Jasmine spent a lot of time with me helping me figure out what I needed and impressed me with her knowledge of the store, and its products, and Brandi was very funny and kind. The employees at this location are top-notch! They are definitely trustworthy and friendly!

I recently stopped into this location just to really browse. I wanted to find some new products for doing my mothers nails, but was really uncertain about which would be a good fit for doing at home acrylic. I was so pleased that upon entering the store I was greeted with a huge smile and a welcome by a store representative Amy. When I explained what I was in the market for she immediately made suggestions to me, covering a wide range of experience from novice to semi-pro. Me being a novice with the use of acrylic I chose the more basic set. Even though the store had other customers, she and the rest of the staff easily gave each of us attention while she still took the time to explain to me step by step how to accurately use the product, even giving me tips on how to make the process even easier based on her experiences with the product. I walked out happy and more knowledgeable, confident on my ability to use the product. Sadly the product itself, upon use was not what I was desiring in the end result and I decided to return it for the gel bases I am more familiar with. The next day I stopped in and again Amy greeted me as she did before. She apologized for the fact I didnt like the product and that it didnt meet my expectations. A point I would like to highlight was no fault of her own nor Sallys. She then quickly helped me find something I ended up liking much more, even searching out more color options in the stock room. I have since been back a third time to purchase more things. I know that some people may say that what Amy did was basic and bare minimum of what a store representative should do but I would like to highlight that in many stores customer service is now dead. However not at Sallys and not with Amy. Further I have never had anyone in a beauty store walk me through in detail as Amy did on how to use the products, not once but twice between the acrylics and the gel colors I choose. She and the rest of the staff are wonderful and honestly the price point at Sallys is pretty awesome in addition. Thank you again Amy!

Staff was very helpful and courteous

In the past I have dreaded going to this location because the staff wasnt helpful, and a lot times rude. Last night when I was there, I was super impressed with all the new products. And Kyrsten & Jordan were both incredibly helpful, and even though I came in right before closing time they were so pleasant and patient. They didnt rush me, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for!

Not a fan. The staff acted like I was bothering them to have any questions answered. And when it was time to check out, I was told it was my responsibility to find them. Seriously?! I could have walked out with so much merchandise, those idiots would have never known. If youre the kind of person that steals with no one caring, thats the place for you.

I went to get hair dye for my hair and one of the workers told me to get wella hair dye and proceeded to tell me EVERYTHING i needed to know but couldnt tell me i needed a developer to even use it and let me just leave and didnt say a word smh.

Id give it zero stars if I could. I usually shop at Sallys and have had no problems until yesterday. I came in to get a few things and browse but the woman at the counter kept following me around as if I were going to start shoving things in my pockets. I didnt even bring my purse in with me, just my wallet and phone. At first she was just putting some things back in the aisle I was in so I didnt really pay attention until she kept straightening up everything right next to me - in whatever aisle I was in. Its a rather small store so I understand that it could have been a coincidence but even after other (non-black) customers came in, she still managed to ask me about three different times if I needed any help and kept standing right next to me. Usually I would attribute it to an employee being overly helpful but eventually it just becomes annoying and offensive. There isnt anything unique enough about Sallys to keep me shopping there so thats it.

Half the staff are manipulative liars that love to bend and break and ignore any rules that they dont like. Drinking on the job? A okay with the manager Lori. Taking home damaged products? Absolutely fine with the old manager Amy. As long as its what they wanna do, the rules dont matter. Yet they dont get fired and other people do. They definitely like to play favorites at this district.
