I really thought this place was great being that Im in recovery and so are they but recovery means different things to us they sold me a car for five grand that I can no longer drive about 40 Days later the transmission went out and the way theyve dealt with me since I bought the vehicle is shameful. Turns out Im not the only one. I gave them one star I tried to give them none but I cant post this without a star

Highly recommend this place. Got into a car accident with my 2020 Kia Soul. Totally wrecked it and still owed money. I was freaking out on what to do and googled no credit check. These guys were the first to show up and at first I thought it was too good to be true. Went there with only 1000 I borrowed from a family member and drive away with a 2011 Nissan rouge within two hours. Awesome company. Drove it for two weeks and cars brakes were horrible. Called the owner and he did right by getting me over to a local brake company and PAYING for the labor and costs. Awesome awesome. Highly recommend if you are down on your luck and need a helping hand. Please go here even if you have good credit and just need a good used car. I will be going here from here on out. Nice friendly staff, came here with my ex who was needing a new car and needed help choosing and inspecting it. They will finance to anyone even with really bad credit however they will get you with those interest rates. $3k car turns into $6k and that $3k car will set you back with $300 payments. I understand those with bad credit are limited but dang those are prices I would pay for a brand new car.

This is the place to shop!!! I went here when I really needed a reliable car after a terrible experience with another used car dealership. Chris went out of his way to help me find a car that fit me vs any available vehicle. They set me up with a payment plan I could afford and worked with me if I knew a payment was going to come through late. I will never shop anywhere else for a used car. They even helped me deal with the cruddy dealership experience I had prior by telling me who to report my complaints to.

I have been dealing with this car dealership for almost 10 years. They have helped me, my Family and some friends, purchase several vehicles over the years. That are a great Family run business. They have always taken care of me and my friends cars. The majority of their business is word of mouth and repeat customers and the only reason for that is because customers are always treated well here! I highly recommend.

I have had numerous meetings with the old staff and newer staff here. They have always been amazing to work with. When times were rough in my life with no car and no way to get to work S&M was there to help. My credit was shot and I only had limited funds to put as a down payment. And could only afford a small monthly payment. They made it happen. I was able to get a Toyota Camry and start rebuilding my credit. They reported to my credit bureaus. I kept that car for a year and went a traded it back in for something newer and nicer. BMW 740IL. 1 month later there was a major engine problem. I was scared I was on my own. When I spoke with Dean he reminded me I purchased a warranty. They were right there to help me out.. a year later I purchased a Chevy blazer at even a better finance plan. It has been a wild ride but 2 years ago and with the help of Dean and Shelly, and the commitment I made to having 3 car loans paid on time, I was able to buy myself a brand new Ford F-150 through a credit union at 4.99% interest.During this whole time my work was looking for inexpensive vans for our office. We have now purchased 6 vans over an 8 year time frame. Always there when we needed them and always great communication.Thank you Dean and Shelly for all you have done for our family. This is hands-down the best car lot in Portland. Not only are the staff nice and knowledgeable but they sell really good used cars. I bought a few cars from them over the years and never had any issues. They truly care about the customer!

Ive been buying cars from Dean and Shelley for 10+ years. I have 6 kids and Ive bought 5 cars for them (including1 for myself). 4 of the cars are still rolling to this day (kids). The price was always fair and my kids were always happy with the purchase. If youre needing a good quality used car, you need to stop by. They are not your usual used car dealer. I would buy 1 today from them, if I needed a vehicle that I could rely on.

