I ordered an elliptical from them last year and got a quick delivery! After eleven months had a part fail.Stopped in and saw Guy, he ordered the part on the spot.Less than a week later the part arrived and within 2 days he came by and installed the part. The level of customer service was beyond what you typically see these days. I would highly recommend the company, great to do business with a small local outfit!

Guy was great. He was very concerned about me, my budget and spending the right amount of money that I felt comfortable with. Didn’t try to upsell me at all and extremely knowledgeable. He is the technician on all of the equipment so he knows these machines inside and out. White glove delivery to the house and had everything up and running as well as orientation with new machine.

Great experience shopping and finding the perfect elliptical for me at Fitness Equipment of Maine! I knew that an elliptical was the right machine, then it was a search for the best one at a fair price, I did my research online and then sampled machines at various stores. With Mike Connollys help, I found the most solid piece of equipment with the features that would ensure my regular use, a Matrix XER. In fact, the elliptical was so good that the others I tried paled by comparison. Very happy with Guy Fullers delivery and installation. Guy noticed a wobble in a handle and ordered me a new handle and will install the replacement. That is impressive service and a commitment to quality.

My name is Eric and I have to say that I have had one of the best experiences one can have with Fitness Equipment Maine. I had purchased a defective Precor Exercycle with a P10 console on Amazon and was working with Precor to replace it after Fitness Equipment made three unsuccessful attempts at repairs on the unit.Mike the owner made it his goal to get things right for me even though he never sold me the machine to begin with. After Precor gave the go ahead to have my unlucky unit replaced they sort of dropped the ball and let time pass. Mike saw that I had waited a long time and been through a lot with this unit so he went ahead and secured, delivered and set up a new machine for me within a week! What a wonderful business this is with kind, caring and knowledgable employees.

Had I known about Fitness Equipment Maine before my daughter purchased a Horizon treadmill, we would not have ordered it directly from Horizon but would have purchased it directly through Fitness Equipment Maine. She ordered it the 23rd of January but due to COVID it took a few weeks to arrive. After assembling it per the instructions and turning it on for the first time, NO GO! After some investigation, we found the drive motor had been improperly assembled and not attached to its foundation.After weeks of trying to get customer support through Horizon, I stumbled upon a gem of a fitness equipment company in Portland, ME. Had it not been for Mike at Fitness Equipment Maine, who did not sell this treadmill to us but went way above the call of duty and ordered replacement parts from Horizon and sent his service guy, (a crackerjack) to our house 1 1/2 hours from Portland to get the treadmill up and running.
