We brought our truck in for a routine oil change. The mechanic noticed that during the last oil change the drain plug had been cross treaded and it couldn’t be tapped out. The previous oil change was done at that location but by a different crew. The store manage Marshall replaced our oil pan free of charge! Super professional and honorable of them. We will be bringing all of our vehicle to them from now on. You don’t get a lot of shops being honest like that these day. Marshall, mechanic Casey and the rest of the crew,,, YOU ROCK!!!

Vehicle is an 09 company van and weve been taking her here for maintenance for her entire life. Service at this location is consistently prompt, honest and good quality. For this visit in particular (came in for an oil change), Steven L. was especially helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to check the computer for the vans service records and advised me on the manufacturers recommendations for which maintenance was due or overdue. I went ahead with a couple of them but he was respectful and took no for an answer when I said Id have to come back for the spendier items like coolant exchange and replacing the brake pads. I was very impressed with Stevens professionalism, enough to take the time to write this review. I hope the owner values him for the star team member that he is!

I was having possibly one of the worst days of my life when I came into this location on a total whim on my way to take care of something else. I saw the Jiffy Lube on the right side of the street and thought, I need an oil change and its right here. Why not? So I pulled in, and the team immediately got to work.They were kind and very helpful throughout the process of getting my oil changed, checking in with me multiple times to make sure I was okay. Id had a family member pass away, and I was kind of a mess. But they treated me with the utmost kindness and decency. They made sure my tires were good to drive on in case I had to drive back to Texas (I didnt, thankfully, but my tires were good to go just in case). And they made sure I was okay, mentally, before I drove out of the service area.I live about 20 minutes away and there are closer oil change places, but I have a feeling Ill be coming back here.

Manager went out of his way to get my vehicle serviced when he could have easily waved me off and forgotten about it. He said he would order the filter for my car and to return the following day as it wasnt currently in stock on my first visit. He ordered the filter as promised and they were able to complete my service upon my return. This was noticed and appreciated.

I have always received great service here. They are fast efficient and knowledgeable of product and what is need done now, and what needs to be done later.Thank you for the good service

Had unexpected bad gift as I headed for an appointment a thumping tire sound. Yep, flat. Im 2 minutes away from Jiffy, had to wait for opening at 8am. Then guys helped me right away. Service excellent, only needed today a patch, will get new tire this week. 100% satisfied.

Havent been to Jiffy Lube in years because they always pressured me to upgrade and purchase additional services. Quite certain I was targeted due to my gender. This shop didnt do that. They suggested a higher quality oil due to my 100k+ mileage, but were respectful when I turned it down. Efficient team work, good customer service, and the wait was short. I was out of there within 15 or 20 minutes of arrival.

Sent my daughter in for oil change on her car. They talked her into getting a new battery and brakes change. They said the breaks will cost her $37.99. Well, they didnt mention that with labor cost too it will be $299. Its unprofessional that they were not upfront with her about costs. She was not aware that it was going to cost that much. And end up having a bigger bill than what she can afford. When they offer there services, be upfront about the costs. Dont skip around it. Its unfair.

Im a grown up, I know how oil change places work and I expect that they will try to up-sell stuff that I may or may not need. I dont expect to be lied to.They said that one of my tires had a nail in it and that the tire could not be repaired - they could sell me a new one. They said that the battery had a low charge and needed to be replaced - they could sell me a new one.I said no thanks to both and went to Les Schwab. They repaired the tire and checked the battery - battery was fine.Again, I dont expect to be lied to and will not be going back to Jiffy Lube.

I went in for an oil change and to have all the things checked over since I am due for a DEQ check. Everyone was nice, professional, and seemingly knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I am giving a 4-star because they did not know how to check my cabin air filter on my 2009 Subaru Outback. I asked him if he could just google it real quick and they didnt. I came home and googled it myself and instantly found a video on how to do it in 7 minutes. So, Ill be doing it myself. Good place for an oil change though.

Very polite and honest. They let me know I was technically early for service based on my mileage but my Jeep had been sitting for the entire pandemic so I wanted to get fluids changed out anyway. Will use them again in the future.

The team was personable, considerate and professional. They even made sure I had ice water. And if I had a question anyone was able to answer or get me the answer/guidance.

