I have frame damage from a tow truck and the assistant manager was going to inspect my truck, he wouldn’t even look under the truck with me almost like before inspecting my truck he already made up his mind about me as I told him I feel your not really trying to help me he asked me to leave . Ive never felt so unappreciated really hope it’ wasn’t because of my color . So hard finding good people and help these days. I will tell everyone on my experience with this place.

My family and I have taken our cars and SUVs to Canyon Road Auto Body for many years. And each time we have been very pleased with the quality of their work. They are professional and with our conserns about the virus they went through a great effort to sanitize our car and made us feel safe throughout the process. Thanks to your staff for taking such good care of us. Be safe.👍

I just picked up my Honda Odyssey 2014 yesterday and they did a pretty bad job on it. I spoke to manager and he was very rude and helpless. Even though its a Honda recommended auto body shop they are NOT worth it. I wouldnt recommend this shop at all anybody so please shop other places to get better service and better work.

We got hit in a parking lot during Christmas. We found Canyon Road Auto Body to do the repairs and were quite impressed with how smooth the process was. I brought in my insurance estimate and they scheduled me right away. They arranged a rental car and handled everything in between. I just had to come back and get my car in two weeks. They kept us up-to-date on the progress. The car is back in excellent condition and the paint match is perfect, even though we had a very difficult color to match...

Ken was referred to us by our insurance company for our accident. He did the repairs and they were great. About 5 months later, when the weather started warming up, the vehicle would overheat when the AC was on. We contacted him and the insurance company. Ken diagnosed a bad AC compressor. The insurance company authorized a used compressor. The first one was broken and couldnt be installed. The second had a bad bearing and Ken fought to get us a third replacement unit. During this time, it was diagnosed that a cooling fan would be needed but wasnt covered by insurance. I picked one up and he installed it at the same time as the compressor. Ken was a true advocate for us as he and I communicated with the insurance company to make the car whole after the accident - even months later. It really comes down to Ken will do all he can to make it right while service two masters - the customer and the insurance carrier.

I’m pretty sure this location is short employees and lack on customer service skills. Beaverton Honda recommends Canyon Road auto because they are both owned by Bob Lanphere. But the Customer service at the autobody place compared to Beaverton Honda cannot even be compared.I brought my car in, in mid July and did not get it back until mid August. When I got it back it was not totally repaired. I have been waiting since September for them to get the parts for my car and finish up. I’ve had to physically go in twice to have them look over my car and to show them what is not working, called multiple times without calls back. I have had to call my insurance company several times to have them follow up with Canyon Road Auto body, to find out what is going on.My husband called and was told my insurance had not paid the initial amount. I confirmed that insurance had paid the full amount and the check had been cashed in August. Again after messages left and not returned I had my insurance company call today to find out they are waiting to be paid from the insurance company on the additional parts that HAVE NOT been installed. They had not sent an addendum or any type of request or even followed up.The insurance company called to advise me of this and that they were waiting on payment for $2000+ to fix the lighting, my horn and a piece of trim that they had broken from removing my windshield.I was initially told a new horn was going to be $25 and the lighting on my dashboard had to been set to a different feature and didn’t have a price on the trim that had broken.Country insurance was going to cut a check to Canyon Road for the repairs that had not been completed, I asked them not to do so. I will be taking my car somewhere else that I can follow up with and know that as a customer I matter. I would not recommended nor come back to Canyon Road auto body.A friend of mine had the same type of accident with her car and took it into Abra Auto. It was fixed to indemnified standards within 3 weeks, but also kept her updated regularly with what the status was and when it would be ready.Thank you to Country insurance, they have been SO GREAT to back me up and follow up when I have asked.

