I literally just ordered a half dozen of Fancy Donuts. Tell me why, whoever is filling orders for Doordash, they gave me ALL APPLE FRITTERS. if I wanted apple fritters I would’ve specifically ordered apple fritters, not for all 6 of my donuts. Give a variety lmao. Unhappy

Always a great selection, especially when Maria is working! My faves are the cheese Danish, maple bar, and the rare but delicious caramel frosted donut. The price is always good, the staff are always easygoing, and its clean and open 24 hours a day. Hard to beat :)

Its my go to place for donuts for the guys at work. They have all the classic donuts as well as the fancy ones. I like that they have a Heavenly Dozen, which is 2 more donuts for only 50 cents more than a regular dozen. Kind of reminds me of how a bakers dozen used to be standard for donut shops. Alas, times have changed, but this is a nice homage to those times when you just got more from your local baker. Oh ya, and their donuts are good too.

I grew up in a bakery frying donuts in my families bakery. My dad was always very particular about his dough and having it fresh. This place has the best dough for their donuts that I have had in years and their creative menu is just an added bonus. Fresh and delicious. I will definitely be back to visit them.

I got lucky this morning at 10 am, got an apple fritter freshly glaze and the donuts were soft and fresh.

Its amazing to live in a time when I can decide I want half a dozen donuts at 2:30AM to help band-aid my depression, fully expecting the worst...but then BAM! I open the door, and the scent of heaven smacks my nostrils. The jolly cashier is prepping dough in the back, singing along to both parts of a romantic (Im assuming) Spanish power ballad. He is patient while I try to decide between 800 different styles/varieties of donut. Every single bite was FANTASTIC AND MELTED IN MY SAD MOUTH

It is 115 degrees outside and they have 2 employees working in a bakery till 10pm with no ac and the doors closed! Horrible way to represent your business and how it cares for its employees! It was unbearably hot in there! The poor people were sweating so much! It’s was heartbreaking

I’ve tried blueberry fritters all over town, Sesame Donuts, Donut King, Blue Star, Voodoo Doughnuts, and other locations of Heavenly Donuts, but I haven’t found any place that tops the NE Lombard location of Heavenly Donuts! Service is so so, but blueberry fritters are so substantial, fresh, crispy, moist, that your taste buds will be singing with the choir!! 🎶😇 Crispy & moist might seem like an oxymoron, but somehow they pull it off.Update:Well...but now I’ve had Donut Land’s! 🥇

Love that they are open 24/7. My hubby and i always seem to get doughnuts at midnight. Last time we were here they were all really fresh. Wasnt really a fan of the bacon maple, but other than that theyre all great!

I made it here around 11:30 PM on a Saturday night. The guy was very helpful and made my purchase pleasant and quick. I bought a half dozen, but it was not enough apparently as I ate them all and did not have any donuts for the morning. I will be back sometime soon.

Never had a bad experience with any Heavenly Donut. The kind lady was very patient with my rotation of three boys and their decision-making processes.

Ordered the Heavenly Dozen for $22.99(14 donuts) through GrubHub to be delivered early Saturday morning getting ready to do alot of home improvement work around the house. Donuts were great, delivery was quick, but disappeared that the box was missing a donut.13 not 14 in the box. Guess the employee kept one for his self since I did not include a tip due to the service and delivery fees they charge. Called and informed them that I was missing a donut and was basically told I could come in and get free donuts. If I ordered delivery you should send my missing donut plus any free donuts you want to give me

Best place in town for a doughnut. The people who make them here must make them with pure lamb skin gloves and so fluffy to the touch. They reminded me of my little Jimmy who was a baker in my town Oscar of 50 people down below.

Ever try to make a donut? It would take you 10 times the price to make what these guys have on the shelf - just waiting for you already. Not since I took that first hit of Meth have I been so excited about something.

Pretty much the only place to really satisfy a sweet tooth past 7pm. Plenty of parking since the parking lot is shared with a convenience store. The lobby is big enough to social distance. Theres always fresh baked donuts available and the staff is great. It just sucks in the summer when my car is 80º and the lobby has the heat on and the thermostat is behind a lockbox.

My family has been going to Heavenly Donuts for about 3 years now. I live for their fritters, especially the pineapple. Theyre huge and lightly crispy crunchy on the outside. Delicious! I cant rate 5 stars because the fritters are almost always sold out. It seems like it would be a smart decision to make more because of the demand. On my visit this morning, there was only one left. I got an apple cinnamon filled so my son could have the fritter. When I cut my filled donut in half it had literally one tiny piece of apple in it. It was far beneath the quality I usually get from this place. Im pretty disappointed today. 😔
