We have been with T-Mobile for 5+ years. It feels like every time we try to go to this store it is not a good experience. The representatives are either not trained properly, they just dont have the knowledge needed to assist you properly, or they just really dont care. On our visit today we were actually told that if we wanted to purchase we had to deal with what colors they had or go to a different store, no other options point blank. Oh and that all new purchases now required for us to have insurance on the phone, it was not an option. Let me get this straight.... Im spending my money ($800+)for a phone, but you can not assist me in getting the color I want AND you are now trying to force me into getting insurance on the phone. SIR not only do you have to work on your customer service skills, apparently you have to brush up on your sales skills and learn your material. A representative informed us from a different store that insurance is highly recommended but not mandatory, this was also confirmed with customer service when we called in. Anyone in the Pompano Beach are please drive the extra five to eight mimutes to the store on Federal their knowledge and ability to provide customer service and explain things properly whether a sale is made or not is worth it, Do Not Waste your time here.

Okay .. I haven’t been with T-Mobile that long at all. I went to T-Mobile a little before the pandemic spread, and since they’ve been so helpful. Everytime I go into a store I get great service. I have not one complaint.
Outstanding customer service! Lucas went above and beyond to help me solve my issue, and got it done in no time after Ive spent the whole morning trying to solve it through the online customer service. In addition, he showed all his patience in getting me all the information I needed in regarding of my account with them and getting a new phone. You might say oh but its his job. Well, not everybody knows how to handle customer service nowadays... :)
Worst service I found in that place. We are not asking for favor, we are paying dearly to anyone who visibly shows no interest in serving well.

This place is terrible. I waited for over an hour to pay a bill. Only 5 associates but somehow all 5 attending to 3 people in the store. Please tell me how you cant tend to 3 people? Ill never go back to this store that gets overwhelmed with 3 people.
