Life Fitness 95c upright bike arrived on time. After use for a week works perfectly. Action is smooth and functions on screen all work. Gave me TV screen which is more than I bought. In future will try to make TV monitor work, but have not tried yet. Very happy and would not hesitate to purchase other equipment.

Good curl bar, already had most of my home gym set up when I stumbled upon this place unfortunately. Look more wholesale storage than your average retail but mostly better prices

I almost commit to buying it but after reading all of the reviews i could tell you that there are a bunch of 5 stars fake reviews (perhaps from Mikes friends). This company basically is a one man show who buys used or liquidated equipment from various sources and resell it with rebuilt tactic to lure buyers who look for bargains. Unless you absolutely know the treadmill well you should not buy based on review or trust from this guy. I dont expect anything else than a reasonable price for both sides.

I had been looking for a set of bumper weights for my home gym for two weeks; I found WC Gym Equip on line and saw what I wanted over a weekend but felt I needed to call them and ask some questions. So on Monday morning I called and got Mos VM. Within a very short time he called me back. I told him what I wanted. He told me he would send an email to me with the invoice and I could pay that way. He said he would send it right away and if I paid immediately they could get the order on the truck that day for delivery. Oh delivery was FREE!!! I live in Tacoma, WA and WC Gym Equipment is in Portland, OR. Later that day I had my weights. Mo was great. The service was great. The weights are great. Ten stars to WC Gym Equipment.

These guys are chill. I picked up some gym mats there and the whole experience was great. The mats were quality as advertised. And even though they were real busy I got helped right away. They loaded them right into my truck.

CRICKETS!!! This must be a scam. One man show and he lacks communication and response time is pretty much non existent and this was during the initial order (rental) phase of transaction! I can only imagine what would happen if I needed help or maintenance once we got it.All communication was via email and he is rude, no hello, no thank you, just one liners; you are on schedule for next week. Whatever, taking my business elsewhere. What a joke!

Do not waste your time or money with this company. Horrible experience. After FINALLY getting someone to respond, we bought a bike from them. It was clear from the very beginning that it was not working property and I immediately reached back out to them. After multiple attempts they said the service guy would call me. He never did. After multiple attempts, I gave up and said I would just like to return it. They said it would be $350. WHAT?! Mike is rude, heartless and unprofessional. He will not respond and does not stand behind his product. Giving them one star is generous.

Interesting tactics being used. I understand COVID has put equipment in high demand but having plates come from the same factory as Rogue but charging almost a dollar more per pound? Then using that as a selling point? Hey I have some knockoff Nikes, the swoosh is actually a check mark and Ill charge you double what Nike does!

Beware: the make a sale and they disappear, with or without delivery.I found a Precor recumbent bike listed on their website and contacted them regarding purchase. They stated that particular bike was not available, but they could send me a lower model for a slightly reduced price. After a couple weeks of back and forth - they never would call to discuss, using delayed email communications - we agreed on a price and a product. It took them a week to send the invoice, with a promise of freight arrival 4-8 days after invoice with the option to pay by cc or COD.After a week post-invoice, and no updates, a girl called on her personal cell to leave a message stating they had to replace a belt on the bike and were waiting for it to arrive - a situation I was not made aware of at any point prior.No communication in the TWO WEEKS since. I have called and left a message asking for an update by call or text - nothing.We are now 20 days post-invoice with no indication the bike has even been shipped.Just called AMEX to reverse the charges and glad I didnt end up getting delivery from a company that is shady at best, and more likely experienced scammers based on the fake google reviews and shell of a website.

I cant give any insight as to the refurbished equipment, but I purchased over 300 lbs of bumper plates from these guys and was pleasantly surprised. The note said that these came from the same factory as Rouge, just not branded. I was thinking that was none-sense and that the weights would be highly variable in terms of the percentage of error but I was proved wrong. I weighed each plate and all plates were either spot on, or within 0.2 lbs of the stated weight, which is pretty impressive. WAY cheaper than buying name brands bumper plates and the two guys who delivered them were super nice. If youre wanting to get a large amount of bumper plates for an amazing price, go here!

Is this place in business? Based on their website and Craigslist posting, I’ve left numerous voice messages and emails. No response. Even if they eventually respond, how can I trust that they will offer future service. Very disappointing!

This company delivered a refurbished life fitness treadmill in our exercise room upstairs. Were cautious movers and set up the treadmill in less than 30 minutes. Im satisfied with the experience and service I received from wcge. Also paid over a thousand less than any other company I could find online!!

