Tried to call and check if my in-store pick up would be ready since I just moved in and am egar to set up. I pulled into the parking lot at 6:55pm and by the time I parked at 6:58 they turned off the light big red Xfinity sign. I get closing early but the listed time online and the door is 8pm. If the phone wasnt a computer nightmare and actually connected to the location when calling it wouldnt be so frustrating.

Great service and nice folks! Three employees were wearing masks that only covered the chin, exposing their mouths and noses. Pretty sure that’s not how masks work, but I’m no scientist. Reported this to OSHA- mask up Oregon!

Ive been in here twice recently to set up internet. The two associates that worked with me were very helpful and walked me through everything I wanted to do.Im not a fan of Comcast but the associates in this store have nothing to do with that. They did a great job.

On 2/21/21, I went to this store to return my old devices for cable TV and picked up a new TV box for our new (and upgraded) cable service. It should be an easy task, right? Not for these guys. The first TV box they gave me was defective (did not even turn on). So I went back to exchange. The gal I spoke gave me another TV box looks like a half of the original one. So I asked her if it is the same model. She kept saying it should work, but she did not even check the model number. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went home. Huge mistake. She did not give the correct TV box as I suspected. At that point I decided to not waste my time with these incompetent guys anymore. They dont seems to be caring about their customers either.Updates: Apparently this place is not a company owned store. It is a branded partner (whatever that means). No wonder they are totally clueless.

Had to stop by and pay my bill.. they took the time to review my account and lower my Bill. In the process I got new gear and cell phone service. 5 stars. Ask for willy he will get you squared away.

Door says open until 8, I show up at 6:03, doors are locked and there’s a little tiny paper on the door that says they’re closed at 6. I just needed to pick up an install box, paid and everything. Talked to someone after standing there for a few minutes thinking they would understand but nah, they’re closed… Dumb.

Completely useless and deceptive. If you are returning equipment, they can do that. Anything else, forget it. The guy I talked to gave me bogus info re billing adjustments and transfer of services. This is NOT an official Xfinity store...and the difference is huge. Avoid this

They dont care about the customer bottom line. I was sold a phone by an employee that no longer works their. He failed to give me my insurance. Now Im getting screwed for their mistake. They are the most dismissive group of pepeole I ever met. They admitted they made a mistake on their end but wont fix it. So frustrating. Doesnt the owner of this store care about anything?

I dont normally give 5 stars, but when I do I dont really mean it. Customer service at this store is pretty good. However Comcast/Xfinity phone customer service is virtually not existent and online service is not at all helpful. You cant reach anyone at all, ever, for billing questions, service, anything. You have to go into a store to get your questions answered. This is why Im moving my internet service to CenturyLink. I hope they have better customer service.

The people working here were awesome, I’ve had Comcast for over two decades and have seen family members struggle with other companies, while I’ve had wonderful service and great connectivity! Very few outages, even during inclement weather.

After a brief wait, a nice employee at the store shaved a rather nice slice of money off of my monthly internet payment. That was incredible service on their part. There are some great social distancing guidelines at work inside the store, which I really appreciate.

The ‘supervisor’ signed me up for internet and told me he’d have tech there that day to hook me up. Two days later and still no tech, I called xfinity and scheduled a tech myself. Only to then have him say he couldn’t do the work. I get another tech a week later who AGAIN says he is unable to hook me up. I’m now waiting for a third tech two weeks after I was promised same day hook up.

What a great experience! Was greeted immediately coming through the door. Julian and Jaizion were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products, and they had such great fun personalities. If I need anything else I will definitely be coming back to this store!

I can tell they love their jobs, they were happy to be there to help us, informative, kind and very respectful. Xfinity cell plan and phone promo made it so easy to switch from Sprint for the cost and service! Thanks Portland Xfinity!