After paying about $10.6k (down payment and monthly payments since July 2017) for a 2005 Dodge Magnum SXT which was valued by Kelly Blue Book at $4,500 at the time of purchase, the car breaks down for the first time soon after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The effects of the pandemic had already substantially decreased my income before the car broke down and we werent able to repair the car after it broke down. The car was my only way to transport my tools for most of my jobs, so it being broke down took away from most of the rest of my income.Dean offered to have the car repaired at a shop he works with, and even to tow it there; in his own words so you can get back to work and start making payments again. However, after the car was repaired he demanded a $500 payment or he wouldnt let us take it back. Money Im not able to come up with without the car.Now I understand that legally by contract he was able to reposes it and should have under normal circumstances. However taking the car under the guise of having it repaired so that we can get back to work, and then turning around and asking for payment was sick and wrong. I question his intentions on being nothing less than having the car running so it pulls more in at auction because legally he couldnt alter the car after a repossession.Being a member of the community youd hope a local business man would have some flexibility and help their community when theyre in need, instead of repossessing a vehicle under the guise of helping after all expenses had been paid on what he invested in the car (all we owed which was another $1,600) the rest of what we owed was all profit so its not like he would have been at a loss for being a little more flexible with us.These Magnums average about $500 at dealer only auto auctions if theyre running, $250 if theyre dead. So, after profiting thousands of dollars off of us, he wants to take the car back and offer no flexibility when we just have $1,600 left on our note.Other things to note about their practices is that they will shut your car off if youre late on the payment 1-2 days. Doesnt matter if youre getting paid on Friday, your car is shut off until Friday.TLDR; After paying about $10,600 on a car they purchased at around $500 (With little investment to put it on the lot, because we bought it the same day they got it and they hadnt even vacuumed the car out yet), they took the car under the guise of helping, with us just owing $1,600 because we had a loss of income due to COVID-19 AFTER HE PROFITED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OFF OF US. Quoting Dean, Its nothing personal, its just business.Well Dean, this review is personal AND business. Customer service is personal.

Today, I purchased a vehicle from Chris. I was in a pretty devastating situation, my anxiety was through the roof, I was in tears when I stopped by to see Chris and he kept telling me, its going to be okay, try to calm down, take a breath, I am going to help you, I understand what youre going through. I called him about 3-4 times a day for a few days with different questions in panic mode and he never lost his cool. He is patient and kind. When we signed the papers upon me purchasing my new vehicle he explained things I didnt understand and Ive bought cars straight from corporate dealerships before and the finance manager never explained anything, they type up papers and tell you to sign your life away and its the worst 45 minutes to hour of ones life. I hate going to corporate dealerships, I will never go again. Added, I am so relieved that they have the gps tracking system in my new car. I cant believe the corporate dealerships dont have this! Also added, if I ever need to bring the car in for service, their Saturday hours are perfect because theyre open until 7pm. Lastly, I have been wanting an suv for years and somehow always got stuck with a sedan. I finally got what Ive been day dreaming about, my family and I can now enjoy our little road trips in a more spacious car. Thank you Chris!

The owner is very knowledgeable, honest, and fair. They only sell high end used tires that are complete sets. The quality is very good to practially new. The staff is friendly and they work fast. They also warranty the tires should they fail for any reason.

Initially a good place and buying experience. However, today I received threats against my life to shut off my vehicle for no reason while Im driving, say, on a highway? Even though Im current on payments. An employee there named Dean informed me he can shut off my vehicle any time he wants to. AT ANY TIME EVEN WHEN DRIVING, just because he is angry. I had police call them and filed a report because of his harassment. I imagine a big lawsuit. I wont take your threats.Edit: I have proof, email exchanges that have your employees name saying and I quote you will be charged for felony theft leaving the state. At no time, did I ever tell you guys I have regular business that takes me out of state so. You guys illegally used my location information which, is a major violation in the contract I have with you guys. Enjoy your lawsuit coming because guess what.Your business broke several laws. This is not slander, this is truth.

I have dealt with threats from this place constantly. Am currently in the middle of filing a lawsuit for their fraudulent behavior as well as threatening my life. I am a veteran suffering from ptsd and these people have done nothing but made that worse. Dean Graham a vet with honors is personally attacking me. If you guys are reading this, I am not backing down. I will take you to court. Your company has broken the law and will pay for that. I assure you of this. Even if it costs me more in court fees for the price of the car. You will not continue to con people.

Do not go to this place at all!!! They sold me a car and told me they fixed it 2 WEEKS after me having it I had to take it to a Mechanic. The mechanic had told me that they didn’t fix the items that they said they did and not only that but they fixed fixed it by putting fix a leak into the car which blew the entire engine do you not go here if you’re looking for a reliable vehicle. When I called them about the problem they were completely unprofessional and rude they used cuss words and threatened me seriously I repeat do not go there!!!!!!