I leased a LifeFItness FS4 elliptical from WC and have been very happy with the quality of the elliptical, as well as the communication and delivery (the guys who delivered were friendly and absolute whizzes at maneuvering the elliptical into my house). Although it took >1 week to deliver, Mike was clear about timing and the delivery guys texted 2 days ahead and showed up on the day (albeit at 8pm!)Im giving WC 2 stars because the return process has been an absolute mess. I gave Mike notice that I wanted to end my lease because I was purchasing another elliptical. He said theyd pick up the elliptical in 7-9 days, but its been almost 2 weeks and the FS4 is still in my gym. WCs inability to pick up the FS4 in a timely manner cost me additional $. I had to pay extra to have guys deliver my new elliptical AND move the FS4 into the garage (to make space for the new elliptical). Theres been NO update from WC about picking up the FS4, which is now a big obstacle in my garage, forcing us to carefully pick our way around the FS4 to get to other stuff.8/18/2020 UPDATEThe mark of a good business lies in how they rectify an issue when things go wrong. In this respect, after several frustrating weeks of email exchanges and uncertainty, West Coast Gym Equipment took corrective action to make good on the issues I identified in my earlier email. They apologized (and explained why they were so backed up), waived their $100 pickup fee and offered to refund my last months payment.That was the right thing to do, hence this updated rating.

The equipment arrived in great condition and everything worked well. The delivery guys were excellent at horsing a 300 pound plus elliptical machine up the stairs and into place. They respected the house and carpet and conducted themselves with a pleasant demeanor. They were going to miss the appointment due to weather delays but called ahead and were able to jockey their schedule so they could get our machine delivered without impacting our schedule.

Was at my buddies house when they received a delivery order of cardio equipment. Couldnt believe how rude the outside/delivery reps were to my friend and his wife. Product was fine but man you gotta also deliver customer service not just a product to get repeat customers. What a shame.

Recently purchased a Keiser M3 spin bike advertised as 1 year old. The ad stated I have ten of these and theyre going fast.. Anyway, I took delivery and didnt look the bike over as thoroughly as I should have. For starters, the bike that they delivered has 94,000 miles - yes 94 THOUSAND - on the odometer. I dont know of any spin club in the world that can put that many miles on one bike in just a year. The ones at my club are ten years old and barely have 50,000 each. Secondly, the pedals that were included with the bike are inexpensive aftermarket pedals (one of which is very rusty) and not what was in the pictures that accompanied the ad (the pictures clearly show the Keiser pedals). I pointed this out to Mike and Casie and they failed to correct the issue. The base did not include any of the plastic protective plugs/end caps that keep sweat, water etc from getting in so Ill have to buy those myself. I believe the serial number tag was removed so there is no way to account for how old this bike really is. Anyway, If you are considering purchasing anything from these guys, do so but have them email you the exact serial number of the piece(s) of equipment that they will be delivering as well as the odometer reading(s), etc.. for each. This way youll be able to verify the actual age of each piece with its manufacturer. 5 stars go to the delivery guys - Rick and the other gentlemen were very prompt and were able to accommodate my schedule. Wouldve been a 2.5 star review but Google doesnt give half stars.

I needed a treadmill after my knee surgery to rehab myself back into shape again. I searched google and found WC Gym Equipment and checked out their inventory. It was such an easy process and they delivered from Portland for a very small fee. I checked every where even eBay and amazon but could not get a better deal any where else. If you need gym equipment this is the place to go.

Owner is not responsive or reliable. Bought an elliptical from here 18 months ago. From the start there were issues with Mike not doing what he said. He gave me a date for delivery which I had to take off work to be home for, at the end of the day he said they werent going to be able to deliver that day and re-scheduled. I explained at the time I had taken off work for the delivery, but he didnt seem to care. I had to take another day off for delivery. Had not heard anything by end of day and called. He said again not going to be able to make it. At this point I told him if it couldnt be done today I was no longer interested. Suddenly he was able to get it delivered. The machine worked okay. The incline would randomly start going down, but would go back up when you pressed the incline button so I didnt bother with it. Other than that worked liked it was supposed to. We were moving out of state, and rather than deal with movers moving the machine and possibly damaging it, I asked Mike if he wanted to buy it back. He offered me half of what I paid for it, but I was okay with it because I didnt want the hassle. He said he would contact me in a couple weeks to set time for pick up. Didnt hear anything from him. Texted again and got new phone who this, yeah right. Anyway said he was still interested. I tried to pin him down for a date to pick up because at this point we had moved out and the house was sold. Said he would contact me with a date. We are getting ready to close on the house so I contacted again. Told him we would be there on the 14th moving everything else out would that work. He said yes. Couple days before I contact because he is so flaky and he confirms 14th still works. On 14th on contact half way through the day, no response. Still have not heard back. We had to clear out of the house so I had to have movers take it. If he didnt want to buy back could have saved me a lot of trouble and said so. Would not trust him to respond if you had issues once you bought from him. Apparently, after he has your money he doesnt care about you as a customer.

