I broke the screen to my LG Silo phone. They were able to fix it and make it brand new. They have great prices, friendly employees and the quality is great also. They are the whole package. Highly recommend

I spilled a whole cup of coffee with cream into my laptop. Daniel cleaned it and put it through the dryer process for 24 hours. When he didnt get a good diagnostic reading, he did it all over again a second day. The mother board still shows corrosion, but at least the laptop is working for now. Daniel did all he could, and gave me advice on other options.

I had my Apple Desktop having a “system wake failure”, I brought it in to Comprite and a week later I now have a brighter, faster and up to date operating system. Phone repaired by Slavic and less than 30 minutes service was absolutely incredible.My iPhone completely broke I wasn’t able to turn it on my phone battery died and the percentage was jumping around they quickly replace the battery in assisted me with any other concerns I was quite surprised at the remarkable speed that they finished the job wow I definitely will be returning for any further new phone purchases repairs, I also wanted to say a quick thank you to Slavic and Eugene for helping me what Lifesavers they are!

Have you ever got that feeling that you have discovered something of a hidden treasure? Like say you are fed up with dealer service and strike out to find an independent shop to handle your needs, and you stumble across something that far exceeds what you expected. Yeah, that’s the feeling of walking out the door of Comprite with a repaired device for a whole lot less than the dealer would charge and returned to you within hours. I have now had three devices batteries refreshed, and broken screens repaired. Let me tell you Comprite is the place to go to handle your phone and laptop repairs.

I dont understand all the good reviews. I took my iPad here to fix the battery and was told it would take a couple days. Thats fine. I checked back with them after a few days and they said they were waiting on parts in the mail and that they needed a few more days. Fine. I waited a couple weeks for a call back and didnt get one so went in to check on the status. They gave me the same go around that they were waiting on parts in the mail. So I said politely that I would just like my iPad back and money back cause I dont really have the time to wait. They then told me they could have it done that day and said they would call me so I left. An hour later they call me and tell me its ready. Well guess what, they didnt fix it and I still have a battery issue and they kept my money. I wouldnt trust these guys. They seem nice but its truly a gamble. I spent $130 for nothing.

Took my tablet to be prepared. Took them 2 months and they told me they couldnt fix it I had to get another one. they replaced it and it didnt work worth the s*** so I took it back and left it.

I went to purchase a refurbished laptop for church office use, the employee Eugene was very helpful and honest... I totally felt at ease, so much so that after the purchase I accidentally left my bag there. I back tracked to find it waiting for my return. I tried to reward Eugene with $ for keeping my bag safe until my return and he wouldnt have it. I appreciate the honesty and the equipment warranty. I will be back.

Greatest service and a wonderful experience. My phone was run over by a car and it was totally destroyed....or so I thought. Took it to Verizon and a salesman recommended I tried to get it fixed.....he could have saved nothing on my phone because we could not type anything! So despite me having my toddler granddaughter with me, I made the trip and it was so worth it! It saved me hundreds of dollars for them to fix it instead of buying a new phone. Everyone was so helpful and nice! Very reasonable too!! We had lunch and by the time we were done, it was finished! I think one employee was Greg... ??? Not positive because I was a little preoccupied...lol. But he got my granddaughter paper and pen to draw for the few minutes I waited in the store. I highly recommend this place!! Great business with knowledgeable employees who will get you what you need at a reasonable price. Came in to just get a couple charger cords but ended up buying a couple of the 3.0 charging blocks after the guy at the register suggested and told me how they charge faster, which they definitely do so I glad to have gotten them.

I was in desperate need of computer repair so I took my Mac book pro here and they did an excellent job getting it running again better than ever. I was able to get my laptop back the same day I brought it in. I saved time and hundreds of dollars. Also, the customer service was great! very friendly and knowledge service. This place is absolutely AMAZING. I brought my phone in just the other day hoping to get my cracked screen fixed without having to buy a brand new phone. He quoted me $299 to have the screen entirely replaced and said itd be done in a couple hours. When I came to pick up my phone, there was no waiting. My phone was done, like he had promised.It looked like new! He also added a screen protector free of cost AND he also replaced the entire back of my phone as well COMPLETELY FREE. I was absolutely blown away at the customer service this business provides. I would recommend this place to anybody time and time again. Absolutely blown away. You never find this kind of service anymore. I gave him an extra $5, that was the least I could do, I wouldve tipped him more if i had the cash!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE OWNER AND EMPLOYEES!