Service is expensive but quality is lacking, employees are sloppy both in dress codes and professional appearance. Shop area is a disaster zone, one customer at a time gets served by three employees. This place needs an exceptional manager.

There were several employees all working together to make it a seamless and VERY quick oil change. No pushy sales and very respectful team there. Realized there was a bit of an issue when going to get my oil changed a few months later and when I reported it, the area manger called me back within minutes to resolve it. Great customer service and amazing leadership. They will take care of you here.

All places do an inspection. They let you know what they find. This is not upselling. I had an idea of what they found. I had a budget to work with. He found me coupons and it saved me money. It was less than the discussed price. I was very happy with there customer service which was the highlight of this visit.

My windshield wiper on the driver’s side stop working on a dark rainy evening, I was terrified. I couldn’t see anything I pulled into the Jiffy Lube hoping they could help me. Robert provided quick friendly service. I was so impressed with his willingness to assist me. I am so thankful; I was able to get safely back on the road after he tighten the wiper.

Fantastic experience. They were honest, patient (definitely not pushy by any means) and gave great advice to me.

I came in because my mileage sticker and my oil light came up for an oil change. But when I got there the tech said that I didn’t really need it because the oil change before was actually good for 7500 miles and not 5000. He double checked the mileage and told me he’d replace it if I wanted, but I still had 2500 left to go. What a life saver! I’m a single mom of two working 2 jobs just t lo make ends meet, so saving $60+ on an oil change was SUCH a relief! They topped of my oils and my washer fluid and I was in my way in less than 5 mins!

James the manager is very knowledgable and professional. I trusted him and his team to install four new top of the line tires, rotors, and brakepads. I got a second quote from a competitor and decided to use Jiffy Lube due to James ability to go above and beyond. Also the price was better and it just makes sense to rotate your tires when you change your oil. Also the 80,000 mile warranty! I have never spent so much on tires but feel confident Jiffy Lube will take care of me! Thanks.

This is by far my favorite jiffy lube. They are so nice and they go above and beyond. They also never try to up sell me which I super appreciate. This is the only jiffy lube I go to.

The guys at jiffy lube took great care of me. In and out really quick, great service and good atmosphere. Very COVID safe, while I sat in the car they did an oil change, new headlight, new wipers checked my tires and topped my windshield washer fluid. Highly recommend Graham and James!

The mechanic (sorry, again, didn’t catch his name. had very very blue eyes) fixed my issues in under 10 minutes, had me quoted and ready to go. My jeep I just bought smelled like I had wires burning I went to 2 different places that told me I had a small oil leak and sent me on my way. It was worrying me greatly at times smoke was puffing out. I stopped here and asked them to look at it sure enough my gasket I believe was blown. I left my vehicle there and by noon the next day they had it fixed. Havent had any other issues since. These guys really are great reasonably priced and efficient!! Thank you!

The people here are highly skilled, professional, and honest. Went in previously to check my fluids. They were all good except I needed a couple qts of oil. They did it at no charge. So i went back to have my plugs and wires put in, wasnt cheep but done well.

All the other jiffy lubes Ive been to leave me with issues after service but this one is awesome they are fast, never try to trick me into getting things done that dont need to be.

I was a bit disappointed when the person helping me made a comment about me saying where did this one go, having a lot going on in my life, I was a bit spacey, still comment was not necessary. Also, asked if my tire pressure was checked he said that it was and it was not. A light indicator tells me a tire has low pressure and when it is at the proper pressure it turns off. Light never turned off my tire needs to be at 44psi it was at 30. I had to go and inflate the tire myself.. So they lied and I dont trust people who lie to work on my car. Woman are assumed to know nothing about automobiles and at this particular Jiffy Lube there was this assumption with me.

They were prompt and very professional at their work. They did a tire rotation and informed me of a couple of worn lug post.

Ive done a tour of Portland Jiffy Lubes and this one is my favorite. I live nowhere near it but make the trip because everyone there has always been super nice and I dont feel pressured to do anything more than what Ive gone in for.

