I had a really bad experience here. I payed 92 dollars to switch my phone and number over to cricket.. They told me my phone was locked after I paid. They wouldnt refund the $92.00 .I didnt have a phone that worked any more because they switched my number to their service . I had to buy a new phone. Since I didnt have a lot of money left. I ended up having to get a flip phone... A flip phone...It just was a bad experience. I expected them to atleast help me in some way. I brought my business to them and now I am in a worst spot than I was before.

I am a regular here Ive had cricket for a very long time and I havent come across a staff like these two guys in a while. Phenomenal customer service and very informative when it comes to breaking down the phones to choose from. Thank you Dixon and Cristian and hope to see you again.

We originally went there just to make a payment. My spouse ended up leaving with the latest LG Stylo. The ladies assisting us were great. They flattered me by enjoying my jokes (most at my hubs dispense). We dont come here often, but every time we do, its a great experience.

I have been cricket customer for while now, where i have been going commercial bld fortlauderdale has very good people and knowledgeable..and the store is always smell nice and clean...i stoped by today 1319 east sample rd pompano beach fl 33064..to get some info about the plan, to have 3rd phone for my boyfriend i already have 3 plans w/ cricket this is just to add a new services...the person i spoke to was very rude and disrespectful, he actually told me to go to other places like t mobile and metro... by the way his name is Rubin....he was so angry and so rude....now i must go to these different providers because he told me too...what a shame!!!.never experience like this before w/ cricket customer service people...

I had return to the cricket, because a setting popped up and I couldn’t fix it and neither could the associate . Still to this day 7/1/20. Not repaired. Need to change companies.

By far the best cricket wireless in Broward county they went out of their way to be helpful I bought a new phone they set my phone up for me they help me do my wallpaper they went out of their way they spent hours and hours and hours for Minor details they didnt become frustrated they let me stay there they help me they treat me like family I love every one of them there I recommend everybody going and taking advantage of a wonderful wonderful dedicated staff and management the team is absolutely the best in Broward county Id like a man that is absolutely everybody to get their phone or if there was another company switch over to cricket wireless because they really care about their their customers and they treat you like gold I got absolute Kings

Really rude, disrespectful and unprofessional personal. I have some inquiries for the services plans offer by this company, the person (Rick/Rich) who attended me at the moment had a horrible attitude, when I reminded him that I’m a customer and he should be more helpful, this person just answered questioning why I was there and not on an store from my phone provider (T-mobile). This guy was beyond unpleasant. They guy also was big liar, went to another store and the information provided was really different from what this guy was telling me at the beginning. Definitely do no recommend this store. Horrible customer service! Go to other location, like the one in military tr!

Rafid who works here set me up with a new phone, showed me all the new things I could use it for, including direct tv streaming. While I was there he had to help several other customers as he was alone, and some of them spoke only creole, or Portuguese, but I noticed he went above and beyond to make sure he met there needs regardless of any language barrier. He also helped me to call my old phone carrier and fix an issue I had so that I could switch over to cricket seemlessly. Very good employees at this location!
