Ok, I will admit it: Im giving them a high rating because I was lucky enough to get my unit right when they opened, and I *literally* got the best one in the place--on the ground floor, right next to the front door 😂. But even if youre not lucky like me, theres a lot to like about this new, clean, temperature-regulated, well-maintained facility. That said, there are a couple things I dont like: 1) Parking is sometimes a problem, as there are only two spots available in the loading bay; and 2) there is no light in the unit, and no plug to add one, so its like the Black Hole of Calcutta in there.

The manager at the storage campus was amazing! Friendly, efficient, and very professional. Further, she was very accommodating to me the day before Christmas Eve near closing. My car with much of my belongings had just arrived from Alaska and she was able to get everything squared away within minutes. The facility is great and incredibly clean. I would highly recommend!

The stars mean nothing here. I like the women who work here a lot. They are kinds and friendly but the business of storage is really cruel in a pandemic. Imagine a company that didnt have regular increases for good, clean paying customers? All they provide is an empty room. Can you imagine the profits? But instead of decreasing rates for these good customers, they increase them. And, homeless, what is a person to do but comply?

Heather was FANTASTIC. The facility is beautiful, got a good deal and my stuff has a great new home. Can’t recommend this place and Heather enough!

I am a repeat customer who just rented a very small unit. I worked with Kerri and she was very professtional yet personable. She treated me just the same as if I were renting a large more profitalbe unit. The facility is immaculate and is well taken care of.I would reccomend the facility highly.

This is a really nice facility. They have only been here a year in march. This place still looks very new and very well kept. We reserved a storage online with a great deal on 5x10. Kerri Speirs helped complete our registration and showed us our unit. Kerri was very professional and respectful. Kerri was able to answer all of our questions and needs. Im impressed with this company. Im transferring from extra space storage who has just become overpriced recently. But now its a better company and its very tight knit here. Oh and they have a great security system. Its like fort knox. I feel safe leaving my stuff in storage here. Thank you Kerri for your help today and in the future.

Rented a storage unit at the StorQuest facility on BHH today. The paperwork was quick and simple and the price is great compared to other storage companies in the area. The facility itself is pristine and access is easy yet secure. We are excited to start moving in!

Kerrie Speirs met us in her office in a gracious, professional manner and described the features of the units before leading us across to the entrance, and to the space that we had chosen. She was thoroughly informative and patient. She let me practice with the keys and then took us back to her office for the paperwork necessary. Very thorough. We came away with confidence we had chosen well.

I want to share my wonderful experience in obtaining a storage unit from StorQuest! I am a bachelor and all of the details regarding estimation of space for a storage unit, cost, etc., were really a daunting experience for me!Both Kerri and Valerie made it easy and enjoyable. They were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and dedicated to my getting the exact storage unit for my needs. They really understand customer service; not just talk. Really, the whole experience felt just like talking to two good friends who had the utmost care and concern for my happiness!And they are wonderful problem solvers! I started out with a 4x5 unit which was not large enough for me (thought I knew better!).Valerie was able to follow-up with the perfect unit for me, after revisiting my situation and needs.The facility is brand new, with plenty of units to choose from. Indeed, there are variety of different units for practically every situation and budget. There is a central loading dock that makes it easy to unload your moving vehicle. Elevators make it easy to traverse all three floors of units. I purchased a unit on the third floor which was cheaper than the lower floors, saving me a nice chunk of change!I highly recommend StorQuest for anyone wanting the very best in storage solutions and staff that is second to none! Clean is the only good thing about this place. The access hours are only for customers who use Auto Pay. If you miss a single auto pay payment, the access hours go to ~9am-6pm, which is extremely problematic for literally anybody who works a regular job. Of course, they dont tell you this upon moving in. I only found this out once I missed an auto pay payment due to losing my card so it shut off while I got a replacement. I made my payment manually instead, and just like that: my access hours went from 9 to 6. This is extremely problematic given I need to use storage frequently, yet it is also extremely problematic for me to rent a uhaul and move ALL my stuff to another storage facility. Id highly recommend going elsewhere for your storage needs. It is clean though. Cleanliness is kind of at the bottom of my priority list of my needs Im a storage unit personally though. The general manager screamed at me when I went in asking to get my lock cut, too, and refused to do so despite my calling to verify earlier

The process of getting set up with a unit is very easy. It took about 10 minutes to get all of the information about access, etc. The place is brand new and extremely clean. Access is really well thought out with the loading bays and plenty of carts. Heather was extremely helpful in getting me set up. There seems to be plenty of parking. So far, so good! Thank you!

