Dan was absolutely great. We drove over 100 miles down from Washington state. We had several dealers to visit, and got to Eastport Autos not long before closing.Dan had exactly the van we were looking for. To save us from having to make the long drive home tonight and come back tomorrow, he stayed long after closing to get us finished.Then, in our rush to get going, we forgot to pick up the second electronic key. We were at a restaurant having a late dinner, and he drove to the restaurant just to drop off the key. Who does anything like that anymore??? I bought a 2011 GMC Arcadia back around the begging of april the old man said they had the title on hand its in back i asked 3 times bought the car its now july still no title just got my plates finally and apparently the title was still at the auction place they bought it from Thanks for Being dishonest Also the car was Supposably good Not even an hour later we had to start replacing parts drove off the lot to a gas station right down the way because i came from out of town to purchase it put gas in and it wouldnt start back up

DISHONEST DAN PULLED A SCAM!I DO NOT RECOMMENDI chose my car online, communicated with DAN several times: informed DAN that I would be paying the $8,500 he was asking for the 2006 Lexus GS430 with cash/debit/check (whatever he preferred) DAN asked for a check instead of debit (**said he wanted to avoid the percentage charge for debit card transactions) I then flew down from Seattle to Portland and took Uber to the EASTPORT AUTOS.. Dan took me downstairs to complete the transaction; he **asked me to show my CHASE mobile app to ensure the money was in my account, but downstairs his wifi would not connect. DAN then requested to drive me to CHASE and buy him a cashiers check, I told him there was a $5 fee but he **pleaded with me to spend $5 for the check fee: once in the car the wifi connected, I showed DAN the balance, we returned inside and I wrote the check. so far there are **3 incidents of questionabne behavior on DAN, but DAN was downright DISHONEST when he filled in the ***ODOMETER reading to be 120531. When driving back to Seattle the tire pressure light came on i noticed the ***ODOMETER was DISHONESTLY filled in it was actually read more like 123000. Well I made it home and did not drive until I had the car serviced and Toyota listed the ODOMETER as ***123160! Driving from Portland to Seattle is 174.00 miles: so do the math: ***2455 miles that DISHONEST DAN had not listed. So I get a call from his son DANNY confirming my address to mail information to and I mentioned it. DANNYS explanation was: Well I know the owner drove the car for a while What? I told him to let his dad know that I was not pleased with his DISHONESTY and that he should treat his customers better. DO BEETER DAN NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND

After arriving all the sliding and back door openers were broken. And in classic used car salesman sleezball fashion they tried to explain how that was good :(. These guys will lie to you. Dont buy anything from these guys! They use Lees Automotive to inspect their vehicles. They are a scam! They told me nothing was wrong with the truck. I am not an automotive mechanic, but in their sales lot I found:1. Thermostat missing2. Leaf springs not secured to chassis3. Leaf spring punctured thru bed of truck4. Truck bed was not bolted or secured to chassis5. both ball joints bad6. Heater fan didnt work or it was running in off positionThey told tell me they would fix the items I found, but then the auto mechanic does a piss poor job repairing truck and lied about fixing other items when he didnt.Save your money and buy your vehicle somewhere else!

Dan and Danny are great people and help you find the right deal. They do care about the customer and will help you every step of the way. The prices are fair. The car had a super clean interior and there was actually gas in the tank to drive home.

Great place to buy a car!! The gentlemen that work there are very understanding, helpful and willing to work with you. We walked onto the lot one day and the following day drove off with a nice, new to me mustang. They were even kind enough to fill my tank before I left. The initial process was amazing. Loved my car was so excited to get it home. They were nice and not pushy. Now I’m two months in with an as is warranty car that has so many problems i can’t count it on one hand. I’m just 19. I’m pretty torn over this. I’m paying off a car that’s insides are falling apart. Radiator problem, both catalysts, strange noise now when I run ac.. I haven’t even gotten a full diagnostic yet. I’m not ready for what that bill is gonna look like on top of my monthly car payments. Really get your car checked from here. A diagnostic before I bought would’ve been so worth it :(

Had a small coupe that finally died on us so we went window shopping for cars, preferably a truck. We came across a decent Ford F-150 and Dan came out to help us after watching us circle the truck out front. Dan is an easy going guy and was able to get us into a new truck that we instantly fell in love with, within a couple of hours. Great place to buy a car

The salesman was great, he asked what we were looking for. I told him what car I was interested in and he brought me the keys and and walked away so my wife and I could check the vehicle out. When we asked to take it for a drive he told us to take as much time as needed. We drove around for a good 30 minutes. We ended up buying the vehicle and it was an enjoyable experience because they werent high pressure or pushy.

I know two people who were majorly scammed by these people. They have cars that look pretty with defective engines. Pretty soon the people who they scam will catch up with them. Here comes the big bad wolf. Do you really thing you can bite the lion by its tail, Dan and Danny? You will end up loosing more money than what you make by scamming. Bought my vehicle from here last Spring. Service was fine, friendly. However when i asked simple questions about the vehicle (tires, ESP light, oil change) I was told they dont know. Well the ESP is a huge problem (electronic stability program) and has been fluctuating on and off the entire time ive owned it. The car basically skitches and loses traction momentarily each and every time on the road. And of course during the test drives I had no issue.Huge safety hazard, and After paying several thousand for a vehicle, I am only just now able to get this fixed. They basically were selling me a faulty machine. And lack of knowledge/maintenance of the issue only proves they are looking to cut as many corners just to make a dollar. Do you due diligence

I was fortunate that this was the first car dealer I went to. I had pretty specific guidelines for what I was looking for: White automatic SUV with tan leather seats, low miles, sunroof, 4wd and privacy glass. Boom. As soon as I walked on the lot I found the one. Dan was very sweet/chill and as we did the paperwork just talked about both recently buying houses. It was a very easy transaction. I would 100% recommend this place if youre looking for a used car! Oh, and the car was UNDER my budget. A++

This dealership is not honest. They sold me a vehicle with many undisclosed problems. I asked them to check for any problems and to let me know if there are any. They confirmed that there were no problems and that if anything happens soon that they will resolve the issue. Within the next couple weeks many problems started happening in the car. The same day after purchasing it I started hearing a ticking noise, then a burned smell started to come out of the heater. The mileage started becoming alarmingly low, and soon after the electronics started to fail. I didnt even drive the car a lot, and I started to feel a shaking noise in the vehicle. A couple days later the check engine light came on. I updated them throughout this process, giving them time to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Today they sent me a text saying that the car was sold as is. As a consequence of them not taking moral and legal responsibility for their obligations, Im going to proceed and report them to multiple agencies, give them a bad review on my YouTube channel, blog about them, etc. Im going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, the State Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, etc. I contacted my lawyer and I know my rights. I am going to leave bad reviews on several dealership review websites, Im going to contact my local news and have them write a story about my bad experience so that Oregon residence will not have to go through this, and do other recommendations from my lawyer. My intent is not to ruin their reputation, yet this is fraud, and if they do not do their due diligence, this is what I must do. I am a computer science major, with 6 years of experience in the field, and I know how to let everyone know about this. Im also well versed in law, and my lawyer stated that we can win this case. I gave them a chance to make it right, they must not know my abilities.
