I made an appointment with AGS Beauty today and entered their company building. It was very welcoming, tidy, and clean. The salon chairs were displayed nicely and were high quality. The products sold for good prices and the staff were easy to talk to. I will definitely come back here for any future equipment.

Liz has been awesome trying to help me understand my financing per my previous review. She has been patient and attentive and for that I am grateful.

I love my shampoo chair/ sink unit. It is the centerpiece of my shop. I chose a white ceramic sink and a chocolate brown quilted chair, and almost all my clients compliment it when they lay back. Also the customer service is quick to respond. Whatever you might need for your Salon, get it here. At least the important things!

Had a great experience with the company. I was son the fence and they talked to me about the chairs I was deciding between, helped answer my questions about shipping. Very smooth process and I love my new Barber chair. Very easy to assemble most of the chair was half way assembled we just had to put some screws in. Shipping took a long time but that isnt the companies fault. Over all had a great experience and will definitely do business with them again.

I have bought 4 chairs from AGS Beauty. I bought one and then when I bought my salon, I purchased the other three. My clients had rave reviews so that gave me confidence to order the other three. The chairs do seem a little tall, but I’m also not very tall myself so this is a normal problem for me. They swivel nicely, and the ‘Emes’ look of the chair with the wooden back is very smart looking. You do have to put the chairs together but I have called to get help over the phone and the service people have been very helpful.

This company has beyond amazing customer service and replies promptly to emails as well!! If I could give them above 5 stars I would! Im so excited to receive my chairs, which they also went ahead and updated the website on choices to allow me to purchase items that were out of stock so I could still receive the sale price. I purchased my salon chair for my private studio from AGS. Because of Covid, I wasnt able to see the chair in person before purchasing, which is kinda risky. Through working with Lily (AGSs Manager) I was able to quickly deal with one of the parts of my chair being a poor fit (for me). Lily really really went out of her way to help me, including taking time after hours on FaceTime to see where the hiccup was and connecting me with her technician as well as very quickly shipping me the exchange part. Throughout the process I felt supported and I also felt as if Lily and AGS really understand how important it was for me to have the right chair and have it built properly. There are supply chain and shipping issues everywhere right now because of the pandemic but Lily really helped quickly resolve every issue that popped up. For an interstate furniture purchase, this was as seamless as it could be and I would recommend AGS completely to anyone, anywhere in the U.S. - thanks to Lily.

Furnished my entire salon on 2nd remodel with this company and will never buy again!I have called multiple times on parts that were missing from my shampoo stations and my 3 shampoo units leak all the time.Ive had my plumber come out multiple times.I never leave a bad review but nothing was ever resolved.Im now having to buy 3 more units from a more reputable business because I cant find parts that were missing..Tried everything and Im over it!

We made a $30k investment in new equipment for our salon. I had more questions than answers and I shopped around with over 6-10 optimal vendors to conduct business. AGS had great reviews but more importantly they had many examples and sample videos of the product.We had to purchase 10 stations( but we started with just one set of everything first - assess the quality! They delivered. They even sent videos to confirm how to use and install their product! I went to AGS showroom first to see whether they have what I wanted because my first purchase with them was a couple of styling chairs that everyone loves. My recent purchases included several ODESSA backwash shampoo bowls and TAHITI styling stations. They were delivered promptly and easy assembly as usual. One of the chair pumps stopped working after a year, I emailed them a short video taken with my phone and they sent me a new one right away. Thank you.

I found what I needed at a very reasonable price with free shipping. Everything went smoothly. They even arranged for the base to arrive the day I returned from vacation. Im in the process of building out both a salon and barber shop. I was happy to see the offerings that AGS had in terms of the specific equipment I needed to be my one stop shop for barber chairs, salon chairs and place mats. They had lots of options and their prices were really reasonable. Their customer service is great as well - I had an issue with a lose screw on one of my chairs and they were more than helpful to replace/fix the product for me. I plan on using AGS for all of my equipment needs.

Horrible from the first delivery. Long story short they sent 1 delivery guy for 5 pallets of furniture delivery. My stylists ended up helping. Stations were missing parts, some were damaged, they did send out replacements after multiple pictures and videos. After only a year of use the chairs are breaking. Once I contacted them about this they wouldn’t replace them. I purchased 8. They said they would replace 4 chair tops if I would right a good review on 4 websites for them. So here’s my best review ( trust me I left a lot of bad out) how many of you have been bribed for a “good review”? You act like you did me a favor upgrading to grand Monet but those are the chairs you couldn’t get rid of bc they have so many problems. I’m still finding more issues with the furniture. Please buy local not from here!

I bought the duke barber chair from AGS Beauty its been almost 2 years and the hydrologic pump started to leak oil. After calling them, they informed me that it was still under warranty. I sent them a picture and a small video and I received a call from Barry saying my new pump had been shipped out. I received it within 10 days.
