I dont understand how this Pharmacy dont have 5 stars. The Staff in the Pharmacy department are all AMAZING. I have never had any problems with them always ready to help. I have been with them for 12+ yrs I love my Rite Aid family. I moved 50 mins away and willing to make that trip. I believe if a place can make you feel like family stay. However I repeat do not go to the Rite Aid in Lapeer by far the worse Pharmacy I ever had to deal with they all should be fired.

Pharmacy really works hard to accommodate prescriptions that might be hard to fill. Theyre very helpful kind professional I have only the highest compliments for them!

Came into the store to get my prescription filled and one of the employees *didnt catch her name, she was a very distinguished and worn down middle aged woman wearing a pink shirt and black pants* approached my husband and i who are african American and told us we had to leave the store because we didnt have masks on, there wasnt anything posted saying face coverings were mandated, as we left the store she followed us outside and wrote down our plate number and shood us on to leave, we went down to the next rite aid and none of the employees were wearing masks and didnt mention a thing about us coming in without one. Im not sure whats wrong with her, but racially biased people shouldnt work in customer service..

Awesome customer service and very helpful. It was an very satisfying experience overall. I highly recommend this store.
