinking fresh donuts, I was wrong. They didnt have anything hardly and all the donuts were cold and sitting out. He asked me if I wanted my donuts heated and only heated the glazed one. I think Im just going to ride to the next city over for freah donuts next time if I decide to.

I usually go to the one in Chesapeake. I have only come to the Portsmouth location once, and it will be my last. Smaller doughnuts than normal and ice cold doughnuts.

Kids love watching the donuts being made when the Hot Now sign is on, and always leave with a Krispy Kreme hat. Saw during our last visit, about mid-March, that they switch to chocolate glaze on the 1st Wednesday every month. (In case of changes, check before going!) Dont forget your milk!

Although the staff were kind and courteous to me, as soon as I sat down to eat my food and they werent busy, they complained about everything in their personal lives (quite loudly and some inappropriate matters).The bathroom reeked of weed so theres that....Again, every person on staff that day was kind to me and quickly got my order completed and they were all smiles.I think Ill just go through the drive-thru from now on.

Was ok good thing I was not in a rush. They had computer problems with the coupon request. They had to wait for the manager to come up front to override. There Sanation and cleanliness could use some work. If you like ants they have plenty on the floor. I feel bad for the girl that was working there her sweater kept touching the conveyor while she was trying to reach for the fresh donuts.

Staff always make sure that you feel welcome& the they always serve great products.

Service is horrible manager literally ignored me standing in front of her could end even be bothered to say hello when I walked in .I stood there for 2 min starring at her at the register while she watched some guy flip thru a coupon book and completely ignored all 3 customers standing in line even tho she was the only person up front. The made hot light is a misnomer as the donuts are made off site. Everytime I have been there the doughnuts were fresh and the coffee hot. I think the prices are a little high.
