The service is incredible! Every member of the staff is genuine, nice and approachable. I had to wait an hour for my service but I didnt even mind, the staff was so nice to talk to and very kind. Whoever is in charge of hiring - good work!!
Absolutely awful service. Called to get some assistance with my warrantied 2018 Alfa and they said and I quote “take it somewhere else I want nothing to do with it.” Glad to know when you need help there are people like the service manager here to tell you to go screw.
I had my Stelvio in for service today. As always, Caleb Mack and the crew at Quirk Alfa Romeo were attentive and took great care of my car. Excellent customer service!
I have been using Fiat Portland for over a year and spent most off my time dealing with Caleb Mack on the phone and at the front desk. My car was having trouble that ultimately resulted in an engine being replaced. Caleb was so on top of the whole process. He made it easy. Working around my work schedule, providing loaners when needed and keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Ive used many dealerships to service my cars as well as my girlfriends, but Caleb at Portland Fiat has provided the best service I have ever had from being a new customer to becoming a regular he has been extraordinary throughout
I have a 6-year old FIAT 500L. It has been a little workhorse for me (90,000+ miles), but this past month it started acting a little wacky. Got into Quirk yesterday, and Caleb Mack in Service took super care of me. He kept me updated on all the things that needed to be taken care of, he addressed all of my concerns and he let me borrow a car for a few hours because the process was taking longer than anticipated (I brought them more issues after my initial appointment scheduling). I appreciate how much every person at that Service Desk has helped me over the years. Caleb is keeping that service theme alive!
Ive had two service related experiences at Alfa Romeo on my Fiat 500X. Both times the staff was friendly, honest, approachable and detailed. Once was a potential issue which turned out to be a recall the day I arrived and it was taken care of with little fuss or drama. The other was not a recall and handled via Fiat Customer Service and Alfo Romeo. Caleb and Stephanie handled all my concerns, they were professional, thorough, understood my concern. The repair was speedy and accurate.I would recommend any Fiat owner to use this place.
Terrible website. If you access on mobile you cannot navigate the site without constantly having the chat bot take up the entire screen. Very frustrating.
It was awful, they dont answer their phone half of the time, when they do theyre rude, they keep mentioning that theyre always busy and forget whos calling require you to explain what youre looking for from the beginning. I worked with them to configure a car and they never even got back to me, and their only sales person was incredibly disrespectful and really didnt seem to care about what I needed (Simply because they didnt have it in stock and would require placing a custom order)
Overall a very bad experience:1. Very nice upfront but quickly become rude and careless once the paper work as been signed.2. Poor communication, inability to return calls3. Very bad with Scheduling. Not there when they promise to be.4. Car was delivered with Damage.
Chelsea and Caleb are very hospitable, knowledgeable and professional. Im extremely glad Portland Maine has an Alfa Romeo dealership. The Stelvio and Giulia models are exciting and capable vehicles especially the Quadrifoglio versions. They are a refreshing option to other established European brands.
What could have potentially been a financially catastrophic repair turned out to be a much smaller than usual one thanks to Service Manager Caleb and his team of mechanics. Instead of taking the easy approach and making shotgun-type repairs until they find out the true problem, they surgically tested my car until they find the culprit. I cant tell you how pleased I am with the service I received at Alfa Romeo & Fiat of Portland. My little Fiat 500 Pop is as good as new!
The worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life! I drove 6 hours from NYC to this hole in the wall for them to tell me that the vehicle that they were holding for me was sold because someone gave them a higher offer. Stay away!! They are the kind of skeezy car sales people youll see on the rip off report.
The best dealership experience of my life! Friendly people, great service! You can tell they care. Especially Lee Harmon in the service dept. Customer for life.
Fixed my fiat twice and were really wonderful people to work with. Picking my car up today, but Im sure my experience will match in person as well as it did over the phone.
