Amazing experience with Josh at BASCO appliances. He helped us get a great deal, saving us about $700 compared to a big box store, and the service was superb. Appliances were delivered and installed promptly and professionally with no fuss. I highly recommend BASCO and will keep them at three top of my list for any appliance needs in the future.

Excellent service and product offerings. Nick was very helpful and was able to get our fridge delivered in just two days from purchase. I would totally recommend. In fact, local is the best route if you are in need of appliances right away. This company has in-house stock, drivers, and their own delivery trucks. It was nice not having to deal with the store, manufacturer, and shipper which is common for large stores who sell products they dont have and know are on month-long backorder. We had that experience from Best Buy. In this appliance shortage, I would recommend going with smaller local companies who handle logistics in-house. Basco offers new, dented/dinged new, and used. Theres truly something for every budget and need. Basco Outlet was a total plus, in all aspects! Thanks Nick!

Tyler with Basco Appliance responded to my second price inquiry on the Bosch 800 series dishwashers. I shot Basco a second email on Wednesday evening and Tyler responded the following morning (before 8:00am) Tyler answered all my questions and wisely set realistic expectations regarding delivery.I’ve owned Bosch dishwashers in the past, so I know what I’m purchasing. This is the first time I’ve chosen Basco Appliance. I am hopeful this local company exceeds my expectations.Tyler was cheerful, knowledgeable and personal. So far so good!

Huck is an outstanding customer serviceman. He saved me $500 on my oven set and saved me $200 on installation. He picks up the phone or replies quickly. It was a great experience. Far better and cheaper than their retail store even for the same special order item. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I purchased a Speed Queen washer, love it. Huck was very friendly and listened to my concerns and I am so pleased with my purchase. Its always a joy to work with Huck and his team. Even if Im not looking for a specific appliance, Ill stop in to see if theres a special gem that cant be passed up. They are happy to discuss options and features, provide advice about brands and reliability, plus I havent found better pricing anywhere around town.

We have worked twice with Huck, and have been pleased both times. Several years ago we bought a new full kitchen Bertezzoni appliance set, and LOVED it. Just recently we had a laundry emergency and needed a new washer. He talked me through my options on the phone (during corona), understood what we preferred, and had the washer ready to be picked up in less than an hour. He is very enjoyable to work with, and we always are eager for an excuse to go back to Basco outlet!

The best appliance store anywhere

Took a little while to get customer service (no one noticed us coming in) but after a few mins we got some help. Very, very knowledgeable about all appliances, very honest. No hard sell. Huck was a great help since its overwhelming with all the choices. Definitely recommend!

This place is the BEST. Huck helped us outfit our kitchen last spring, and he was incredibly helpful and insightful. Found us the ideal, high-quality appliances we wanted for our remodel and helped us save some money. He was always quick to respond, and we were impressed with his knowledge and experience.

They are very helpful & have a great selection of open box appliances. We bought a down-draft stove from them which was still quite pricey & it broke after about 4 years. Also bought a very powerful garbage disposal there which is still going strong. Great service.

Excellent customer service and attention to unexpected demands

I love this store. I send all my clients that are remodeling their kitchens to basco outlet. For my own home I went and worked with Chris. He found all new items that they had in the warehouse that were at an even better discount due to them have a new model number. Also I found out they often have package deals on all different lines of products. Ive seen that before on lower end items, but never a wall of packages of wolf and viking deals.

Craig helped me select a dishwasher and was very friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure sales. Extensive inventory and good prices. Found exactly what I was looking for. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for appliances!!

Dealt with Huck who was awesome to work with. He knew what was in inventory, what the features and benefits were of each appliance we were interested in AND saved alot of money. Couldnt ask for more! I would have given a 5 star, but on the first visit we spoke with a sales rep who did not follow up with a quote.

Great place to get quality appliances at a great price. If you know what you are looking for, it will be easier. You might go to the showroom first, and figure out what you want, before coming here to see if they have a discounted unit. Friendly folks.

I cant imagine why anyone would buy an appliance anywhere else. I have not only had excellent experiences every time with Basco Outlet, but they have literally fixed my bad experiences with other companies, takin responsibility of situations totally out of their control. First Class every time.

These guys have a great supply of appliances at their outlet store and are willing to make a deal if you buy a set of some sort. I bought three pieces for my new kitchen and probably got about 30% off retail prices, so it was definitely worth it to check out. Also, if your fancy they sell all the super high end appliances at a discount.

They keep their current inventory up to date on the website, which is nice to check before you head out. Much of their inventory is new in the box, just overstock or last years model. But the best savings are in the open box section where they have some deep discounts on appliances that were display models in their retail showroom, some scratch and dent (cosmetic) items, or special orders that were cancelled. All the guys in sales area are very helpful, very knowledgeable and will give you straight answers to your questions (is brand A really better than brand B?). Would much rather do business here than at one of those big box stores.