Bought a fleet of treadmills for our facility recently, decent price but once the check was cashed Michael is nearly impossible to reach. Had service needs after delivery which were a huge headache to schedule and the tech NO-SHOWED multiple times before I finally just gave up. If you know how to work on equipment, or can afford the financial hit if it fails then this is a good source for commercial grade equipment.

So...good things to note...machine is competitively priced. All the bad....if you have anything go wrong dont expect them to fix it prior to their warranty running out. They had me waiting for hours because they were helping on a movie set (which apparently made a regular customer chopped liver). When after taking time off work and waiting most of the day...they said they might show around 10 to 11 at night. Which i asked if we could reschedule. Mind you the only reason I even found out was because I kept trying to get a hold of someone, or no one would have told me. I explained it was somewhat frustrating to the owner and asked if we could reschedule. To which he never did actually reschedule even after multiple phone calls over the last 2 years. I was hoping they would finally do right by a customer but at this point I guess all they care about are larger companies. I was going to recommend them to friends and family, but I would hate to recommend a company that doesnt do what they say they will do. In case people read this and think maybe I was too mean or rude on the phone...no...I work where customer service is a must so I simply stated what the issues were. I hope no one else has this experience in the future. It is still a lot of money to spend and not get something that works right. I took it apart myself tonight to find that one of the wheels looks like the wrong size and so it doesnt even touch the railing. Purchased Precor 546

Purchased a used recumbent bike from them they advertised in Craigslist. Has been cleaned and serviced and in great working/cosmetic condition. Based on their reviews I purchased it and had it delivered. I tried it later that evening and discovered a couple electronic issues with the console. I call Mike the next day and left a message. Then sent a text message. Its been 4 days and no reply. I called the manufacturer and it will cost $519 +shipping for a replacement console. I paid WCGE $450. This was a great deal for WCGE, but not for me.

Rude. Poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere. I called to check if they had a certain bike in stock.He said “...I have too much on my plate right now, I don’t have time to look. You can come down here and check it out.”He offered zero options of a call back or communication via email and was unapologetic about any of it.

Saw a post on Craigslist Seattle for one of their StairMaster - called Mike on Tuesday, and by Thursday we had the refurbished StairMaster and brand new Freemotion crossover cable machine. Husband said that delivery men were very professional, amicable and quick. I very much appreciate that there was NO SHIPPING FEE on the delivery - so everyone whos complaining about delayed delivery...come on. Youre saving hundreds. Also, while they accidentally delivered my StairMaster without the power cord, Mike ordered a new one next business day and had it overnighted to our house. There was a problem and he responded quickly. Im very happy with the products and with the overall experience. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

I bought an elliptical and a treadmill from this company and couldnt be happier. Saved at least 500.00 on my purchase, delivery was on time and the machines were in great shape. Would purchase again for sure.

The delivery guy showed up in flip flops, unloaded the machine into the street, refused to move it, then drove off.

What you see on the website and on Craigslist is a poor representation of what you see in the ware house. They have a massive overload of inventory and it is not set up very well if you want to go in and test a couple machines. I drove all the way down there and was disappointed.

Currently in a lawsuit with the owner as he has with held $3,000 claiming it as a restocking fee on equipment that never left the building. Buyer beware this guy Michael Work is as shady as they come. Even got kicked off Ebay for listing items and selling them under the table avoiding Ebay fees and going around the buyer protection Ebay has to offer its customers. Judgement was issued to refund the money held and now I am accruing interest on the money owed until he pays. Do not do business with this guy. Completely unethical practices.

Our small business needed a stepmill and we found WC Gym Equipment to have the best price for a refurbished stairsteper. They delivered the stepmill from Portland to San Francisco in 2 weeks sight unseen and we were happy to find the stepmill is in like new condition. No damage or scratches and has been working perfectly.They are honest to deal with and generally quick to respond. By far the best deal on quality equipment on the west coast.