Great customer service, and they always work with me to solve my car’s problems
If i could you could give this dealership less than a one star I would this is the worst dealership I have ever experienced in my entire life they are very disrespectful no matter who you talk to even the managers they would not service my vehicle because they said it smells bad inside when I have young kids and thats what happens with milk. everytime I try to get my car serviced I Drive an hour and it has taken me 8 months to try to get problems resulted in my Fiat I have a year and a half old Fiat and the seat belt is broken the airbag light continuously goes off and my radio is falling apart to the point where I cant use it my Sun Visor is broken amongst other problems and it takes them forever to get the parts in and then when I get the parts and they say they ordered the wrong parts and then they have some excuse about not having enough time to fix the problems cant even give me a tire pricing problem with me a rental and then tell me that they cant give me a rental because they cant work on my car because it smells I have been in contact with the manufacturer who continues to try to resolve things with them my husband spent two hours cleaning the car in order to try to get them to fix it when that appointment window was the length of our time allotted bill mcquirk is the biggest a-hole you can imagine . you do not ever want to do business with this company you will regret any car you buy through them because they will not service your vehicle and he will have no choice but to pay out of pocket and have it done elsewhere even though it was under warranty extremely unprofessional has warranted a year of grueling stress trying to resolve how we are going to get this car fixed when its our only vehicle please do not ruin your life trying to purchase a car through Quirk auto
Went here for my state inspection and to try out the local FIAT dealership service center since I just moved from out of state. My car is a 2012, well-maintained FIAT 500. My breaks were completely replaced last year and the car has 67,000 miles on it, about 15,000 of those miles were from the past year. They advertised free state inspections- red flag! Nothings free, and they decided there was too much rust on the outter rim of my rear rotors to pass inspection. They charged $60 for resurfacing, and I read the state inspection guidelines while I waited. Guess what, no way they should have failed me for that cosmetic rust! Well, I need to trust my mechanic, so they lost a customer.Staff was nice, but I am making a complaint to the state police who govern inspections.
Worst customer service ever. Do not take your FIat here. They lied to us and do not know what they are doing.
Well first off when you call their number they dont answer with Fiat of Portland,,,,, they just answer with hello. All 4 times I called that is how they answered and I was never sure I had the right number and would have to ASK them if I had reached Fiat of Portland. I dont know of any business that answers with just a hello and no mention of their company.Secondly in my search for a new vehicle I had called 5 other dealerships for other vehicles and asked the same questions for the most part in order to narrow down my search. Fiat of Portland was the 4th dealership. I was qualified to purchase a Red 2012 Fiat with a sunroof. At first I was ok with the thought but was not yet in the final stage of my purchase decision. I had only talked over the phone with the salesman and not yet determined a day to come in a speak with Fiat. The following day I decided that I really would have perferred a different color and without a sunroof so I called back and spoke to a different salesperson because the one I had talked with the day before was off. I told the new salesperson what Id rather purchase and if that color was available and the individual was very rude. He basically told me that the red one was the only one I was qualified to purchase. He wasnt willing to see if there was that color, he wouldnt tell me if the color I wanted was available. I do sales for my occupation and because of this conversation I decided to continue my search and found a vehicle to my liking and color through a different dealership and they got me into a MUCH lower percentage for my payment. Futhermore I dealt with 5 different dealerships all initially over the phone, giving each almost the same info to find out what my percentage would be and if I would qualify for financing. My credit was not the best. But what I found to be VERY ODD was that for the following 4 months I would receive a letter from a financing place that Fiat is affliated with denying me credit because of my rating when I NEVER met with anyone in person there or signed anything or came to any definite conclusion as to my purchase. I was very irritated to receive at least 10 letters over this long length of time. I did not receive any such irritating letters in regards to any of the other dealerships I dealt with and I wouldnt have expected to either since I have said I had only talked with someone over the phone. A week after I had initially spoke with the last salesperson he called to find out if I was coming in to look at the red Fiat and I said to him that during our last conversation when he said that I basically had to take the red one or else that I thought that was the choice and that he understood it wasnt what I had wanted. I told him also that I had just purchased a vehicle thru another dealership with a much lower percentage then Fiat was willing to give me. Again he was very rude and said that they werent able to get financing for me afterall. After this rather BIZARRE and extremely RUDE experience with Fiat I would not recommend to anyone to purchase from them. Fiat is a beautiful vehicle but one of your sales people should be replaced.
Nice people and good service.
