My experience has been amazing! Michael is the best of the best. I walked in with my old phone that started having issues. I bought the new S21+ after Michael explained all the advantages, clear screen, my videos are now excellent! I am so happy Michael was here to help me. He didnt rush me . I felt so comfortable. He is the best of the best. I have started a fresh start on life and it now includes a new phone thanks to Michael!! The best of the best !!!
The worst experience I have had from a AT&T store.. Had to wait 30 minutes because the store opened late. I was told he had a meeting in the morning (put up a sign then don’t make your customer wait). After waiting, I get hit with rude employees. Guys if you don’t like your job, then quit and find something you will enjoy. Btw I was in location not to waste your or my time. I was there to add 3 lines for my grand kids. Don’t worry at&t your other store still got my business.
This branch has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Mike went above and beyond to help my family and I with various account changes and upgrades and handled everything quickly, expertly and we are extremely satisfied with the service provided. The staff here are all welcoming, friendly and will do what they can to help you. Mike made this experience incredibly easy and I would absolutely repeat this process with him again. You guys do know you need customers to stay open. AT&T is not cheap in comparison to others. We stay because of your service and reception. Treating us bad will only make us look for better service. So disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

The Manager Mike was outstanding today in his professionalism and his detailed explanations in helping me purchase my new Samsung phone. I had visited him yesterday about a billing problem I had with my AT&T TV account, and he provided me with very helpful information and a contact number. I was able to resolve the issue. He is an excellent employee for AT&T with technical ability and a great personality. Angelo and Xavier were fantastic! I was in a rush and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the right screen protector for my phone. Angelo even installed it for me right in-store and air-dropped my receipt right to my phone. They couldn’t have been nicer and more willing to make sure I had a great experience. Listen. The guy named Michael who handles the store in Pompano ROCKS. Don’t go anywhere else except this store and if you can, find Michael. I’ve had some real horror stories from various places and account managers in the past, but Michael made the entire new phone experience cool and pleasant from soup to nuts. He was amazingly patient with us - and he went well above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and set before walking out the door. Someone needs to get this guy a raise immediately! lol. I would like to start off by saying that I’ve been with Sprint for over 23+ years before I came to AT&T. Sprint/T-mobile didn’t care or even tried to keep me there. I called AT&T in Pompano Beach and met Michael (store manager) and let me tell you.....”he did help”! That was the first thing he said “I can help you guys” and he did! My family and I love our new phones and service. Michael, thank you so much again......you da man 👊🏻. Give him a chance, you will not be disappointed.

Had a fantastic experience. I went to this convenient location to get the new iphone & was told that it would be almost 2 weeks for it to arrive. Just a few days later received an email that phone was there already. I went to the store & Michael the manager was helping several customers but started on the process of setting my phone up & moving the data from old phone to new. I was amazed at his ability to multitask. He was also providing support to the other customer service people at the store at the same time. With difficult times for everyone it was nice to see an operation that worked so well. Great customer service!

I have been sending my family here since we moved in Pompano Beach last year. We loved this store and all the employees that used to work here. It’s really gone down hill for them, new employees work here now. They don’t pick up phone calls, are always late to open, staff feels they are doing me a favor by making commissions from my needs... and now they just added stealing. So we traded iPhone 11 Pro’s to get $700 off the 12 Pro based of AT&T’s upgrade deal. I just found out a iPhone 7 was traded instead and not the 11 pro we traded. So now the deal is dropped to $350 because of the phone value that wasn’t even the one we traded. When called the store they say we cannot trace the phone traded. Of course no receipt was given to us (The printer is down). Never will I or my family go back to this store.
Michael has a knack in giving quality service. He and his colleagues are polite and ensure that you get quality service. Very happy with them.

