Assortment is about 15 kinds. Standard no specialty type so if you’re looking for regular whole good donuts come here. The donuts are good size and are very fresh. Price is about $1.75 each. You always get a handful of donut holes thrown into your bag of donuts for free. The owner is very nice. Personally, these are just as good as Krispy Kreme in there own way.

Better than the big name donut shops around town, they have been making donuts for the last 30 years and the blend of dough and sweetness is so balanced. Not too sweet and not too thick of a sugar coating. Their maple bar is their best seller and once you taste it, you’ll understand.Great to SUPPORT local business too !!!

Absolutely love this donut shoppe. Locally owned and operated since the 80’s I believe. Still thriving and making great doughy treats. This picture doesn’t do it justice but this crumble donut is my favorite donut of all time. Yes better than anything Blue Star or Voo Doo puts out.

These people are the epitome of the American dream. This is a family-owned donut shop. The family literally gets up at 2am to make donuts, the freshest tasting, fluffy donuts youve ever had. They close up for the day once donuts are out, around 12-1pm. And it sells out every weekend! You must try these. Nicest family, best fresh donuts on the west side!

Disappointing. Wed been looking forward to trying this place for a while because of all the good reviews and finally got around to it. It was super underwhelming. We got a dozen donuts, and they were shoved into a small paper lunch sack, so they were squished and mashed against each other. The donuts themselves werent very good, either. Most of them were dry (not stale, just dry) and hardly had any icing on them--to a point where you couldnt tell if the icing was there on purpose or not on some of them. I had a what I assume was supposed to be the maple bar and it was extremely bland and didnt really taste like anything, especially not maple. We wound up throwing them away. Definitely wont be coming back.

Simply a great doughnut shop. Firstly, their product is amazing. The doughnuts are fluffy and soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, and have a wonderful, rich flavor to them. Moreover, they have a great selection to choose from, guaranteeing most will find something to their liking. What stands out is that these doughnuts are simply good. They don’t need some crazy gimmick (i.e. Voodoo Doughnuts) or have the need to attempt trendy flavors with different ingredients (i.e. Blue Star Doughnuts). This mom and pop shop just produces a great, classic doughnut.In addition, they excel at the fundamentals of business! Their customer service is superior to most. They are friendly and and welcoming. Likewise, they offer free doughnuts, doughnut holes, and the like. Often I’ve gone in and only purchased a dozen pastries. However, I’ve usually leave with extra goodies on the house...for no other reason than they felt I deserved one.There is a reason they’ve been in business longer than I’ve been alive. They are good at what they do and offer a wonderful product. They are truly a gem.

Super friendly sole proprietor service with a joke sprinkled in here and there. Ordered a delicious apple fritter and he threw in three donut holes complimentary. Was kind of surprised how steadily busy this place was and it was because its a clearly well run business. Kudos!Did I mention that bacon maple bar?

Delicious, light donuts. The icing is great too. Theyre very fluffy in the best way possible, just melt in your mouth. I dont even know how to describe them, theyre just very good, go eat them. Also the owners are super nice, they make you feel very welcome. Cant wait to go back!

Locally owned business, the donuts were good, but I came late morning and selection it was not so good, but thats to be expected from a local shop making fresh donuts. The owner was friendly. I got a good vibe from him and could sense what others have stated in their reviews even though I was in and out pretty quick.

Been eating here since the early 90s. When you get recognized after not coming there for 4 years, you know that this is a good place. I love old fashioned donuts, and the blueberry kind is beyond fantastic. I live close by and I go there once every week.They still havent forgotten about my Dad liking their fritters.

The owner(I assume) is hilarious. The donuts are deliciousand they have a great variety. Always super fresh. They always give a handful or two of donut holes when we buy a dozen and when my son remarked on it, the owner said Were donuts plus not donuts minus and its now my households favorite saying.

Ive never been to a friendlier donut shop. The owner is an awesome guy, and is not only veteran friendly, but a veteran himself. The donuts were some of the best in the Portland area and Ill definitely be back. The maple bacon is great.

This place has some of the best donuts in the area. I one day I came in just add they were closing; of course this meant that none of the donuts were fresh. I wouldnt have known it by the taste!The donuts are crispy on the outside, soft in the inside, and have good flavor. I enjoyed the different glazes on the old fashioned, and the donut holes were delectable.If youre in the mood for tasty donuts, definitely check this place out. I know Ill be returning.

This has always been a family favorite. My parents went here before I was born, and Ive been going for more than 20 years. They have the best donuts Ive found anywhere and at much lower prices than anywhere else Ive been. The owners are friendly and always ask about my parents when I visit alone. When I visited with my fiance, they spent the while time telling him how smart I was and asking him about himself.

I shared a regular glazed, maple bar, and an apple fritter. My favorite was the regular glazed. It had a little more chew to it which I liked. I wasnt overly impressed, with either the maple bar or apple fritter. A little bit better than Safeway.Im keeping in mind that I went at 10am so things were not out of the oven fresh. I live in the area and decided to try it rather than drive downtown. Next time I decide on a doughnut earlier I will try it again. If entertaining company with donuts I would still make a run downtown.

I like donuts. When I was younger, Id eat a dozen at a time (Tim Hortons before the factory move). These are very well handmade uniquely delicious treats. The Texas is as big as the state! Fritters have that classic taste. Ive found my new donut home and life is a little bit better.

The donuts plus employees smoke and litter their cigarettes in the parking lot several times a day seven days a week. Ive asked serval times to please use the ash tray and stop disrespecting the community and harming the environment. Please if youre a regular customer can you ask the employees to rethink about where cigarettes go because Im a stranger and they just responded to my request to use the ash tray by throwing their butts directly into the sewer grate in front of the store. The community deserves better especially from the local businesses.

After a long night of drinking I found myself waking up next a woman who weighed more than the motor in my 78 Trans Am. She was wearing my Dio Sacred Heart Tour of 85 t-shirt. It was my favorite shirt but I was going to have to chalk it up as a casualty. Like a ninja I snuck out of her bedroom. I found my trusty leather 8 ball jacket laying on the floor of the living room.After I was free I made my way outside. The sun was starting to come up. I had the worst hangover. I needed a place to grab a cup of coffee to go with my Camel cigarette. Donuts Plus was the closest place I could find.I walked in the front door and was greeted by the lady working behind the counter. They had a large selection of doughnuts. I got the maple bacon bar, bear claw, and an extra large glazed doughnut in memory of the poor gal I left wondering where the man or her dreams had went.

Ive walked past this place a million timea, and finally tried it. Im in heaven. These donuts are fantastic, and the Asian lady that helped me was so sweet.

I absolutely love this place. Donut Plus has quickly become my number one go to for doughnuts and easily tops Voodoo with the Bacon Maple bars. I just love the owners and enjoy every minute I am in there. In my opinion, their doughnuts are not at dense as Voodoos and not as airy (kinda melts in your mouth) like Krispy Kreme. They are in between, which to me is prefect. I am so grateful Donut Plus was recommended to me and I have passed on the recommendation. The only thing I can complain about is the hours of operation. Most days it is very hard for me to make it there before they close. So I do not make it very often, otherwise I would mostly likely be there daily.
