Ive had my car worked on in the past by Precision and each time has always been great, theyve always been honest, trustworthy and fair but with me needing wheel work bilaterally, they surpassed all my expectations, beat all estimates, some by 50%, but its their kindness that sets them apart, it starts with the owners, and continues with management, and upheld by their technicians. If you take your vehicle to this establishment I assure you, you will be blown away by the efficiency, customer service, and quality of work.

Had my Jeeep Compass repaired due to the bearings in the rear wheel being bad. It was so bad they would not let me leave without knowing it could be bad if it got any worse.

Precision was suppose to repair my heating core and brakes. What a disaster my ABS brakes was worst after I got my vehicle back it kept loosing air constantly I could not even drive the vehicle. I told them about it but they refused to help me and stated I was lying. My heater was also worst after there repair I had to take it over to Waltz to have it repaired correctly. Precision patched it up with duct tape and all the Ethylene glycol was leaking back into my vehicle making my grand kids sick and myself. WORST SHOP EVER! go to Waltz never use these jack leg swindlers. They will waste your time and money and lie about it. Learn from my experience no wonder they are always so empty.

Absolutely the best mechanics between White house and Portland. Fair pricing and honest.

I appreciate how quickly they fixed my car, and I’m wanting to support local businesses. I was a lil distressed by being charged for 3 hrs labor (70$/ hr) when my car was fixed in an hour and 40”. I was told it was set fees when I called for an explanation.

Called ahead of time to take my car to get aligned and they said that the time I needed would work and I showed up and no one is there and the gate is locked....

Worst service ever went there to get my brakes and a tune up done and I reget it the job was done wrong and all they did was cost me money. Customer service is poor when you go to these guys get ready to bend over because thats what it will cost you.

I had my car tune up there a while ago and I got taken as well. My tune up costed me an arm and a leg. This shop is dishonest stay away or get ready to bend over or get a second job to pay the bill. I though I was the only one.Ed

I called ahead to see how much a synthetic oil change would cost and was told $80. So I then came in that same day to get my oil changed. I waited for well over an hour, and when I went to check out, they charged me $89.99 + $12.99 for an oil filter. The charges were $30 more than what they told me over the phone! When I spoke up they just looked at me and said thats what it costs. They charged me that because Im a woman! Ill never go back there again!!!

They saved me money and time. Had my tire replaced in half an hour!