I traded in my device and was supposed to get the credit added to my account Balance as the manager Mike indicated, the money were never added to my account when I looked up my account balance it didnt show any credit added, Mike said it will take couple hours to update my balance and I believed him!!! however he didnt give me a receipt and lied about sending it to my e-mail!!, couple days after I called customer service and they said they dont see any credit added to my account and encouraged me to go back to the store to get a receipt, I went back to this store the lady looked up my account and couldnt find a receipt, I wanted my device back and Mike said we no longer have your phone and I cant print you a receipt, NO MONEY ! NO PHONE ! and NO RECEIPT ! then where did my money go?? It is a SCAM! Never go there!!!
I have been a customer of at&t for years and lately customer service has become a thing in the past. I was proven wrong by a Manager of this location. Varun, has always gone above and beyond to take care of our needs. Would recommend this store, especially him to anyone looking for the same level of service as I experienced.
When I came the store was closed even though the opening was supposed to be at 10 AM. There was a line of people knocking on their doors. Waited 20 minutes until 10:20 and no one was there!
Went to the store after work, thinking they closed at 8:00 pm. They close at 7:00 pm, and showed up at 07:05 pm. The store manager Barun still opened the door and helped me fix my phone. Helped me pick accessories for my new phone and did complain once of staying over. Thank you for making customers feel welcomed. Keep up the good work, would recommend this store.

Do not go to this store !! They are not a corporate store!! They lied and told me they are. But worse..The sales team lied and mislead me on the cost of the monthly plan. It was more than twice what they told me!!! I called ATT corporate and they told me to go back to the store and return the phone and corporate would fix it. The store manager was rude, nasty and refused to listen to corporate customer service. He threatened me and refused to help me. He told me to go to another store. I went up the road to the Corporate store and they did the proper thing. Do not go to this store... they are liars and thieves.

Tired to set my TV/INT online and had a tough time setting up. Walked into the store and the rep that assisted me his name was Josh. He explained the plans and my options clearly. He also went ahead a programmed my TV at the store, all I had to do was connect to my WiFi when I went home. Thank you for your services and catering to your customer depending on their needs.

Wonderful people. Contrary to what the previous customer said. I came in with the same situation and was made aware of the charges. Javier was quite helpful in explaining everything. Insurance was an option but I wanted a new device not a refurbished iPhone 7. He helped me to transfer all my information with my iCloud backup, and even worked out a great deal on my case and screen protector. I will definitely be returning when my daughters phone is available for upgrade. Thank you Javier. Great Job! AMERICA IS ALREADY GREAT!

Was concerned about changing plans since it always seems hard to get a straight answer. The staff at this location provided one of the best experiences I have ever had between cable and phone companies. The whole staff was helpful but Wafa really provided us the confidence that my bill and plan would be exactly what I wanted. Would recommend this location to everyone and stay away from the company store on Federal and Hillsboro they should close that store.
Wafa the sales rep went above and beyond to make sure my new s10 was properly setup before leaving the store she even had to move some things from my old phone into the cloud so it could be transfered to my new phone.. Another couple came to get setup for an over 55 plan which i also qualified for so we set that up as well. A huge shoutout to Wafa for her outstanding customer service .
I would have given the store 5 stars based on service received.This location receives 2 stars due to ABSOLUTELY POOR LOCATION.Poor parking.Not enough spaces.The worst was the fact that I had to wait 14 minutes to pull from my parking space because of the Starbucks drive thru line forms down the middle of the parking lanes.Damn I am hopeful that the AT&T store receives a monthly kickback from said Starbucks for lost business.I will not be returning to this store.Its a shame because the service was second to none.

I have been with AT&T for over 10 years. I moved a bit and have had to go to multiple store locations. The AT&T in Pompano Beach off of Federal Highway is by far the best store I have ever been to. I went in there maybe 3 or 4 years ago and purchased a phone - a year later I went back in and signed up for cable and internet, Rachel was my sales rep. I wasnt even sure I wanted AT&T but Rachel was helpful, kind, patient and so attentive to my needs that she convinced me. I have not had a single issue with my services. Fast forward to a year and a half later (which is about 3 weeks ago) I started having issues with my iPhone - not AT&Ts fault. I went in and worked with Terrence and Carlos. Great customer service and they were able to help me make an insurance claim so that I can get a new phone. Then, I moved and needed help. Maria helped me out tremendously. Everyone on their team is so valuable. Seriously, this location should be a training site on how to deliver excellent customer service. Trust me, I have been to a lot of locations where the staff does not value their customers. The Pompano Beach AT&T staff is truly one in a million and I am so appreciative of their help.

