I have to say, I was worried about buying a MINI Cooper from, instead of a more specialized dealership. This was the first positive experience I have had with any dealer in 2 months. CODY could be my new best friend. He listened and was plain old KIND. He came in on his day off. You don’t see much of that anymore. He always checked up; even after the sale. This was my first non private sale car purchase. Cody made me feel like I was not being pressured.I am also happy to say that they were fine with my having it checked out by an independent MINI Cooper specialty shop. They even took it there for me, and brought it back to the dealership. That was a HUGE help. The major dealerships in Beaverton fought me on an independent check.I really don’t write a lot of reviews, but I read so many as I was looking for a replacement MINI Cooper that helped me. All of my dealings with Dream City are encompassed within a 4 minute poke through the web site which I went to after finding a listing for a vehicle im interested in. They do not list pricing on the web site. The vehicle i was looking at and a few others i clicked to check if there was something different about the listing i looked at simply said call for pricing.Any business/person who advertises things for sale and cannot put up a price on their web site 100% of a pointless waist of time. It indicates they believe that by getting someone on the phone the business can pull customers away from logic or data driven decisions and ply them with emotion driven tactics. Its a shady and unsavory tactic. Lack of advertised pricing is all one need to know they should look elsewhere.However, to encourage upstanding behavior, 1 star.

Drove up three hours to look at a suburban this weekend. Ended up buying a 2015 that was in great condition, I expect this to be the last vehicle that we have to purchase for a long time. We worked with Sean, he was super kind and helpful. Definitely didn’t feel any pressure to make any kind of deal. We came with our three kids, and as high energy as they are, we were met with understanding for them. Which is always helpful if you have young children.Everyone we said hi to were friendly, the vehicle is in great condition, and overall, we’re extremely happy with our experience.

Bought a Dodge Ram 2500 diesel pickup. Paid a premium price, but got close to what I was looking for on my trade and it all worked out pretty well. My salesman, Sean, was great and worked hard to get the deal done. A low-pressure professional experience.

We had some issues with a previous vehicle we bought from them and when we brought it back in and explained what was going on they not only made it right but also got us in a safer and more reliable truck! These are great, they have a wide variety of very high end vehicles to choose from. No junkers here, the inventory is mostly 1 owner vehicles that are low mile. When it comes time to purchase a vehicle you always want to be able to get the best deal & thats what my family experience.We love our 2016 Ram 3500 would totally recommend you stop here first for you next big purchase.

Update ***** two ⭐️Ok after a week of owning we took it into dodge the rear timing is leaking and from what they can tell it has been for sometime. Also there is a chip that is blown.So we have to pay almost $6,000 more on top of the price we paid for the truck.We should have had dodge look at it prior to purchase however we trusted Dream city to have done an inspection 🧐 which they clearly did not. We had already had Dream city fix the steering and alignment prior to purchase.Original message : five stars ⭐️Nice folks willing to go the extra mile. Bought this work truck 🛻 It needed a front end alignment and they were fast at getting that done.Sales guy was Matthew and we worked with Joe to close our deal. Both were professional, friendly and helpful.Covid19 ; hand sanitizer was available, & masks 😷 were worn

I was searching for a Nissan Pathfinder and the one that had all the features I was looking for was at Dream City, an hour away from my home. When we arrived, we were greeted by a salesman named Joe. My salesperson Sean was low pressure and agreeable. I was able to pick up a 2005 GMC 2500HD for probably a little too much (they have some of the highest prices out of all the listings and research I did), but I came to an agreement with them and worked out a fair deal on the truck. Sean was easy to work with and pleasant to chat with throughout the deal. I only put 20 miles or so in the truck and got a “service airbag” light. Sean promptly put me in touch with Junior (the service manager) who was forthcoming and immediately took care of the problem (working with me on my time schedule since I work swing shift), in a fantastic manner that left me feeling like I had certainly been taken care of. Overall I feel like it was a positive experience and would recommend them based on my experience there. I would buy from Sean again and Junior was fantastic!

Havent seen a place upcharge this much in a while. Talked to two separate salesmen about vehicles being advertised on multiple platforms with no listing prices, only to call and find out they were asking for anywhere from $5,000-7,000 more than what the vehicle should go for. Salesmen would start rattling off upgrades made to the vehicles, as if a Carmax report wouldnt show previous sales of the vehicle being priced more appropriately with the exact same custom work done. Then I was dismissed by being told Ill have this sold within the week at the price were listing. Checked a month later to find the vehicles still there, going on seventh months being on their lot. Cannot in good conscience recommend unless youre looking to waste money.

For the past couple weeks I had been for a specific vehicle. To my surprise, a lot of car sales lots have the vehicle I wanted, but none of them would bring the price down to help me. Absolutely horrible sales man!!! Went to look at a overly priced SUV (8k over KBB excellent rate- definitely not that good of shape) and we were lied to straight from the start (Sean told us the vehicle was 2k less than what they truly wanted- I didnt find this out until they pulled my credit already. Also there was a service suspension warning on the dash. I called my previous dealership that is GMC and they said that warning is triggered from something wrong with the shocks. When I told Sean that I was concerned with the message, he proceeded to argue with me that nothing is wrong with it and that the dealership just wanted my money. He attempted to show me nothing was wrong by clearing the message quickly after he turned on the car ( Always make sure you are the one turning on the vehicle so you can make sure you see if there are any warnings displayed). He also tried to tell me that this warning was normal (huge red flag for me). After arguing for an extended period of time, Sean drove the vehicle to their service window, clearly frustrated with me, and low and behold, something was wrong with the shocks. On top of being overly argumentative, haggling was the worst Ive experienced. Also, they made me feel worthless regarding my 3 year old trade telling me that they werent going to give me what I was asking for it because it was going to sit for months on their lot and it had a cracked windshield. Mind you, I was asking 3k lower than KBB trade in value to a dealership of my car. I am so thankful I did not make a deal with these people.