The manager Marshall was honest, personable, and seems very dedicated to his work at JL. He answered all my questions and coordinated getting a new catalytic converter much sooner than I expected. I was warned against letting JL replace my CC, which made me nervous, but Casey is an excellent experienced mechanic and got it done in just over an hour, without any complications, and while helping out another mechanic and talking to a customer that drove up to his bay door. Their pricing seemed reasonable considering I needed a CC that would pass CA standards. I wish they would have warned me that my car is going to smoke and smell funny for about 20 minutes because I was worried until I googled that it was normal. The team overall seemed to be in good spirits and high energy, but one team member used a phony Asian accent to pronounce another client’s name while I was in the waiting room. This was after he had pronounced it twice to Marshall in his regular voice. I found it to be unprofessional and it makes me wonder if its part of this JL center’s culture to make fun of Asians behind their backs. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Sean and his team were kind enough to run a diagnostic on my vehicle while I was getting my oil changed, since the engine light was on. Once we got the 18 (!!!) faults, he walked me through what each one meant and explained what needed to be done in order to fix the issues. Everyone was super nice, helpful and respectful of the social distancing/mask rules. Thank y’all again!

Maybe it was just a bad day for the field employees but either way being waved over to a line then ignored for almost an hour is no way to treat a potential customer. I understand being busy, which they werent, however show some decency by letting me know an estimated wait time. Maybe even acknowledge that Im there to pay you for your services.. I didnt even end up staying...what waste of time.

They overfilled with oil. The attendant told me up front, he was not sure on this Previa how much oil went where. I did not remember so he went ahead and filled it. When I started up the vehicle, it smoked so bad. Blue smoke. They would not fess up to overfilling. They claimed I had a coolant problem. They did not know what they were doing and lied about it. Took the vehicle to a mechanic who took the oil to appropriate level and the van stopped smoking. Why could they have just said, We over filled it.

The air conditioning stopped working in my recently deceased husbands car. Its the only car I have for myself and children. I took the car in and was told there wasnt a leak, and that I just needed a recharge. The air conditioning worked for one day and stopped working again. I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of. I will never go back! And of course now have to pay even more to have the air conditioning repaired properly! Shame on you jiffy lube!

Really great experience. Did not feel pressured by upselling like most jiffy lubes and I’ve tried to share that with all the woman in my life. It gets very frustrating to show up and always feel taken advantage of being a girl driving a car at these kind of businesses but this location is no non sense and got me in and out quick. Caused a bad oil leak in my car by not putting the filter on correctly. Also, when oil was gushing out of my car my husband put an oil pan under it and the oil was dirty. They didnt even change the oil completely. Cost $95. I absolutely would never use this jiffy lube, not even if you are desperate.

I came to this location when my oil light came on about a few months ago. I want to thank Robert for the outstanding service and answering all of my questions. There was another gentleman at the time working named Eddie who also showed he was professional and courteous. Today I had to come back for another oil change. And received the same outstanding service from Robert. I will drive from Washington to make this my choice of Jiffy Lubes. I have referred people to this location as well. Thank you.

My engine was smoking and overheating when I pulled in and their mechanic fixed ALL the little problems with my car and completely fixed everything for under $230 whereas a shop quoted me over $1000 just in parts to fix my car! This whole team is amazing & awesome and Ill never go anywhere else.Thank you soooo much guys for treating me right and fixing my car affordably. You Rock!!!

They messed up on original sticker and were off by 3,000 miles. When I came for a tap off, told me I needed a complete oil change. Didnt even appologize for an incorrect sticker to begin with and charged me full price for a tap off. Will not be back again and hence the poor review. Disappointed.

Quick, paid 65 bucks,didnt have to get out of car at most a 5 min wait or less before I could pull in but when I pulled in instantly greeted was very helpful and not to pushy with the addons. Was greeted right when I pulled in basically it was a quick service overall was out in 30min. or less they were steady with customers friendly and professional, everything and everyone seemed to appear clean themselves and in the garage where the work was done at. It was about 11am or 12 when I went on a Sunday everyone was wearing masks and gloves and practicing sate distance also!

These folks were very friendly and accommodating. My battery terminal was accidentally joscled out of place a bit (a very understandable mistake given the age and condition of my car and battery) and unfortunately my car wouldnt start after I had driven across town after getting my oil changed. I called this jiffy lube to let them know what had happened. They were apologetic and extremely helpful and offered to drive all the way across town to check to see what was wrong. The manager drove over immediately after receiving my call and fixed the situation for me. Although there was an initial mistake made, I am giving 5 stars because mistakes/ accidents happen, this one was harmless and understandable, and the way they handled the mishap was gracious and prompt and I appreciated ethic and attitude