I was made to make an appointment to go to this store. I made an apt for 12:30pm. I waited in line for 20 minutes. When an agent became available I quickly asked where was the line for appts only to be told there were no appointments. Another frustrated customer in the store accosted me angrily and said it was her turn. I left before a fight broke out.I have been trying for two days to get a box replaced. Being 69 years old you have put my health at risk.

Go figure this isn’t a company owned store. Reps told me they couldn’t tell me upload speeds in various packages and he couldn’t see make any changes to my plan because I have TV service? Then he told me I was probably getting slow upload speeds because I own my own modem. (False). The kid must work on commission because he was not at all interested in talking to me about my options. Total waste of a trip. You should avoid this shop, visit a Comcast owned store or just call customer service.

I have never once had a positive encounter with Comcast or Xfinity in 10+ years until cancellation with Kiesha. The entire staff present was friendly and upbeat, and knew their stuff. My only regret is not coming to this location before today.

Very poor customer service. My main issue is with Xfinity in general. They would not release my Xfinity-issued PIN code to allow me to switch cell providers away from Xfinity. We switched because the cell service was poor in SE Portland (repeated dropped calls, internet nonexistent during normal hours on iPhones). They would not tell me the PIN code after hours of back and forth on the phone with customer service. They kept trying to send the code via an automated program and it was not working. The customer service agents (at least 5 different people over at least 6 hours) would just try the same automated program despite my telling them ahead of time it would NOT work. They refused to give me the 6 digit code over the phone, despite my desperation to avoid going into a store DURING A PANDEMIC. They repeatedly said giving me the number over the phone was not even possible even if they wanted to. They told me I had to go in to a store, I obliged despite my virus concerns. I walked in to this store after peeling away from my work. First agent I encountered couldnt or wouldnt help me. She had me call into customer service AGAIN. I was so frustrated at this point. Once I had finally gotten customer service on the line, in store, I just handed the in-store agent my phone and they gave them the code over the phone. The same thing Id be begging for over the last 6 hours. This is not how you treat customers. I would not recommend Xfinity to anyone-- the service is poor and the hoops they make you jump through are quite painful.

The worker Shasta, should not be working there. she came up to me and asked what i needed help with and i told her i didnt know how to turn on something on my phone, and said ok.then she walked away. i had been waiting there for 10 min. Then another customer walked in and asked what he needed help with. He was buying a phone and she helped him right away. until a gentleman came out the back and helped me. He was very kind to me. His name was jayzion.

EDIT: Well it was too good to be true. The promised refund of $200 was not valid as Ixfinity now told me. So I was pretty much told whatever just to make a deal. I do not appreciate being manipulated like this and will reconsider my services with Ixfinity. ORIGINAL FEEDBACK: WOW! I went in with my buddy for him to get his home wifi sorted out. I was looking around and considered buying a new phone full price but I had no idea what was coming. The representative Jaizion Propps simply ask me what provider I am with and what I am paying. Long story short, I ended up signing up with Verizon, saving 50% of my monthly phone bill (compare to T-Mobile) and got an Iphone 9 for $200 full price. So glad I walked in there yesterday. Super friendly and professional personal, no typical sales talk but a lot of common sense and logic instead! Again, thanks heaps guys! Definitely my go to Xfinity Store.

Cancelled my service to my old address requested a equipment change then covid hit took equipment in after 14 day quarentine stated i didnt need service any longer was told your not being charged your bill is paid up then I get a bill for $60.00 tried contacting xfinity for 3 days the online just sends you in loops the phone just eventually hangs up on you after going through a extensive long questioning! Get it together comcast !!!! How hard is it to say no agents are available call back 🤔 hmmmm so easy

I went in thinking I would have to be upset to get any service. But I was greeted and helped immediately by someone who actually looked professional. I’m used to going to 82nd Eastport and expecting certain behaviors. But I was pleasantly surprised with my full experience. The manager helped me with an issue I’ve been going back and forth with customer service with and I left a very happy customer. 100% will go back.

I think you should retrain the Fairview stores manager on her customer service etiquette... cuz she had absolutely none... wow.
