Jason A, Justin and crew got me in quickly and efficiently. They explained exactly what was needed and when it would be completed. They finished about half an hour early and got me back on the road. Very impressive considering what customer service has become at many other places these days.

This place was packed with customers but we needed a blown out tire fixed before taking the long trip home on a Saturday early afternoon. We were thinking itll take about 2 hours by judging the amount of people there but the manager, who was cheerful, personable, and professional assured us 1 hour. True to his words, they did better at slightly under 1 hour an we were on our way with a brand new tire. Plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby in cause you did have a long wait. Id recommend this location.

Superb Service!!! Got a flat as I was coming into Portland and unfortunately these guys had been closed for about 30 minutes. Luckily Steven the manager was still there and was more then happy to take my contact info, key, and had my truck repaired first thing in the morning. Couldnt be happier with my experience. I was helped out today by Charles, Chris, and Victor. I found the entire team to be very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to recommend me a tire that met both the quality and budget I was looking for. Better still, they had the car in and out of the shop in 40 minutes even while serving about a dozen other customers. A very polished operation!

The only reason I put 1 star is because I had to. I made an appointment at 9:30 am to get tires. I get there to find out they had a good deal on rims. Why not? A couple of the rims were in corpus and they said well have them by noon. Noon comes around no call. I call them to find out that they wont be there until 2. Ok Im a patient enough person Ill wait. 330 comes around still no call. I called back AGAIN. The guy says the manager got tied up and still hasnt picked them up. Its now 4:27 and Im still waiting for the call. By far the worst experience Ive had with this location. Dont tell a customer you can do it at a set time and not follow through! This is the whole reason why I made an appointment. Huge waste of my time.

This is my go to place always when it comes to my tires and rims. They always do amazing work and are very honest about what I need. They always help me find the best deals possible to try to save $ too which is great for my wallet. Highly recommend! I even get emails to find me when its time to rotate and balance my tires to provide longer life which is all free because I always buy the warranty!

I had a nail in my drivers side rear tire and a slow leak in the rear passenger side. The service was excellent and I didnt have to wait real long. They also didnt try to up sell me some new tires. Made an appt for 1:00 and as soon as I arrived Mark met me and we looked at my car and discussed the services I needed. Mark was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. My car was taken to the bay and the work started. I had new wheels, balancing and rotation. I was in and out the door in 30 minutes. The store was clean and everyone was taking all the Covid protocols. First time at this store and I definitely back when it is time for tires and alignment. Take you to all the staff that made my experience so pleasant

Took in my fiancees car to have a flat tire repaired. They repaired the tire and rotated the tires and didnt charge a thing. The tires were not bought from them and they did it all at no charge. They have a customer for life!

This place has taken care of me a few times and the wait has been pretty short when I needed service.

I had a slow leak on a tire. Even though the tire had not been purchased from them, they fixed the leak and didnt charge me due to the fact Im a long time customer.

Love this place! The staff is friendly and customer oriented. If i am getting service its checked in and completed quickly during my expected time ( i almost always have an appt to ensure this). If i dont know exactly what i want they discuss options. I have had staff take 2 hrs helping me through my indecisiveness find exactly what i needed and set the appt. Never did i feel rushed or that they had to get to someone else. The service there feels personal. I have been a dedicated customer since this location gas opened about 5 yrs ago. I will continue to be a dedicated customer!

Had a leak from one of my tires. Scheduled an appointment with these guys and got to know there was a puncture(nail) and got it fixed in under 20 mins for FREE of charge. The guy explained to me the process of how they patch it and how I can trust them on this. Definitely going there in future when I need new tires.

4 stars only because the wait time was a little long.. around 2 hours. It was worth the wait, we didnt have to go in to Corpus to get a good deal. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are very busy which is a good sign. I would recommend this location to others and I would come back when I need to. Masks are required and social distancing measures are in place. Get the warranty!

Had a 4 in nail in rear tire. Only had to wait about 30 mins for just a walkin . They did all the balancing and checked air pressure in the rest of my tires. When I got my keys and brought my wallet out pay for services rendered, the technician waved me off stating driver safety was more important. It was a great experience .

I came here recently around 1pm to have my truck tires rotated and balanced. They were very busy. All the work bays were full. I only waited a few minutes to get my truck scheduled for service. There were people ahead of me and people coming thru the door after me. I thought it would take at least an hour but it only took about 30 minutes before and I was on my way home. Thanks Discount Tire. You guys do good work.

Great people that work hard to help get your tires fixed. Sometimes it takes a bit longer, if theres a problem. They try to work out the best solution for the need and will refer you to other local businesses if they cant. Highly recommended to all our family and friends!

Went there with a issue with the second set of tires that I purchased for my truck. The first set separated and wore bad. The second set started to show signs that it was heading in that direction.They gave me credit for most of the purchase and I got some different tires this time.In and out with in a hour.Glad it worked out.

We booked an appointment on line, they got us right in. We were in and out in mlm 30 minutes for a patch on a tire for a dually and balance! They got the tire in and out of the truck for is as well! These guys were working hard and fast! The sales staff were super friendly and joking with the customers. The place was packed!