I wish I could give them 10 stars - I will be going back here literally any time I have a computer problem from now on. I went in with my Dell, which was telling me plugged in but not charging - in the middle of law school finals and totally freaking out, and Eugene and his technician went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me and fix my computer, and in less than four hours I have my computer back and everything is working perfectly. Also, prices were super reasonable. Dont even have words to adequately thank them for the speedy fix, and just being pleasant to talk to. I must say I was happy to find a local computer place near me that had such great reviews. I had a laptop that would not turn on. They diagnosed it within 48 hours as a bad part. Once I approved the cost they ordered the new part and I had my computer back in a week. Very nice staff and clean office. I wouldnt hesitate to go back!!

Eugene was a class act to bring my laptop in to to replace my special case (and other things) and was very upfront in telling me what was required and what to expect. The laptop is better than ever. Interactions were always friendly and professional, and the price seemed right. My only regret is that I hadnt come in sooner, but I will give them a call if I need more work in the future.

I would highly recommend the Comprite Team located at the corner of Foster & 82nd Ave. I needed a cell phone mother board replacement. They did this, as well as replace the case at no additional fee. They are knowledgeable & honest. Qualities I look for when doing business with others.

I had my laptop fixed at the Foster Comprite. It took one week to order parts and complete the swap, which really isnt bad. They also gave me a new charger, and it all works great! They said theres a two month warranty for the repairs. So far so good.Update: three months out, and the repair is still holding. Thanks, guys!

Went in here for the first time today morning because I was sick and tired of my computer running so slow! I waited almost 5 minutes just for it to get to the main screen. I live in the area and drove by this place many times but never really had a reason to come in. The place is very clean and has lots of inventory which I will come back to for future phones and laptops. Anyway, they charged me a whole lot cheaper than Best Buy quoted just to LOOK at my PC! I was shocked, they also upgraded my computer to a solid state drive and that should boost the speed quite a bit. I mainly chose this place because they offered to help me right away over the phone, when I called Best Buy they put me on hold for 5 minutes and then said I had to pay 99.99 to bring it in for diagnostics. These folks instantly told me my issue and gave me the price to fix it. Very kind sales guys, they definitely care about their customer service unlike the big box stores. I will be back with future needs and will refer all of my friends and family. Thanks guys!

I had a computer fixed here in the past and they were fast, affordable, and worked with my schedule. My old tank is still running fine years later. I just took a new laptop in to get fixed and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They let me know right away what the issue was, and it was a quick fix!

This place is awesome! One of the female staff was very helpful and polite to my questions about a trade i wanted to do to get a laptop for my Gateway. I came in nearly closing and the manager Paul took care of my need and they got me a nice laptop and they threw in a free mouse and pad! Bonus, he told me if i ever have any problems technically, that feel free to bring it in for them to take a look!

There costs for repair are higher than i think they should be but the customer service is friendly and quick in diagnosing issues

Best Place For a nice simple repair for my PC, Had to Have my Graphics card fix in a day and lack of time of work, they fix it and stayed overtime for 30 more mins to fix it. Ya may be a simple fix, but the best Customer service i have had at a low rate which is fair. Overall I been to other places that try to charge an arm or a leg with huge flat rates, and lie about the problem. (GS) But this place is real and they do their best to ensure that your Desktop, Laptop, Phone, and other is repair. And I been shopping at this store for 6 years and best place I been to in a long time and dont look anywhere else. To top it all off it was the day before Thanksgiving and they want to go home and spent time with their family like everyone else and just goes to show they care about their Customers. 5/5

My phone stopped charging. The first repair shop I went to told me that there was nothing they could do. They dont service Pixels. When I came here, though, Eugene took one look at my phone, disappeared into the back room, and when he returned, the phone worked perfectly. He also threw in a new charging cable. The whole thing took less than five minutes. I am thrilled.