The costumer services is disastrous, my first bill was $537 for six lines, and I had to pay $240, they made a cost-worth, they scammed me thinking that I couldnt speak English, I tried to remove the activation argos and the store manager cheats me and makes payment arrangements without my authorization, theyre dishonest all the time they tell lies, a store disaster and purchase

Ive had a recent problem with my phone services with AT&T and thought about changing to a different service. Luckily I ran into one of your employees named Jeremie. He was very professional and patient with me due to me being frustrated. He solved my problem and I look forward to returning to the store for a new phone. Hes a great addition to the team and youre lucky to have him.

Much more knowledgeable than the store in Deerfield Beach. Was able to transfer my phone number to the built in eSIM on my iPhone without any issues. Deerfield Beach claimed that they did not have any eSIM in stock, which I find peculiar as it is a barcode that they should be able to access on their system not like it’s a physical card 🤪🤪.
Do not recommend. Added fees to my bill that I was not made aware of in store and did not authorize. Then refused to answer my phone calls when I called to resolve the problem. Didnt call back when I left a message. Go somewhere else, or better yet, choose a different provider.

Worst experience I have ever had buying 2 new phones at this location. Sales Representative doesnt listen and was extremely disrespectful to myself and my wife. Rep not only messed my contract but also ruined $60 worth the screen protectors and informed me that all sales are final and pointed me to the door.

A very deceiving person attended me at this location. I had just lost my cell phone, went to this store to get a new SIM card, and was taken advantage of. First, the guy tried to push me a new phone and said I had to pay about $400 to pay off my iPhone X. I said that was wrong because I have AT&T insurance on my account and I dont need to pay for a new phone. Second, he insisted I had to pay $5 for the SIM card with a credit card. Later AT&T customer service apologized and explained they would have given me credit if the transaction was on my account, but because the representative used my credit card under a local store transaction, they were unable to remediate it. Third, and the actual reason I called AT&T customer service, the representative without asking or getting my consent combined by internet and phone bills into one. When I got home, I saw an email saying that as per my request, they were combining my bills. While he made me believe I was electronically signing docs related to the SIM card, I was, in reality, signing the authorization to combine the bills. I will take up to 3 billing cycles for AT&T to correct what this despicable person did and is creating accounting havoc between my business and personal AT&T bills.HELP MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS KIND OF PEOPLE!!!Update:After 8 months and calls to their outsourced customer service, AT&T still was not able to correct the issue that caused me accounting havoc.At this time I started having a lot of problems with my AT&T U-Verse internet (internet would go out all the time, or terrible slow speeds sometimes on a 50bps). At this point I realized AT&T is done.It is sad to see At&T embracing the low quality and deceiving practices of some outsourced cultures they relinquished their business to.

Marie the manager was the only person who could fix the problems I was having with my phone. I switched from uverse to direct TV and I was no longer able to install the direct TV app. I went to two other reps in the past and I called customer service. No one was able to help me so I had to go to att to set up my automatic withdrawal and she helped me that. She showed me a few functions on the phone and then set up my direct TV app after a few tries. She has quite the patience. Besides very knowledgeable she is very friendly and efficient.
I was in this location last week and the store was a lil busy and one of the guys acknowledged me and said someone will be with as soon as were free. The store manager came over to help me with my existing service. Oneil was very helpful and courteous and I really appreciate his patience.

I was so grateful for the assistance I received last night at the store. You see, I had locked out all progress on my new ATT phone that my son, Kellen encouraged me to get because of forgotten passwords. What a relieve to get things moving with the help of Varnum and Brandon. True gentlemen, they also offered accessories at a discount they I needed and Im trying the TV plan FREE for one month to see how I like that. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
