My entire family wears some type of eye correction. NW Optometric has always shown us that they care. No matter which wonderful person you interact with you receive the best from them. They have worked with me on everything from broken glasses to payments. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great eye team!

Tigard Optometric is the best eye care clinic. The entire staff is very friendly and very professional. Dr. Freedle is amazing. I always get a very thorough eye exam and know my eye health status when I leave. Dr. Freedle is extremely honest and won’t tell you that you need new glasses, if you don’t. They have quality frames to choose from and my lenses last for years. Jennie will always fix my glasses should they need a small repair. I have been a patient for over 30 years and would never consider seeing another Optometrist.

The optomitrist and staff were top notch. I had a fun visit, enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, and appreciated that they took the time to do a very careful exam. When I expressed interest they took the time to educate me about vision, including the biology, physics, and health aspects. They went way above and beyond in providing quality service: giving me info (not in a pushy way) about laser vision options, adjusting my glasses fit for free, discussing my contact use history etc. It was the most competitive price of four places I called to ask for a quote, and they accommodated my same-day appointment no problem. I highly recommend Tigard Optometric Clinic.

We absolutely love Clare. My daughter has a rather unusual eye problem, and Clare put all her effort in to help us. And every time she finds the best solution.I just can recommend her from the bottom of my heart.

Amazing! We are just in town on our way to Seattle. We stopped at a Costco to fill a contact prescription. It was a nightmare! We left without getting what we needed. My daughter was desperate and needed contacts before our trip so I called around and stumbled across Tigard OptometricClinic. They were so pleasant and offered a sample of the contacts to my daughter (since we had a written prescription) without any hesitation. Super friendly staff...I would highly recommend and if I lived in the Portland area would visit there for sure. Customer service...A+.

I came in for just an eye exam, and got a very detailed and pleasant experience thanks to the wonderful staff. I never expected for them to be so in-depth with me, I learned a lot about my eyes and was informed about what they were doing every step of the way. Theres a huge range of glasses, and after I picked a couple I liked, they took the time to find another pair that I loved even more. I made them suffer from taking too long to choose, and for that I apologize! But still, they were so patient with me. Thanks to everyone at Tigard Optometric!

Whenever I have needed special care - fixing a loose piece, replacing only one lense, finding a special shape of Silhouette lense for older frames, etc. Tigard Optometric Clinic has been welcoming, flexible, and has treated me with a high level of professional kindness and respect.

Tigard Optometric was a great experience. Took both my daughters in today for eye exams, each saw different doctors. Eric Freedle, OD & Clare Midson, OD, are personal, kind and very professional. They did thorough exams for my girls and I had trust in what they did completely.The staff is very nice and helped my oldest pick out her first pair of glasses. We had a appointment at a place in Lake Oswego the day before, who made a mistake with our insurance. Tigard Optometric worked my girls in as it was important they were seen soon before a trip. They are really all in all the best eye place Ive experienced. Thank you!

Staff is always super friendly and helpful! My son got his first contacts here. They didnt rush him and were very patient while he learned how to wear them. This is the second eye doctor in town that we had gone to see and the expirence was like night & day!
