I needed a new phone and Abby listened to my needs, suggested the correct phone, then efficiently provided the phone and accessories. She migrated my data and made sure all of my photos and other info were on the new phone. I called Verizon today and spoke with a gentleman regarding opening a new account with 4 lines. I asked him of there were any specials for four lines and his response was, we have a lot of specials. You will need to come to the store since we are to busy and it will take over 30 min to go over them with you.I explained i could not go to the store and if that was the only way he can help me. He said yes and I told him it would not work. The verizon employee hung up.Sadly, he lost the ability to add a new customer to Verizon wireless. I made the decision to go to Verizon and reached out to the store after seeing positive reviews.I can honestly say that I am truly disappointed in the customer service experience these days. It just seems that people have forgotten our most greatest asset and this being courteous and helpful.I will never use this store and currently having second thoughts of going to Verizon.
Ive been using Verizon for 3 years now and Im constantly having problems with them. This is my 2nd time visiting this specific location and I thought if I get a different person this time, it will be better, but I was mistaken. First time, the lady at this location sold my husband a phone insurance without asking if we want it. We only noticed after several payments because the bill was higher than expected. Second time I bought a new phone and traded in my old one. I called this place when my balance did not reflect a trade in value and was told there is nothing they can do for me over the phone and I need to come in person because it is verizon policy and they need to verify my identity. Things changed quickly once I asked for the supervisors information. As the result, the person on the phone was able to check what was going on through my account while with me on the phone. Miracle? I think just laziness. Dear verizon store owners and managers, there is no need to keep so many employees at this or many other locations as those people literally do nothing all day. Instead, you might want to hire 3-4 qualified people for a decent pay since you charge your customers tons of money anyway. P.S. Verizon customer service line takes forever to get hold of a real person, plus those people know even less than people in the stores.
Absolute worst experience! LIARS AND THIEVES!!! Sold me a phone that didnt work at all. I tried to return it within an hour of receiving it because they didnt have another in stock. Was promised a complete refund by two different employees before and after purchasing the phone, but they kept $35 and wasted a ridiculous amount of my time. Employees should personally be ashamed of lying to rip off another human being. Be warned.
Worse experience EVER. I’ve been with Verizon for almost 20 years. After this experience, I’m ready to break my contract and go to another company. I was bait and hooked on my transaction. This location is just an authorized retailer. The individual sales rep Micheal needs to be trained in customer service. You should not be asking a personal question via text after a huge error on your part. Requested my original phones back so I can return these phones. Only to be told they sent them out the next day, so I would be put my original items if I made a return. What happened to wait 14 days if a customer changes their mind. Not to mention it has NEVER taken me almost 3 hours to purchase a deal. Only to be told I need to bring back one of my phones because there is a huge error with the purchase agreement.... a whole 7 days later you realize you made a huge error causing my bill to be extremely high. And my plan was altered without my permission. I could go on about my experience. But this is enough to iterate my frustration and unprofessional service I received at this location.
I had a horrible experience. I waited in this store 2 hours while the sales associate did stock trades, joked around with the other associates. And exercised very little problem solving skills. The only reason I stayed with Verizon was because of its customer service. Id rather go with Cricket or Metro PCS for the type of service I received yesterday.

I own a very busy Electrical Contracting business in Pompano Beach, FL. and recently had a very serious problem with my phone not holding a charge. My business counts heavily on my phone working properly and finally died on me yesterday.I went to Cellular Sales (Verizon) at Citi Centre in Pompano Beach and was helped by two very helpful sales people. I was offered help the second I walked in the door by Matthew and Shaunna. Mathew was very attentive to my situation and needs. He offered a solution I could not decline regarding saving thousands of texts, emails, pics and videos. Shaunna jumped right in to help with the transferring of data with extreme speed. This isnt going to be the review that you want our Nation to see! With all of the pumping up and promises that were made across the counter, who could keep track of it all? So overwhelmed by the fast talk and different conditions and aspects of the offers and special wording of the conditions of the sale! What really happened? My current plan I was not really satisfied with! I wanted to switch carriers! Than the talking points for the upgrades started! When I am feeling this way, how can I get anything good to come out of my mouth about the in-store buying experience! Or is it that I didnt even realize what a great deal that I actually received! Anyway and sad to say, I still feel like my near New, 5 month young phone was stolen from me in the process and I took it up the rear with the NEW 2 year contract and payment plan! I am a long time Verizon customer with 11 lines on my account and since I travel extensively in my business I have been serviced at many Verizon locations. I recently had an issue with a lost phone that was very disruptive to my business. I was traveling out of town and calls to my home store were less than overwhelming in customer support. In desperation, I visited the closest store to me, which was in Pompano Beach, and experienced the most amazing customer support. They solved my problems immediately and with a great customer service attitude. I wish I lived close enough to Pompano Beach to make this my home store. All other Verizon locations could learn from the management at this location. They are top shelf!

