I was at the Hannaford on Forest Ave when a runaway shopping cart chased my Honda c rv. Just when I thought I evaded the heat-seeking cart, it slammed into my bumper.For a split second I thought I dodged a bullet. But just as the cart had hit my bumper and I thought I was good, little did I know that a large can of peaches in heavy syrup jumped out of the cart and dented my hood.Thank you Pine Tree Auto Body. Very poor service. My advice to anyone using Dave at pine tree Auto body is to make sure he does the work before he gets paid so its not on his time. On the plus side they took the car apart very quickly and informed me that it was unsafe to drive. Lol Dave seems like a used car salesman and thats exactly how he acts. Three weeks in a row they told me i would be able to get my car on Friday. Then on the third week Dave informed me that I needed to get in touch with the insurance company. When I finally was able to get in touch with someone they asked what I wanted and why he wanted me to call them. The insurance company conference called Dave and I and he said he didnt even know how much the damage costed and he would have to work it up. LolHe was on vacation in Florida for one of the weeks so Ill give him that, but he also managed to cry poor right after coming back. Lol Then they were unable to repair my car with the assessed damage value. It cost me just under $1000 to get my car. This was after I talked to one of Daves employees while he was on vacation and was told it would cost me $300 dollars.This was after having my car for a month. Stay away theres plenty of other places.