Very, very happy! Had a laptop with everything on it die and was able to walk out of there with a laptop with same processor and everything from my old computer loaded onto it for $250! Was skeptical at first because it was running extremely slow, but after 2 Windows updates, a Google Chrome update, and Avast Clean-Up its running like a charm! Will be going there from now on, for sure.

Came in and asked for a data recovery on a water damaged iPhone that wasnt turning on. Had to leave it there overnight, and they were able to transfer all my photos/settings to my new phone, it was as if nothing had even happened.

Don’t go here, I got my iPhone screen repaired and a few days later it fell out while in my pocket. They were so unprofessional and called me a lair and when my fact based argument And evidence Trumpet their nonsense they said “How do even know it’s the same phone” After about an hour they agreed to fix their shotty work. The guy that fixed the phone has to be like a nephew or son of the owners Because he definitely has a entitled I don’t know what I’m doing This is not OK but it’s OK type of attitudeTHE RESPONSE:: “They erased it obviously”Well the response speaks for itself I guess😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 And now you know that their PR skills are to par with cell phone repair and customer service skills. I’m not a liar I support my family, I have a job I was with my son and I try very hard to Lead by example And I teach him the value in honesty. I want my children to have a good Moral compass. But on a brighter note, you all got a peak into this horrific unreliable sloppy unprofessional behavior you can expect. I have a computer that was stuck in safe mode, the service was great, they are very speedy and they called me to let me know what other things were wrong with my computer, the cost, they answered all my questions and I felt like when I left there I had no doubts my computer would work.I got home later that night hooked it up, and it is faster than ever cleaned up, he saved all my old data, I am very pleased with the work they did, and will definitely go back in the future if I need to, and I have recommended a few of my friends and family.

Twice now, these guys have come through when I thought my computer was beyond repair. A few years ago they were able to recover almost all of my data when my old laptop crashed. And just this weekend, they quickly fixed my laptop. I spilled water all over it and it wouldnt power on but they fixed it in less than a day for a reasonable price. They really come through when you need them!

I had my phone repaired here. I took my phone to the clackamas location and they referee me to this location telling me that they specify in android devices. I took it here and they did an amazing job. Eugene took care of me explaining what they would do and gave me a quote. I asked him to make it as hassle free as possible and thats exactly what he did. He called me giving me an update on what has been done and when it would be ready. I came in a couple days later after I dropped it off and he went through the device with me showing me that everything did in fact work. Highly recommend them they specialize in android device and will fix just about anything for you. They do it at a reasonable price and a reasonable timeframe . A friend of ours went to army, and his wife found she was suddenly password locked out of her ipad, after it restarted she was locked out.I called the top four companies off Google and yellow pages with good reviews, and CompRite was the first to return my call (only 3 did at all). JR let me bring in the computer the same day, and removed the password lock-out it in a few minutes. He then attempted not to charge me because of friends army duty, even though this was the first time we had ever met I insisted on paying though.Quick, super competent, ethical, and obviously good people. What more could you ask for?Awesome guys

These guys are amazing I was looking for a laptop for my sons college I got a gaming laptop for him not that he needed so much power but the deal was hard to pass up pretty much got it for half off compared to big box stores it also came with a ssd my son loves it!

These guys are con men all the way. Their website says flat fee charge, We provide ALL necessary repair services at no additional charge. That is only for diagnostics, once it is determined what is wrong then they charge you additionally for the repair, on top of the flat fee. Once I told them that I wanted the computer back without repair, they stated they had already done the repair because they assumed I would pay for it. It took them less than 5 minutes to put the old parts back in and give it back to me. So $149 diagnostic and $150 repair bill for a repair that would take less than 5 minutes to do. I dont have a problem paying for a repair but that is ridiculous. I recommend staying away from these guys.