This is a terrible place to shop at, it’s a scam. They try to force you into buying what they so call a bundle or accessories that you can get online for so much cheaper than you can get them in this store. If you come in with a problem with your phone instead of trying to fix your phone they force you to get a new phone preferably an Android even if you have an iPhone because they make more money by selling you an Android (especially the Asus phones which are very terrible phones) but the employees can careless because they make the most money off of those phones. All they care about is money over servicing their customers. I would highly recommend going to a Verizon Corporate store being that this store is just a retailer for Verizon and not an actual Corporate Location. Corporate Locations treat their customers so much better because they are the real Verizon but this store only wants your money. Take my advice and stay far away from this store.

My husband and I had an issue with our Verizon account. It was resolved. It was as simple as restarting the phone. I got my phone recently so Im not due for my free upgrade but when my husband is ready, we will come back here.
After being a customer of Verizon for almost 13 years I have never been so disappointed in this location as I was on my recent visit here. My phone was stolen and my husband was ill so I had to get a new phone immediately as to be able to get him care if necessaryBut then my old phone that was paid off was found in a parking lot and it so I returned the new phone within 48 hrs and and cancelled new 2 year contract. Although they credited my credit card for new phone deposit they never cancelled the contract and tried billing me for the new phone. I have contacted Verizon 4 times now and only got a temporary fix with a small credit but my account is still showing I owe 796 dollars for a phone I returned them . Do not go to this location, find a real Verizon store instead and safe yourself the headache of trying to get yor bill corrected

My flip phone was not ringing loud enough so Angel at Verizon helped me set up a new phone that was very loud and easy to use. He set up my phone and got me fox news. Its much easier than how my old phone worked. My wife and I wish there were more than 5 stars to give this store.

I got this phone because it was the upgraded version of my old phone. I love it so far. Verizon service is the best where I live. This store is close by. Ive been coming here for a few years now and,have never had a problem.
Met with employee many times about questions I had with account.. summer went above and beyond the call of duty to handle all my issues. She made me feel like family and Im very happy with the results. I would recommend Verizon to anyone. Summer is a bresh of fresh air with her perfessionalism. She should be training other employees to have her same skills.

I trusted the seller when he sold me this LG when I really wanted the Google pixel. He said it was 10 times better and not just his opinion. This phone is horrible with portraits. Video is grainy and zooms in way too much. The volume is strange, sometimes too loud and sometimes too low. I guess he was making a Black Friday quota. This phone isnt even better than my Moto. I feel like I was tricked into buying this phone. Now I have to spend $85 for an upgrade but hopefully not argue about the refund for my phone and case. I have not been able to get anyone on the customer service line.I went back in with the phone. Of course I was forced to pay the $85. Very poor customer service is all I can say. The first gentleman transferred all of my information but for the exchange they just tried to get me out the door as quickly as possible. I lost my a few pictures and all my text messages. The Google pixel is by far better than the LG. If you dont care about grainy video and over saturated pictures go for it. Its also a left handed phone which will take some getting used to. I should have went with my own judgement instead of believing a sales rep that never even asked what I use my phone for. At least I am in love withwith my new phone but that $85 hurt. Black Friday foolery! Know exactly what you want walking in this location.

I had a really good experience here. Multiple good experiences as a matter of fact. I have purchased everything here since the factory store closed down a few years ago. It was terrible before but once I heard the Deerfield store had the same ownership here now, it is much easier to come down here.
