I wont be going back. The guy who helped me yesterday morning acted as if he just wanted to make the $500 sale and get me out of there as fast as possible. And I couldnt see any reason for it--he and the other sales guy had been standing around waiting when I came in. There was one other group in the store. I dont know, maybe he was having a bad day. Or maybe theyre only interested in serious body builders (which Im obviously not, but hey, you gotta start somewhere, am I right?). He did answer my questions, briskly. But it was not a relaxed interaction. No hang out, give em a try sort of thing. It felt high pressure. I already knew what I wanted and how much it was, so I bought it anyway, but it didnt feel good. It sounds like they have friendlier salespeople, based on other reviews, but if youre going there to shop and have a relaxed experience, just know theres a chance you wont get it. I dont want to trash the place, just hoping maybe this will be useful info for my sales guy, if he recognizes himself in this: customers CAN tell when youre just going through the motions. It doesnt cost you anything to at least try to be present and make a genuine connection.

Easy, breezy. Kind of already knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. Got a treadmill thats a lot more sophisticated than I one we bought 12 yrs ago and are excited to try it and get back into shape. Ramin was great!

We had a good experience at NW Fitness Solutions. We worked with two different sales people both of whom were very knowledgeable and patient. The showroom was clean and the product selection was good. The exercise equipment is pretty spendy though, so dont look to find a $300 exercise bike. The company services what they sell and home delivery and set up is available for a fee.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I really felt like they helped me find the right equipment - not necessarily the most or least expensive but the stuff that was right for my needs. the associates were very helpful and attentive, and had good safety practices. Ill definitely be back in the future!

Decent customer service but very orriented towards business customers.

Called to inquire for home gym equipment. A guy Ryan or Rayon answered. Rude to begin with, sounded as if he was eating or chewing on food while talking. Very short ended answer nor did not elaborate on possible lead times nor availability. I’m not buying a chewing gum asking for a penny change. This shop lost out on possible thousands of dollars of hard cash. You would think in this difficult economic times, that they would at least offer an effort to service customers. This guy just flippantly hung up the phone as I thanked him anyways. First and last time I would even attempt to do business with this shop. Shop somewhere else.

Good free weight options

Great equipment. Noticeably higher quality than places like Sears. Great sales process too. Plenty of information when you want it but not heavy handed. They also give you space to look at things and think about a potential purchase before buying. Large showroom with a good selection. Highly recommended.

I went in not completely settled on what I was looking for. I received excellent assistance on the floor helping me decide. I chose a very heavy treadmill, which was delivered and assembled (in my upstairs bedroom) the next day by two very polite and efficient guys. The first night, I couldnt get the speaker/audio to work, so I called the store for help. This was at 6pm, and the store had apparently just closed, so I just got a recorded message. But someone there saw my number on the caller ID and returned my call two minutes later, and quickly helped diagnose the issue (which was an embarrassingly simple fix). It works great and I absolutely love it!

Ryan is a good salesperson. He asked about health issues before we got into what we want to make sure it was the correct item. There is a large selection of quality equipment to choose from. Our bike arrives tomorrow.Update: The bike is working great. I went back to purchase a seat. I was quoted $60. Someone else rang me up and it came up $35. I told him about the difference and he rang me up misc charge for the balance. It didnt seem right and I wont return.

We ordered our physical therapy clinics gym equipment from NW Fitness. Excellent products! Jeff was patient, had good knowledge and understanding of the equipment - and the treadmills continue to serve us well. Great feedback from my patients about the elliptical we bought from them as well.

I called for support on a bike that I bought somewhere else, and is not in business. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Please patronize this business.

I called at 4:55 with a question about a Yowza product. I spoke with a gentleman named Ramen(sp?) who took time to suggest some troubleshooting tips. What a refreshing experience! Thank you!

After calling about credit on a fairly high end used elliptical and having been told to come in and talk to them, I was told the only thing they could do was haul it away as junk (without even looking at it). If this is the way they think their equipment holds value, then maybe they should consider a different line of work.

Anything you would want to find in a gym they sell it. Great place