My experience with Canyon Road Auto Body was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive had. The short version of this story is that it took almost two months to get my windshield replaced. More details below (though not everything will fit in the review).I contacted Canyon Road Auto Body since they are the shop recommended by my Honda dealer about replacing my cars windshield. I spoke with Savannah who told me that since my car was so new (16 Civic), aftermarket glass was not available, and I would need to have Honda factory glass. Fearing that other companies (who said they could get aftermarket glass) would use glass that wasnt right for my car, I decided to go with Canyon Road Auto Body. I contacted my insurance company and was told that the shop would contact me directly.A week goes by with no word. I called and was brusquely told they had no claim. I had my insurance resend the claim, then called the shop to ensure they received it. I was told they had not, but to expect a call from Savannah by the end of the day. No call. At the end of the following day, I called again and was told by Jake they had ordered the glass and would let me know when it arrived. I asked him to confirm they had ordered Honda factory glass, but he didnt know.I received an email from Jake several days later stating the glass had arrived. I was told I could still bring the car in and I would be given a loaner car in case the car wasnt finished that day. I was called later that day and was told they had ordered the wrong glass for my car because Jake had incorrectly guessed the model. When I picked up the car, I found out that they had used aftermarket glass. I noticed distortion around the edges of the windshield all the way around, which was distracting to my driving at the bottom. I called to let them know the windshield was not installed correctly and was told to bring the car back. When I returned, I told one of the estimators I was there to have my windshield looked at because there was distortion. He went out to take a look and said it might be the rain making me think there was distortion (as if I didnt know what rain looked like). He didnt see the problem, and another employee took a look at it. He saw the issue and told me I would need to bring the car back the next day to have the glass guy take a look. The glass guy confirmed the glass was warped because (surprise!) the aftermarket glass was not designed for my car. I was notified that it would take a week for the Honda glass to arrive. Savannah called to double check if I still wanted the glass to be ordered since it would take so long to arrive (like I would be okay with an incorrect windshield instead of waiting another week to get it fixed). I told her to order the glass and to notify me when it arrived.A week went by and no call. I called several more times the following week and was told the glass wasnt there. Two weeks after I was told the glass would take a week to arrive, I was called at 2:30 in the afternoon and told it was there. I was asked to bring my car in the following morning. The earliest I was able to bring the car in was the next afternoon, which the person who called said, would have to work. I brought the car in and was told it would be ready the following day, and that I should be able to pick it up around 4:30. The next day, I was called and told they did not have one of the moldings they needed, so the car wouldnt be ready that night.I finally was able to pick up my car and put an end to this saga of a windshield repair (almost two months after it began). This would have been a completely different experience if Canyon Road Auto Body had provided better customer service, including following up on calls and acknowledging their mistakes and the inconvenience they caused me.

I got my side window replaced here. They got the job done but I wasnt very impressed with the service. I was quoted a very reasonable price but after they had completed the repair I was told it would be 40% more. They said it was because there was glass inside the door that they had to clean up but that seems like a very obvious assumption for a shattered window that they should have factored into the original quote. Window works but struggles a bit and is slower than all my other windows.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this place especially when you have bought Honda from Bob Lanphere Honda place at Canon Road. I was expecting a very honest place with an excellent customer service. The guy who did my estimate was a very unfriendly person, and had this attitude that he is an authority. I had few questions when he gave me an estimate and when I went back to ask him, this guy again increased the cost to repair cost saying he forgot something else to add with an attitude. The estimate he gave me was three times the cost that I actually paid at ABRA to fix it. I will highly recommend staying away from this place. A very cold, unfriendly place to fix the car.

I would give zero or negative rating if I can. These people use secondary grade parts or used car parts. I found that the bottom plate under back bumper (they replaced on my new car) has all scratches, when I questioned that they were very rude. I requested them to give or show my old parts after repair. When I asked them to show old parts, they impolitely and irresponsibly said they trashed everything. When I pointed couple of things what we have discussed initially, they asked me to leave their facility by taking my car. They mistreat customers. Please avoid this place.

These guys were awesome. I brought my car in for rear end damage and I thought it would take weeks to finish. Almost to the day it took a week. They found extra damage and it took a little longer. When I picked up my car. The replaced part looked a LOT better than the rest of my car. Even after they washed it lol.

Tried to bring in my vehicle in for inspection since I got rear ended. The front desk lady was completely uninterested and rude. I would love to leave a review for a repair but if the customer service is any indication of quality it would be a huge mistake to have them touch my car.I wasted my lunch break on this place. I would heed the warning of other reviews and steer clear. We have a lot of options around here and should take advantage of that.

Customer service is awful. When I was in the shop, the front desk gal was rolling her eyes at the person on the phone, and then bad-mouthed them to me when she hung up, which is so tacky. Few weeks later, when I called to make an appointment, she was rude to me. Was supposed to call me back to schedule me but never heard from her. Not a problem, taking my car to Beaverton Auto body and so far, their customer service has been outstanding.

JJ is the best! I had a client whos CR-V was repaired at a Prog**sive preferred shop on the east side of Portland. The repair was not very good at all. JJ met with my client and I and helped us get the vehicle repaired correctly. Highly recommend them, especially if you have a Honda, Kia or Infinity.
