You charged me $83.36 on November 5th 2021 for cable I dont have. Canceled it months ago.
Tried to purchase Xfinity internet online - their website said I had an account, but I could access nothing: billing, account details, nothing. Said thank you for your purchase! and thats it. ... dozens of error messages every time I tried to access any other page of my account over course of a week. Tried calling multiple times just to try and figure out what the heck was going on ... finally got through to a tech support person in India who sounded like he was shouting down a tunnel to me. He confirmed that my account is disconnected. Thank goodness because I think I just dodged a bullet! Never had such a strange difficult online purchasing experience in my life. I am running to their competition, whoever it is.
Call them because I had questions about their internet service and the guy just sounded like he just wanted me to hurry up and hang up. Wasnt helpful at all. I didnt realize this was a comcast company I wont be signing any contracts with them.
They took 3 payment out of my bank account on the same day without my permission. Totaling over $400. I am not on automatic payments and I never authorized them to take any payments. These transactions caused my account to overdraft and now other things that I did have authorized to pay, will not be done, now resulting in late fees, more overdraft fees. When I called, I was told that they could not do anything about it. They basically stole my money and I was told to bad! If I had a choice to have a different internet company, I would I switch in an instant.
Raised my bill after explicitly telling me it would not be raised. I looked it up and Century Link is cheaper for 10x the speed and better customer service.
I have never been treated as bad as Xfinity has treated me.They have me sharing my phone number with another customer. I complained ......over a year.....they still havnt fixed it. I finally gave up. Just waiting to finish out the contract. Iam blown away. I dont know how they expect to stay in business . You were warned.
I just want to talk to a person. Hold time is to long. The online chat was no help. I just want some old school customer service. Is that to much to ask?
They were very customer oriented. Answered all my questions.
Fortunately not ever having to go there I only call them about. I called them today: 1/22/20 and spoke to an agent who was unwilling to cancel my home phone service without changing some of the channels that I have and watch most of the time, so I may change my service with them and go to DirecTV where I cant get a Satellite Dish or a Satellite box. They do, however, have a new type of box thats more like a cable box that will be coming out in February, yet Ill be able to get more channels than I do get from Cable Tv!!!!
I just called to get my internet set up and had the absolute worst customer service. By a old man who probably has a over grown mustache he just absolutely went off when i asked him to bear with me so i can double check my ss # and called me a child for wanting high speed internet to stream video games on top of that he wouldnt even give me his name and wouldnt transfer me to his manager he kept yelling he was going to transfer me to santa claus which is highly offensive because im Jewish to say the least no happy
Avoid. Move to a location with fiber. Comcast and Xfinity mobile is by far the worst service you can get. Customer service is non existent. Nobody answers the phone. When they do some child with an attitude always tells you to go fxxk yourself right before they put you on a 45min hold. This applies to comcast cable, internet, and thier new mobile cell service. Xfinity mobile has only been open for a year...What do you expect!!!
I walked in to buy a new phone.They had trouble setting up my payment plan.I offered to pay in full.They didn’t accept payment in full.These people are so stupid they lost a sale to a person literally willing to throw money at them.If this is how they treat people who want their business, imagine what it’s like to be in a contract with them. Don’t bother trying to reason with them, there’s no reason hereI’m giving them two stars because the store was clean, so credit where credit is due.
