Just imagine this sitting for weeks and weeks covering the entire neighborhood with this garbage. Trying to talk to a manager is trying to talk to a wall. She is a rude person Who couldn’t take a second to Understand what I am trying to say. Shame on u.

Ghetto and the cashier is rude and your out of everything. Door dash needs to cancel whatever deal you have together.

Only giving 1 star because I have too! Second time I have went to this particular location and they have shut and closed down the business earlier then the posted times.Before 9 p.m.Businesses or employees that think they are privileged and don’t have to serve the public like the rest of the businesses do and think for some reason or other that they are entitled to pick and choose when they close the doors at times other then what is posted is not only bad management but much worse of a business. Regardless of petty excuses for the complete disregard at customer satisfaction or appreciation.

It was okay could stock shelves and freezers a bit more the lady who was working that day was very nice..

Had a friend whos God son had a necessity of some meds. They were closed/closing and re opened just for my friend and I, so she could get her God baby medicine; staff went beyond to help us find what we were looking for. They deserve recognition.

For the love of all things holy, please fix your parking lot! It does the store a disservice if you fix up your inside and parking lot looks as if a bomb has gone off in it! For Petes sake, if I need a new wheel alignment we know whos N O T going to pay for it! Coming to your store infuriates me!

Used to be happy with everything about this store. Last few times to this one, however, someone has stolen shopping carts. There was just one that I saw yesterday and it was being used. They need to put something on them to deter this. Hard on older people, or those with children who need to sit in the basket while adults shop. Limited as to what I bought. Im sure theyre losing money.

OMG. NOT SO NICE. NOT SO FRIENDLY, NOT SO CLEAN. The prices are absolutely outrageous this store is definitely for the neighborhood and people that do not have a vehicle. every grocery store is cheaper than Dollar General the prices are outrageously High. Just because you work at Dollar General or the dollar store or not a nice neighborhood customer service should always be the same regardless of what neighborhood your in.

Its kinda dirty unfortunately. Which I feel like is a weird thing to say about a store, but it is. Theres usually only one register open and a line is almost always formed. If you live near there, its a pretty convenient store to go to but I wouldnt choose this one if you have another choice.

The manager had an dispute with me because I asked her what time is it and are you open she raised her voice and got smart because she didnt want to stop talking about her drama stories she had in her life they were outside and Im waiting on her to open the door so I can shop! I stopped going to this location 7months ago and I hope they fired her she is the pitts clearly just stuck her in that position she does not do customer service well and professionalism at all but fine with me this location will be closed due to lack of people going here!

Dont get me wrong I love to shop at DG. But this location here says they close at 9pm. But at 8:30pm I arrived to get my baby some formula. It was a snow storm outside I drove all the way there for them to tell me they cant let me in. That they are the only one working on shift.Okay I get working alone in all. But just close the store early. Change the store hours. My baby has to eat. Thankfully they let me inside.

This location is not as clean as other ones. Service is slow with the cashiers outright stopping ringing customers up to turn and talk to other co-workers. Rarely ever is more than one register open, even with a huge line, other workers will continue to stock. There is security there during the summer. On a positive note, the cashiers are friendly, but dont move fast enough to get the line down. The conveyor belt near the main register has been broken for years. The manager (darker-skinned woman) is nice sometimes, but most of the time, very confrontational.

They always have what I need at a good price & the cashier & security guard were both very nice even tho I was the last customer of the nite & the guys just wanted to get outta there n go home.

Needs to be aliitle more organized. Its very difficult to find the items you need

My girlfriend went in just before Halloween looking for wings and nail polish for her costume. When making the purchase the cashier said that her total was 5.28. She doesnt carry cash so of course she used her card. Today she looked at her credit card statement and it said that they charged her 15.28. Well of course they couldnt provide her with a receipt at the time of purchase because the receipt machine was broken. She didnt think it was a big deal because she thought she was only spending 5 dollars, and why would she need to return something that costed such a small amount of money? Anyways... It seems like a shady place, with shady practices from all of the reviews I have read. Go somewhere else to make purchases.

It is an okay store where lines can get long and there is no one around to help the cashier when the line gets long and there is alot of theft. If you only need something really quick and dont mind waiting in line then this is the store for you.

I told the people I was setting my stuff to the side to go get change they didnt have when I got back the four-person put all my stuff back it was at least 10 different baskets behind the counter that should have been working on that instead of something I was coming back to pay for

The parking lot had more holes then swiss cheese. The employees were nothing to be desired and thats if you could even get them off their personal calls on their cell phones. They tried to send me and another lady 2.5 to 3 miles down the rd because they couldnt give change but not a block away was a liquor store, lol

The MANAGER and supervisor is very very RUDE i live 2 mins from the store but i rather go somewheres im going to get treated right they always mad never seem like they are happy to have a job LAZY theres a new girl that started about a few months ago shes the only ONE that cares about her work as long as the manager remains there i wont step a foot thur their doors it never fells theres always a LONG LONG line you are waiting in line for a good 15-20 minutes

ON 3/8/214 I WAS CHECKING OUT AT ABOUT 6:35 PM WHEN THE CASHIER BEHIND THE COUNTER SAID IN AUDIBLE VOICE, I NEED TO GET THE F@#$ OFF THE REGISTER. I ASKED HER IF SHE WAS KIDING USING THAT LANGUAGE AND SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS OVER 21 AND WOULD USE ANY DAM LANGUAGE SHE WANTED TO. I REPLIED, THAT IT WAS NOT APPROPIATE, AND THAT IT WAS IGNORANT. SHE THEN TREATENED ME STATING IF I CALLED HER OUT OF CHACTER ID SEE WHO WAS IGNORANT. wHEN I ASKED FOR MANAGER SHE POINTED TO SOME ONE ELSE. THE GIRL LOOKED BACK AT ME AND SHOOK HER HEAR AND POINTED BACK TO THE CASHIER. I WANT AN APOLOGY. AND SHE CONTINUED TO USE THE WORD SEVERAL MORE TIMES BEFORE I WAS FINISHED SHOPPING. SHE NEEDS SOME TRAINING AS TO WHAT CAN AND CANT BE SAID AT THE REGISTER OF DOLLAR GENERAL. I HOPE THIS IS NOT THE IMAGE YOU HOPE TO PRESENT TO THE PUBLIC. I WONT BE SHOPPING AT THAT LOCATION AGIAN.

Custom.er service is extremely lacking .... I highly disapprove of the smoldering ghetto attitude of the various managers Ive unfortunately had the displeasure of having dealt with.. outrageously uncivil, highly unkind, totally impolite, extremely below average social demeanor, as well as completely shabbily attired..

This store is in my neighborhood and I go there often. The service is slow but, they are trying to do a little better.