Wonderful customer service and a great experience all around. Were very happy with our storage space. The sign-up process was super easy. Kerri explained everything and answered all our questions. Staff is very active on site, cleaning, vacuuming, and helping new customers. The loading area is covered, too, which will be helpful during the rainy season. So glad we chose StorQuest!

My only comment is the unit I have has very poor lighting, to the point where Im thinking of moving to another unit that has lighting.

The location looked really clean and well taken care of. You can tell it’s a new location and that it is kept to high standards. Valerie really helped me understand the location and walked me through their facility. Definitely not the average and mediocre storage business that I’ve seen in the area.

StorQuest really exceeded my expectations! The facility was very impressive. I couldnt help but remark on how clean it is. The covered loading area is a real perk for keeping your things dry when moving in or out while its raining. The entire facility is very well lit and monitored with security cameras so I truly feel completely safe. Also the large carts available for use are so great to have. We were able to unload the entire car of things and get it into our unit in one trip instead of several, so we were done much faster than expected!

Super clean facility! Really impressed with the security, layout and the ease of accessing our unit. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love that they have dolly/carts to help move things in and out and having a clean restroom on site is super convenient. The lengthy wait for this property to open was well worth it. The facility is top notch: impeccably clean, well lit, and well equipped for ease of access and use. The management team members are attentive, very helpful, and great communicators. We are very happy customers.

Valerie was super friendly and helpful. Units are brand new and space is clean and very accessible. My only complaint would be the slightly overwhelming fake scent used in the lobby/office as well as more faintly in the storage areas. Slightly headache inducing if youre sensitive to fake scents.

Nice new facility that has covered unloading. The staff there are friendly and helpful. It appears to be easy to get in and out of the parking area and it is in a convenient location. The building looks to be fairly secure and it can be seen easily from a busy street.

I was one of the first to rent, moving in March 18, 2019. Rent was $208/month. Just got notice a couple of weeks ago that they have elected to raise rent $36 dollars to $244/month effective in 30 days on my 6 month anniversary of renting. Really? It hasnt even been a year. If this continues every 6 months, then no thank you. Disappointing.I wasnt going to mention this but since Im already here, prior to that there were the less than pleasant emails demanding proof of homeowners insurance or they would force me to buy their insurance.I literally printed out the insurance form they wanted, walked it in, and then they didnt put it in the file. So I got more emails. I walked in again, told them I had already brought in the policy document, and then they found it and admitted that they had failed to put it in my file. No apologies for inconveniencing me.Facilities are nice. Policies and customer service need a major upgrade.Too bad really. I hate leaving anything other than 5-star reviews. Hope they get it together.

Valerie was exceptionally helpful with getting things set up and went above and beyond. They really do show how important customer service is to them.

Overpriced because of too many fees beyond the advertised price. You will get nickle and dimed to death there. Go 20 minutes west for wildly cheaper rates that more than easily justify added cost of gas driving the extra 20 minutes.

Would be great, but they keep raising rates. So what seemed like a great deal is now just as much or more than their competitors. Feels like a bait and switch.

StoreQuest is a bright, spotlessly clean facility with great hours, and wonderful location. The option to have a unit with natural light is unusual and useful for day time visits. Full security cameras make StoreQuest a trusted place to leave sporting equipment, or other items that are valuable- and the company offers insurance policies and locks right in the office. StoreQuest has helpful, attentive staff who seem to truly care about their customers experience, which I can’t say about the last place we had our stuff.
