There was a young woman in training who helped me who seemed like she was having an overwhelming day. She assisted me and the people ahead of me staying calm and focused. She was able to complete all tasks professionally and properly.
This place is terrible, such a bad place to buy phones from, 1/10 would not go to this place or advise someone to buy here !
Very helpful and professional. Offered up a sweet deal for me w an added line and free phone. Have treated me great for years, service is great, coverage is awesome and price is very good. No need to go anywhere else.
Came here again after many months of service it was a great store but now with new management the experience was less then pleasant. I don’t know if I’ll be finding a new location or canceling service, but I do know I will not be coming back to this one unless they bring the previous management back.
I arrived 10 minutes after they closed. But they let me in anyway as there were already two other customers waiting in line. And another gentleman came in after me and they helped him too. They didnt close until 30 minutes after their normal closing time. I signed up for new service and thanked the two ladies for letting me in after hours. The phone service worked find right out of the gates. I had stopped at another local MetroPCS that was closer to my house that closed 1 minute before the scheduled closing time as I was standing at the door. I dont really fault that store for closing at closing time. But I give kudos to this store for taking me 10 minutes after closing. Great prompt service. Thanks!
I was next to the metro on 182nd and Powell a half-hour after they were to open yet, they were still closed. I came here and had the best service Ive ever had. I will go out of my way just to come here. These ladies know the industry I will only go here.b.siness
TERRIBLE customer service. Bought a phone and new service. Was told I had 7 days to exchange phone. Came back the next day wanting to exchange and was told the phone I wanted to upgrade to wasnt in stock. Came back the next day and was told phone was in stock but not yet inventoried so couldnt be sold. Came back the next day and was told only the manager could approve exchanges and he wouldnt be in for two more days. Came back two days later (5th TIME!!) and was told by manger that company no longer allowed exchanges. He said the policy had changed 3 days earlier. Also, the employees were very slow and sleepy and didnt seem to know how to do their job - Didnt know how to ring up my purchase, didnt know how to contact the manager.
Sold me a complete piece of s*** phone and couldnt make it right when I went back 2 days later with a phone that crashes doing basic text messaging. As far as Im concerned these people are thieves and hustlers and I hope karma steals $200 from you. Thanks for nothing Maria. Next time someone steals from you just remember youre no f****** better.
The woman who set my phone up was so nice she even stayed 45 min after closing to figure my phone issue out .
I was just in to check regarding a change on my data plan and the girl who was working there was very rude and didnt even let me explain what I wanted. She was busy on a phone call on her personal phone and was not willing to attend me properly
